Carashmellow

I feel like I need to break the reactions I get from this down to two camps: 1) Compliments 2) Just frank observations and statements from others. Compliments People say I smell delicious, ”how can you smell so much of vanilla”, ”excuse me, is that you smelling so delicious”. It is an extremely yummy scent and the projection of it will get you compliments from far and near. Observations (that people tell me) You will smell like a baked good. People in the office thought that someone had brought freshly baked goods but it was just me! When another woman in the office wore the turquoise Kayali perfume, I thought the same! So sweet, delicious and a TRUE gourmand. So great for layering, it will get you compliments, it is a bit strong right on the skin but the trail you leave makes it worth it in my opinion. Not even designer perfumes will give what this can. The only thing about it is that it is quite cheap so I don’t know how well it will keep or if the molecules might ”go off” in the future, but as pf now (and since 4 months ago) it is keeping well. You don’t need much of it and should most certainly not add more than 2-3 spritzes day time (preferably less if you work in an office) because it will be offensive I fear. Overall great product for an astonishingly good price.

this is okay as a fragrance, i like the vanilla notes and the caramel notes but it's lacking a lot in warmth and strength. if it smelled like this but was a bit stronger it would've been an amazing "luxurious" version of h&m's sun kissed caramel. it's similarly cookie-like. im just not a fan of how lacking this is.... essnce might not be the brand for me. i should've backed off when i noticed i can never smell my friend's essnce perfumes. edit: i was wrong. ive gotten a full, macerated bottle second hand and omg. she's amazing. beautiful and DOES last. not a whole day but darn close. so deliciously warm and sweet but not too sweet. less like h&m's sunkissed caramel now and more like a very sweet, rounded caramel scent with a slight milkiness.

Wow, this scent really grew on me. I got it in a test kit, and at first picked up on a dried play doh scent, which put me off. The dry down was really sweet and pretty though. I got it anyway, since the play doh smell didn’t bother me to much after testing it a second time (maybe it had to sit for an while) And... wow, now I’m in love! I haven’t smelled Bianco Latte, which this is supposed to be a “dupe” for, but what I can say is that I find this to be similar to Commodity’s Milk (expressive and bold). To me it’s like Milk but w caramel instead of marshmallow and a little less milky. If you enjoy Milk, but maybe don’t want to spend the money, I highly recommend getting this! Moderate-strong projection, long lasting and reeeally great value.

I was looking for a burnt sugar/caramel scent and had this recommended to me and it's quite good! It's a creamy, milky vanilla. The caramel note comes and goes, i can't really figure it out, but my mom says she can smell it on me, so it might be that i become nose blind after a while. Longevity is very good, it lasts all day on me. Sillage is moderate, not overwhelming, so i'd say you could wear this in school/at work. It is more of a vanilla scent than a caramel one, and it is slightly reminiscent of a scented candle. But overall a creamy scent, perfect for colder weather, and with the price you can't really complain!

Carashmellow is very, very sweet. (Like its supposed to!) Like Viva La Juicy Gold Couture on crack, and without the fruits and berries. Its really good on its own, and it works wonderfully for layering. Its at its best on clothes the day after, then it has settled and gotten soft and more creamy. The opening can be a bit screechy, but it starts to soften up in about an hour on me. I really love it and will keep cherish it for a very long time!

Very strong and heavy caramel/vanilla scent, you don't have to use that much. It's very alcoholic at the first but let it set, let it marinade in 1-2 weeks. I get a lot of compliments when I wear this fragrance! It's very useful, very gourmand and perfect for layering! Carashmallow is a dupe for Bianco Latte! 9/10!

I tested Bianco Latte on one arm and Carashmellow on the other. Same amount. They are not completely identical, but 95% with comparable longevity and slightly smaller projection (which is impressive considering BL lasts forever on my skin). Highly recommended if you like BL.

This is a caramel- vanilla dream. I love it. It has a strong projection so don't overspray this one. I haven't smelled Bianco Latte which it's said to be inspired of, so I can't compare. It's good as its own. I always get compliments when wearing it 😍

I have complimented so many people wearing this perfume! I'll for sure need to get a bottle of my own when I'm out of Bianco Latte as this is way budget friendlier.

My current fav scent! Warm, lactonic caramely vanilla. People have told me that I smell like freshly baked waffles... So goals. Last ages, especially on clothes.

I agree this smells just like Bianco Latte and lasts as long which is not long. Smells amazing!

I’m not sure about this yet.. Don't smell a lot of vanilla, more tonka bean, and of course the coumarin. It's smells like a dry tonka bean with a little bit of spice. I almost get a cardboard smell from this one. But sometimes it smells more caramel.. As I said, not sure.. It's something that I can't put my finger on. It's smells exactly like eclair from lattafa. Not my favorite, but not bad. Not vanilla forward to me.

It's very similar to Bianco Latte but it does have a very waxy and slightly bitter element to it in the opening. The dry down is identical though but i can't personally get past the bitter wax smell. Edit: After letting it macerate for a few months (I honestly just forgot about it) the waxy note is now gone and it's sooo delicious! This is Bianco Latte for a fraction of the price

This scent is quite delightful and comforting. It seems particularly well-suited for the winter months; I imagine it might be a bit overwhelming during the summer. I primarily detect notes of vanilla, with less emphasis on caramel. It truly evokes the feeling of being enveloped in a delectable pastry.

My daughter's go to fragrance the past month. She smells lika a delicious vanilla cake at a café. We don't mind this even though it is really beastie and projects a lot. I wouldn't wear it myself unless I sit by a fire place of my own with a big cup of tea in my hand reading a book.

It's nice! But I very much prefer Bianco Latte. To me BL feels way more balanced and softer, more pleasant than Carashmellow. I still have a bit of it left but now when I also have BL I stopped reaching for it altogether.

very warm and sweet scent, not office appropriate because i can tell if someone whos wearing it has been in the room well after theyve left

Smells cinnamon buns. It is a bit cozy but would rather wear this at home and choose something else for going out. Overrated.

Due to the fantastic marketing I was expecting a caramel-y gourmand and was very disappointed to find out it just smells like cheap vanilla. Extremely strong alcohol scent for the first hour until it dries down to a bland regular vanilla. No caramel whatsoever. A dupe for Vanilla by Alyssa Ashley but for double the price. It does have better longevity but the sillage is about the same. Will use it for layering until I run out but will not buy again.

Cozy, gentle gourmand that smells like vanilla cream and soft caramel. It's comforting and easy to wear, but for me it lacks depth and feels a bit too simple. Still, it's a pleasant, inoffensive scent for anyone who enjoys creamy, sweet perfumes. However, it does have a slighty harsh, alcoholic opening.
