This smells equally as great as it is soft. Perfect blend of vanilla, amber and soft spices. Perfect for everyday of the year as it won't offend anyone, maybe avoid on a really hot summer day. This shares the sweet and vanillic qualities of Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin without the prominent licorice. It's like a gourmand with more class and less sugary punch than other gourmands I know.

Aigner produces many great male fragrances over the years. This one reminds me of Aigner Super Fragrance that I used to have a long time ago, but this is much more subtle and refined. It is more versatile, seductive, sexy, but gentleman vibes at the same time. It is not a strong and loud performer, office wearable and elegant. Very handsome scent.

I love this fragance, not too sweet but elegant. This is not love at first sniff type of fragance but always make me miss the scent. I use it everyday for office and casual time. Scent: 8.5/10 Longevity: 8/10 Sillage: 7.5/10 Age range: 25+

Love at the first sniff. cool and sweet..but not too strong. my friends told me the smell is really good on me. Yeahh..like a sexy smell... Longevity is good: 9hours+ on my skin. very worthed. :)

I purchased Aigner |man|2 based on the heavy notes of vanilla, cinnamon, tobacco and warm spices along with its affordable price on the discount market. I really enjoy Aigner N°1 Oud (an Office Oud) so this one seemed like a safe blind-buy. I like it, but it is a much more lighter and airy fragrance than I had imaged for a fragrance having such heavy notes: perfect for Spring and Fall, too light for Winter, and wearable for Summer Nights - just keep it out of the blistering heat. I definitely notice the sage and citrus during the opening. Moreover, there is something about this blend that gives this scent a grape soda vibe during the first 10-15 minutes; perhaps a grape-flavored mouthwash vibe is more descriptive. While this fresh opening has a familiar designer quality, it's doesn't wander into that juvenile, cheap-cologne territory...it stays nice and pleasant. The cinnamon is the star of the second-act as the other spices also ramp-up. However, it is definitely sweet during the heart and I find the spices to be more fresh than warm. Although I am not a huge sweet fragrance fan, this one doesn't get too sweet...but it is sweet during this phase so you'll need to take this into consideration. The drydown is equal parts of vanilla, cinnamon and tobacco. None of the notes stand-out above the others - to me, it's this fragrance remains a lighter/fresh-spicy scent (regardless of the heavy notes) which makes it good choice for the office or in casual settings. Moreover, while this could easily be worn with formal attire, or on date night, I just find it better suited for the office. Performance is good in that it lasts 6-7 hours on my skin and projects moderately. Moreover, it's a touch powdery (not in a bad way) and leaves a small scent trail even though it sits softly on my skin. Overall, I like this one and I am glad that I picked-up a bottle. |man| 2 smells very pleasant and it is difficult to offend others while wearing this one. Conversely, if you're into complex scents, want your fragrances to be noticed and/or complimented...well, then you should look for something else. Of course, your mileage may vary.

Could never find a store that carried it so I never got to smell it before purchase. What I imagined was a somewhat heavy vanilla, tobacco, and cinnamon winter scent. Not unlike another reviewer below. As mentioned below, this is indeed much lighter than I thought it would be. Not heavy at all and, to me, it has much more pronounced citrus notes than the pyramid suggests. I hate citrus not because it smells bad on its own but because it smells awful on me. Many a gorgeous citrus fragrance have turned into Mr. Clean on me. So initially I was disappointed. Then it dried down and thankfully the citrus backs off and takes backseat to the vanilla, cinnamon, and tobacco. Still, this was a letdown to me. On me those citrus notes do hang around with decent strength for about 2 hours and that's okay but just totally unexpected (from my point of view) based on the description,. In net, I like it as I'm a fan of vanilla and tobacco fragrances. However, I do wish Man |2| was heavier and the vanilla, tobacco, and cinnamon were stronger. Then I would absolutely love it. As is, its a "like" at 6.2 and I'll definitely use it up but I've found better vanilla/tobacco fragrances (Mugler Havana and Reyane Wild II, for example) so I won't be replacing it once its gone. The notes are great but the strength of those individual notes are just not mixed to my personal liking. So, good but a bit too light, a bit too citrusy for my tastes, lacking in the notes I would have liked featured, and there's better out there. Bear in mind though that I'm a bit citrus averse so the lemon is something that I'll really notice if it's even a bit strong.

A very light classy fragrance. Opens with a fresh spicy lemon then settles into vanilla and mild cinnamon. I'm getting something else here which could be the tarragon, certainly something herby. When it settles you can definitely smell the woody tobacco. Lots going on which you can pick out. The only downside is the longevity and sillage. As lovely a fragrance as it is it just doesn't last - on me anyway. Within an hour there's hardly a trace left. I like it a lot but the quick fade is infuriating.

i had this perfume years ago i just wish this perfume is a little bit strong in longevity.. but sadly that never happen. to be honest aiGner man2 is light.. but is a good scent n sexy for a man and everything has changed until i try red tobacco by mancerra and the dry down from redTobacco reminds me with aigner2man yes im sure 2nd phase by redTobacco is similar with aigner2Man.. as we know redtobacco have a great longevity.. so i got what i lost from aigner2man in redtobacco

I've tried this in one day that tested from my friend. So this is just my feeling and my opinion about this stuff. Use this if you want to be A romantic man, awakening your dare, improve your agility, soft but tease. It's match for young executive with dynamic action on the night. Exactly with the name of Absolute man that square as man x man ;) you know there isn't any negatif or false scent for a real Man.

this is the usual classy and original german stuff. it's close to perfection but maybe too light. 8/10 ps: lol at the person who voted "reminds me of le male". those two can't be more diverse.

I got this one as a gift... While I like aigner Man evolution more, this one is very good by itself! Nice perfume. It's a really appealing smell from the start and even hours later!

this is nice parfume,... lemon is prominent at first...kind young vibe...but as fragrance settles down it becomes more prudent and finishes with very manly note- its really amaizing i can distinguish between every level, and its easy to say when middle and base note kicks in ...& finnaly noses behind this parfume are veterans of parfume industry so its no wonder. Since every note is possible to trace, its very interesting i only wish that it was a bit stronger and long lasting in my concern....but its OK.

I got this as a gift for my partner, on noticing he loved hugo boss and fahrenheit amongst others. Everytime he wears this..He smells so delicious I could eat him. The sillage is not very great, as I only get a proper whiff when I get really close to him.Though the longevity is amazing for such low sillage. 7-8hours after and it's still there. The low sillage could be an additional perk as I am the only one able to enjoy it on him..

Nice warm scent. Smells very similar to Franck Olivier Passion Man in my opinion. It has a marzipan or almond smell to it, which I quite like, although I could imagine some would find this quite sickly. It doesn't last all day on me, but good for a few hours, about four hours maybe. Good, I like it. Would I buy it again? No. Far too many fragrances out there I want to try. I only rebuy fragrances I love.

For some reason i clearly hear almond note here. So its very similar to L'homme ideal series by Guerlain for me. Overall its nice. Good elegant and polite fragrance. Not too sweet, vanilla touch is very slight for me. Lemon and tobacco are much more dominant. Perfomance is average so you need to re-apply it during the day. Scent: 8/10 Perfomance: 7/10 Compliments: 6/10 Overall 7/10

Agner man2 is a soft, woody powdery scent that is both low key and long lasting. Nicely blended citrus with cinnamon, vanilla, amber and patchouli also creates a soft smoky, dried apple smell that stays 7-8 hours on my skin. I'd say like "comfort foods", this is a "comfort smell" that you'd return too again and again. 8/10.

I'll put it on my shelf until cold weather comes. For me it is just too much for hot summer days. As if I rolled in tub full of baby powder after a bath. The notes are right on, and as with every Aigner scent, very unique.

I Love the freshness of this fragrance... its so MAN-ly! I wonder why its freshness turned off after an hour wore it, then became very MUSK-ular!! really interesting blend! I can't smell the Vanilla Note for this....

The spiciness of this scent is so delicate, yet unobtrusive. I can feel the vanilla, tobacco, amber and cinnamon notes. It's worth a try!

After sniffing more closely, this scent reminds me of Lolita Lempicka au Masculin only with more potency and less feminine smelling.
