Aurien Rubra

In 2011, Eudora launched Aurien. Its rounded, gold-colored bottle carried a fragrance created for the exuberant woman. Shortly thereafter, it was the turn of the Rubra and Nigra versions. In 2017, Eudora decided to relaunch the Aurien line and brought a new visual pattern, thinking about the relationship between women and jewelry, combining luxury and seduction into a single product through bottles that resemble gemstones. Unlike Aurien Gold, which is a new fragrance, Aurien Rubra maintained its main characteristics and if there was any change in the formulation, it was not disclosed. The color portrays to the pink gold, represented by its name, since rubra is synonymous with reddish. The composition disclosed detaches pink pepper, magnolia petals and amber. But as I always do, I went further and got the official olfactory pyramid for you, who values more accurate information. Aurien Rubra has notes of raspberry leaves, pink pepper and freesia, in the head; petals of magnolia and Tiare flower (as it is called the gardenia of Tahiti), in the body; cashmere wood (obtained by the cashmeran compound), orchid vanilla and liquid amber, in the bottom. On the skin, Aurien Rubra is a neutral and velvety floral. The fragrance conveys an incredible feeling of softness and makes you want to find out just how far it can take you and how it will evolve. On my skin, unfortunately, I do not feel the luminous and typical content of the Tiare flower, which is an addictive smell full of solar aspects. Basically, I feel a great combination of flowers and cashmeran, which confers soft and silky facets. As a result, I end up feeling a scent that looks like a moisturizing lotion mixed with sunscreen and does not captivate me. Quite the contrary, it gives me nausea. But Aurien Rubra has great acceptance among women and, truth be told, is the most differentiated among the three perfumes of the line, launched in 2017. The projection is not the best, but remains on the skin for many hours and tends to gain space in the collection of many women. I do not indicate a blind buy and I can not make unfounded compliments, but I see as a perfume that fills a gap little explored by the Brazilian perfumery (and even the international) and which I rarely had a chance to feel. Aurien Rubra was made for those who enjoy milky and soft florals. If that's your style, or at least you think you might like it, I'd suggest trying.
