Brompton Immortals Extrait de Parfum

I wore this recently to a night out from a sample I bought, and I swear to god the scent trail this thing leaves behind is actually fucking unreal. Holy shit. Two things that stood out to me that I haven't really seen people say: 1. This is way easier to wear than I initially thought based on what I have heard and the note breakdown. It has this cozy softness to it--it is definitely still a sophisticated night out fragrance, but it's not abrasive at all like most special occasion fragrances. Even the most sensitive noses will like this stuff. It's a beautiful scent. 2. (This is the most important) There are many fragrances that smell good to me but don't really compliment the person wearing it... they just smell good. Like in the way a gourmand or candy fragrance smell really good on their own but don't compliment or add to the vibe of the person wearing it (whatever vibe they're going for: sophistication, easygoing, sexiness, etc.). I think this compliments the vibe of sophistication and sexiness on a person to an extent I have not gotten from any other fragrance I have ever smelled. This is why I think so many people (I think I'm joining the group now) are in absolute love with this fragrance. Rather than being a showstopper on its own just because of the raw scent, it actually more or less makes you the showstopper. It's good get it. If you have the bands this is worth it. If you're in the US like me buy from decanters, there's a good of US decanters now that have this in stock.

Brompton Immortals is easily one of the best fragrances I’ve ever owned. From the first spray, it feels incredibly refined, luxurious, and unique. This is easily one of the best fragrances in the world of niche perfumery. Ex Nihilo is such an underrated fragrance house. A lot of their fragrances are mind blowing. Brompton Immortals Extrait du Parfum is probably their best. I feel sorry for people who can't go to Harrods to sample this. Definitely get a decant of this fragrance. The original is great but the Extrait du Parfum is even better because it is stronger and much longer lasting. The performance of this fragrance is eternal. It easily surpasses 12 hours on SKIN. On clothes it lasts even longer. Brompton Immortals Extrait du Parfum by Ex Nihilo is a must try for all perfume lovers. The first time I wore this outside and I was stopped by 4 ladies in the street. I was walking past them on the street and they said 'excuse me, sorry, what perfume are you wearing?' This fragrance is easily a 10/10.

I first discovered Ex Nihilo Brompton Immortals on the sixth floor of Harrods and it completely blew me away. I was walking past the Ex Nihilo boutique and this intoxicating smell was just lingering in the air. I had to ask the sales assistant what it was and he told me it was Brompton Immortals. Since that day I haven’t stopped thinking about this fragrance. I can’t even pin point exactly how it smells. It’s warm, a little sweet, a little spicy, but one of the best fragrances I’ve ever come across. To me it gives off the vibe of something super expensive and rich, arrogant and flashy. Imagine a guy pulling up in a Ferrari and everyone turns their head to look. That’s the aura of Brompton Immortals. It’s flashy, seductive, charismatic, and when you wear it people will notice you.

I have both edp and Extrait. The Extrait is the more masculine of the two thanks to the pink pepper and saffron being amped up. There’s a more metallic edge to this, and the sweetness has been dialled back a smidgen. It’s still sweet and sexy tho, but less headache inducing. The performance of the original is ridiculous, and this somehow topped that. I mean I sprayed once and it projected like crazy. I personally don’t think they’re different enough to own both, I will be letting my edp go now especially as it’s slightly more fem. Just an outstanding creation. The price makes me want to cry in a corner tho.

So frustrated - my nose has changed and I think it’s due to GLP-1. I paid a ton for decants of the Brompton Immortals set, which I had to have because I LURV EN in general. now that I have them, they smell flat and too darn sweet to me. This happened with other scents, too. Mostly the very expensive ones. Grrrrrrr. I really hope my old nose returns once I’m off the meds. Being a healthy weight is wonderful but beware this side effect. Notice this most in scents with vanilla or saffron and it pisses me off. Ouds still smell good though. Ouds with a dirty animal note. What is this world coming to?

This is one of the best smelling fragrances I have put my nose on. It’s absolutely beautiful! Perfect rich man in an expensive car feeling! You are the BOSS! Warm uplifting and fresh in a sense. Even though it dries down to a sweeter tone which you cannot stop smell. Beast mode lasts all day / projection is crazy. I would say this is a more masculine blue talisman, and waaaay deeper!

Definitely smells close to the original but the saffron and pink pepper are really amped up on my skin. Honestly I’d believe if anyone told me there was Oud in there. It’s still sweet and after the saffron and pepper in the opening calm down the rose vanilla sweetness round it up. It projects and lasts A love for me tough I don’t think it’s worth having both this and the original.

A king and more. Don’t let the few negative reviewers here on Fragrantica discourage you on this wonderful scent because it’s an Harrod’s exclusive and quietly expensive. This is a fragrance that’s worth the price point and I don’t say that about most fragrances. Try getting a sample and experience it yourself. Backup bottle worthy.

Lovely saffron/musky/floral perfume and personally never smelled anything like it. Performance wise is decent i wouldn't say beast mode but you will get noticed. Only negative thing about Brompton Immortals extrait is the high price and that it's exclusive to harrods. Scent: 9/10/ Performance: 8/10 Versatility: 6/10 Price: 2/10

Not much I can say that hasn't already been said here. This is very special juice that puts Ex Nihilo up there with the best of them. This is so damn good but it's so expensive I'm afraid to wear it! 🤣 Wish it lasted longer but I get a good 6 to 8 hours before it sits close to the skin. GET YOUR SNOT LOCKER ON THIS ASAP!

One of the best perfumes ever created. Definitely agree with others here that the extrait has a more masculine amber drydown and the edp is lighter and a bit more feminine.

@Pray02 Or maybe Hawas London has a much lower rating because it's a disgrace compared to the opulent, seductive blend of the original. Just a thought :)

One of the best scents out there. Smell like wealth ! This is the fragrance that when you wear it , makes you noticed . 10/10 .

An ultra-luxurious scent, 10/10 masterpiece

Finally smelled it. Very good but not top 1 OAT as people claim it to be lol Why nobody compares this to hypnotizing fire by the harmonist? The smell 80% alike lol without the by the fireplace smell... i get reminded not that it smells like but reminded of a candied baccarat type smell. Feels airy and hard to smell but long lasting at the same time.... Not my type smell too, rather use something else. I do think it leaves a good trail behind you for people to compliment but yea 8/10.

I probably got tired of the profile since I went through one can of Arabians tonka and a bottle of aqua dubai night. It smells good and refined but it gives me same vibes at a price I can not justify.

Screechy, synthetic, obnoxious nuclear bomb of amberwoods, ambroxen and other fixatives. Absolultely repulsive. All of the positive reviews here are most likely employees and or bought reviews

Smells just as the same as edp but amped up on everything but the rose. Wayyyy too strong for me. One spray on my forearm and it was giving off crazy sillage even on a windy day was hitting my nose constantly. Lasted on skin 4 washes later. I personally love the EDP as it’s slightly more airy and classy... still has great sillage without everyone in a football smelling you and being offended. I would not buy this but I would the EDP

To my nose this smells like a fat, middle aged man wearing day old 'cologne', diving into a chlorinated swimming pool. Rather nasty. I don't hate it, but I don't like it either. Also, if you really must, get Immortal London by Fragrance World and save yourself a ton of money - it's almost 1-1. Stay away and certainly don't blind buy!

I ordered this fragrance and received it this week. The scent itself is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately the performance has been very disappointing. After around 3 hours, all that remains on my skin is a faint woody-amber scent. On clothing, the fragrance lasts a little longer, but it becomes a very soft skin scent that is only noticeable from very close range. This is especially surprising because it is an Extrait de Parfum, and compared to other extrait fragrances I own, the longevity and projection are significantly weaker. It's a real shame because the scent profile is excellent, but the performance simply doesn't match my expectations.

I have over 100 fragrances in my collection and this went straight into my top 10. In the opening, you smell that patchouli and saffron with a little bit of rose in the background. I was disappointed at first with this because it didn’t wow me. However, that dry down is what makes it special. It becomes sweet and those vanilla and saffron notes start poking their heads out. Apart from smelling divine, performance is fantastic as well. Lasts all day on skin and lasts days on clothes. Would be a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the price. Sweet spot for this frag would be 200-250. There is no way any fragrance should cost more than that in my opinion.

Look out ! Its an ”Exclusive everybody” Although this does smells nice, im not going out of my way to buy this. Kudos to those who did though. Its a smokey, saffron over a vanilla base. I detect rose and its prominent through out the life of the fragrance. I dont even like rose that much to buy this.. in the same familiy as baraonda, tony iommi. So if thats your cup of tea this is for you

If Hawas London smells similar to BI but has a much lower rating, does that prove when people spend more money on a frag that they tend to rate them higher? Does the price affect people’s perception? I’d say it’s pretty hard for people to admit they made a mistake and try their best to justify it. Just a thought.

Ever since i wrote a negative review about a fragrance and turned around to find it removed the next day makes me question an, virtually, all positive review entry. Especially not seeing any of my go to guys having a say about this. It’s a slippery slope when you remove post Fragrantica. Please stop.

If over hyped and over priced had a name it would be bromptons immortal. Yes it does smell luxurious but holy hell this cannot compete with BTVs Frederic Malle or other niche at this price. Please stop letting the internet influence you

I bought both versions a few years back and they are still my favourite perfumes. The Extrait in particular is heavier where as the parfum is more airy so you can choose the most suitable for your day. Definitely recommend buying both.
