Pangea

Not your typical iris scent. No matter how many iris/orris based perfumes you have smelled, I bet not one of them is like this. Ever since I can remember collecting raw materials and fragrances, natural iris has always been one of my favourite notes in perfumery. I love it for it's melancholic, meditative and calming nature. Pangea is the perfect example of what happens when a perfumer that understands and values this raw material, creates a composition with it. In my opinion they even managed to amplify the beautiful characteristics of iris and take it to a unique, almost spiritual level by combining it with incense and mushrooms. This creation has very natural, earthy, lipstick, white theater face make up, melancholic grey vibe to it that I still enjoy so much after discovering this wonderful brand years ago.

Nice iris scent. Very high quality ingredients but i wouldnt actually buy this. Blended well No complaints just to me not something id go for! After a few wears defo grown on me, typically i get a sample, if i find it okay ill try once and leave it but ive actually worn this a few times and its simple still but man its beautiful. I want to buy but its a bit of money and there's others on my radar atm

Beautiful soft, creamy iris butter. Between lipsticks, earth and clean mushrooms. Solinota. Good. Short-lived.

This is a perfume for a faerie. When I tried this, my head literally floated higher than the tree tops and was carried by the wind back down to a little forest clearing by a waterfall where there was a willow tree tree surrounded by fragrant little purple flowers and a ring of agaric mushrooms. That willow tree had a little door amongst the roots and inside it was an enchanted fae den. This is sooooo pretty and clean and ethereal and I am so mad I kept passing this one up just because I didn't enjoy the way it smelt in the cap/on the tester strip. It really really needs skin to blossom and omg this is such a magical, delicate, clean, floral-earthy scent. I am going to need to buy a full bottle once I am done with my sample 🤤

Can't stand iris, violet and those powerful aromatic florals in general, but it's funny how my impression of that is reversed once you try the all natural stuff. Here it's very rooty and earthy. Very natural smelling like they advertise their products and the mushroom is a very interesting earthy touch to it which makes it kinda unique. They offer a sample set on their website, so it's definitely worth trying because this is different than your usual iris.

I got quite different impressions from this perfume compared to the reviewer below. On me it opened up as a fresh green and fruity perfume with a great balance of airy and sweet notes. Smells like a paradise with perfect weather, cool breeze, abundant greenery and fruits and berries galore. Pretty linear and not particularly long lasting, but an interesting concept. A feel good perfume.

Incense! creamy sweet incense!... i get a weird fruity incense with sweet orris and i believe the mushrooms, & the truffles are making a brand new weird note that i can't define! This blend is new to my nose! something familiar, & at the same time new! i really need to visit it more often. Beautiful.
