My first experience with Turkish tobacco cologne was when I was taking a bus from Kayseri back to Adana and the bus stopped halfway through to let us visit the little market/restroom adjacent to the bus stop. After picking up some food for the remaining journey I walked around this small shop and stumbled upon some colognes they were selling. Lemon, mandarin, all the classics. I smelled one in a brown bottle and immediately fell in love. Spice, amber, warmth. I thought I had purchased it as well but turns out I had picked up the wrong bottle. The ones I bought were Eyup Sabri Tuncer colognes, so I presumed the one I had accidentally left behind was of the same brand as well. I finally reached the place I was staying at during my Turkey trip, I asked the guy I had a brief romance with back in Kayseri about this cologne. He offered to send some to me.
