Carbon Reign Eau de Toillete

First of all, I wanted this fragrance because of the unique bottle shape. I held it in my hand when I was testing it and thought it was super ergonomic, shaped like an F1 car. It's definitely a collection-worthy bottle. Now the scent. I'm a huge fan of the Invictus DNA, and this is a good invictus inspired clone. It's a lot more mature than A&F First Instinct Together, which is best suited for guys in their teens to 20s. I'd say this is best suited for guys in their 20s to 30s, and maybe even 40s if you like these types of fragrances. Mind you, this is not exactly like Invictus though, there is a little twist which gives the mature vibe. It’s definitely a compliment getter. Ladies seem to like it, but to be fair, they usually like anything with that Invictus DNA. I get compliments when I wear Hawas, A&F Together, Invictus, and this one too. 7/10

Gave it a love though it is suited for a younger crowd. I really appreciate the concept and think it delivered on that front, it instantly took me back to being a kid going over to my friend's house for their birthday party and playing Gran Tourismo.

I've tested this a couple of times via a carded sample. The brighter, fresh/spice opening is nice and makes me think of Hawas and MB individual smeared together. However, that shifts quickly and gets overtaken by the drydown which is all amber and patchouli with the vetiver peeking out just a bit. It's got a creamy texture... This is nice but the performance isn't good and is done in a similar style to many modern releases making it fairly non-descript.

I have just tried this and the EDP, and if you want to read my more detailed review its on the EDP's page. In all honesty, this and the EDP smell very similar, but this is brighter on my skin and although I think it's overpriced its slightly overpriced - I think is smells similar to A&F's Fierce and this is cheaper than it so its better priced but is still a bit high.

Sweet ‘blue fragrance’ type shower gel. Not exciting but easily wearable. Not as annoying or boring as Dior Sauvage type clones.

Honestly this is a basic scent. It has a fresh opening with a nice aromatic dry down, longevity is fine but this stuff smells identical to Risasi Hawas but this is cheaper. This is a very plain and fresh scent and easy to wear. Overall if you already have a solid collection or fresh fragrance, this is not worth it. If you want something cheap fresh and easy to wear this is for you.

I received this as a bonus carded sample in my recent Fragrancenet order. This reminds me of a more mellow version of Legend Spirit, with less spice and maybe more florals adding a softness to it. Also, this is no where near as fruity as Hawas. Overall, this smells fresh and clean like those other similar fragrances in this category, can't comment on performance yet.

Pretty basic "carbon" scent. I received a sample and it did not impress me as much as I would hope. I can't compare it to much but it's something you'd expect a salesperson at Macy's to hand out for you to try. Still solid and fresh for daily use imo.

Fine fragrance, good Petitgrain, geranium, lavender, +burn rubber, +car oil. Yes, it gives a car driver vibe in a good, expensive way but it is not very outstanding. It reminds somewhat Millennials from Lamborghini but with much less sweetness.

i agree it smells like invictus, theres definitely hollister festival vibes similarities or nautica voyage hints in there, but all in all its nice, note the bottle comes with a stand, and it lays flat, which is really interesting, the bottle does look nice, i guess like a f1 car shape, its cool, smells good, very powerful
