Radiant Bergamot

The truth of Radiant Bergamot: *Inexpensive, but not cheap smelling per se. *Crowd pleasing, but well blended. *Easy to wear, more traditionally "masculine"(if you follow such things... I personally do not.) *Short lived on skin, but will last a morning-to-afternoon on clothes. *Suitable anywhere: office, first date, after the gym, and surprisingly an all-season citrus scent (though best in warm weather I'd imagine) Yeah, it's simple. Sure, it's light. But it has some great qualities for those who really dig freshy and uncomplicated. Its definitely citrus, but in a little more generic way... not specifically "bergamot", but has the clean shower and shave burst that makes it easy to appreciate. It definitely echos Acqua Di Parma Colonia, but it is just that: an echo. It doesn't have the same classic smoothness as Acqua Di Parma. Thats not a bad thing, though. Once you spray it on your skin: First blast: its zingy and loud like a brief chime or chord, but immediately settles down. 15 mins in: green, citrus, spicy, and almost aquatic. Present but not loud. Crisp, ready to take on the day. It stays close to this for a few hours on clothes. 1 hour in: Green musk with a hint of citrus and spice. Classic barbershop soap. Too clean and crisp to be woodsy. 3 hours in: musk with a mossy green sparkle, but only a skin scent at this point. Overall: I like it. I'll own it for as long as they make it. And you can't go wrong with the price. I imagine it would layer well with more niche brands that share the same notes or vibe.

Holy Crap, Batman! Radiant Bergamot is surprisingly good and extremely friendly on the wallet!!! I gotta admit that these citrus-aromatics aren't my favorite fragrance genre, but I do enjoy wearing them during the pounding heat of late-Spring and Summer. My biggest compliant is many of the great ones comes with a hefty price-tag, while performing abysmally on my skin, so shelling-out 2-3 hundred buckazoids for a citrus aromatic is something I rarely do. Two years ago I discovered Bright Neroli--from Ferrari, no less--that I actually prefer over the stellar Neroli Portofino. It's not quite as rich and luxurious of a scent, but it is very close, performs well, solid presentation, and costs only a fraction of the price. Fast-forward to last week and my bottle of Ferrari Radiant Bergamot arrived in the mail. In a nutshell, I get strong shades of Bergamot 22 combined with hints of that Aqcua di Parma di Parma Mediterranean DNA...again, in a nice presentation for something like $30. I find it to be a brilliant interpretation and one that I will be reaching for often this Summer. Perhaps I should have stopped writing my review after stating, "Holy Crap, Batman!" Radiant Bergamot is tied with Bright Neroli as my favorites from Ferrari. But your mileage may vary.

Originally bought 4 years ago (pre - covid). Hate it back then because of the spicy note creating aura of old - school cologne (think Hermes Eau d'Orange Verte). Performance is not too great either. Try to sell it but my spray head broke so I decided to keep it & end up forgetting it exists. Recently just rediscover this and decided to give it another shot by decanting it to a new bottle. I feel like I'm growing into this scent. Really like it. The opening is fresh, spicy with little hint of sweetness. It didn't change much further and pretty much getting softer over time. It projects only decently but didn't last too long on my skin. I got around 3-4 hrs and it's gone. With this in mind, however, it serves a great function in my fragrance wardrobe. It smells clean, soft & inoffensive so I can use it around "cologne hater". When you're going around "low fragrance" settings like gym, one spray on body plus one on cloth is all you need (I'm a sissy sprayer :D). Going for a quick errand? This won't overwhelm whomever you share your car with. I live in hot & humid weather so I can use this all year. Overall a great buy for its function if you can get it for cheap. But scent style is a bit old - school so stay away if you prefers modern scent.

Right from the first sniff I knew that this would be one of my favorites. I'm a lover of bergamot and most of the time a little dissapointed, that this component is mainly a short-lived top note of fragrances. But not in Radiant Bergamot, here I can revel in the citrusy freshness of it the whole time. Ginger, rosemary, and moss give this scent a sharp and aromatic accord, patchouli ensures just a hint of sweetness, an overall very good balanced creation. I purchased Radiant Bergamot after reading the great reviews here, I would never have even tried something from Ferrari before that, not considering it to be more than a producer of testosterone-laden red cars. I have been proven quite wrong and since this is such a fantastic scent at such an afforable price, I just ordered two more for backup. Also the minimalistic bottles of Radiant Bergamot and the whole Essence Collection are such a nice thing to look at and easy to store. Fragrances for women are often over-elaborated, festooned, and not very handy -- I'm thinking of my bottle of Montblanc Lady Emblem that tilts in every direction. Sometimes less is more...

After many tests in both hot and cold weather - normally I wouldn't do the latter, but I just love this perfume so much - I must say this is the longest lasting citrus fragrance I have yet encountered, and I have tried many of those. For a citrus freshie its longevity is simply phenomenal on me (easily 8+ hours), contrary to some oher reviewers' experiences. It's mostly bergamot with a hint of ginger, a hint of nutmeg and a hint of sweetness. And it's incredibly linear, the smell remains quite the same, it just weakens in projection. I have read in some other perfumes' reviews that a linear perfume is a bad perfume. Let mi ask: why so? If you love the scent's opening, you may like it not evolving, I think. In my opinion linearity is not always a bad thing and I love the linearity of Radiant Bergamot!

A well-hyped offering with high expectations, Ferrari Radiant Bergamot is primarily a bright burst of bergamot and lemon with some herbal, spicy undertones--namely, rosemary and ginger--as well as hints of sweetness from nutmeg and labdanum. The composition feels bold while being refreshing and agreeable all the same. Its density isn't lacking for a warm weather daytime wear, and it fittingly projects for a couple of hours before becoming more of a skin scent. The elephant in the room is the pricing, which is, obscenely, only $25 for the standard 100ml bottle size on FragranceX, a steal by most measures. Radiant Bergamot's quality and price render it an elite cheapie, certainly worthy of owning for casual, warm-weather, daytime wearing. Very impressive. 8 out of 10

Could be called "Sparkling Bergamot." It surprised me as it is more spicy that I had expected given the name "Radiant Bergamot." The ginger makes the bergamot seem effervescent to my nose. The nutmeg is one of the more dominant notes which adds both spice and sweetness to the green and seemingly synthetic bergamot. I haven't smelled much like it. As a whole the latest "clear glass bottle" EDT Essentials line from Ferrari are excellent values for the price. My fave is Noble Fig followed by a tie between this and Bright Neroli, and lastly by Pure Lavender. They all punch WAY above their weight. As they are currently discontinued, get them NOW before they get priced insanely high. They will be priced high in the future, because they are that good.

This smells really good and the notes in the pyramid are spot on. The citrus spicy blend is refreshing and zingy and very pleasant. It IS soapy and clean and a classic barbershop scent for a gentleman. It is a smell of class and sophistication that will easily dress up or down. I love this for its potential versatility. I do overspray this one because it is not going to blow anyone away no matter how much you spray. I spray quite a bit just so I can smell myself. It is a real background scent. I spray chest and shirt, so it has more sillage and longevity. This is a winner and the price is right. I hope it stays in production with this formulation intact. Ferrari has impressed me with this and Bright Neroli.

Ferrari stupidly discontinued this line (Fig, bergamot, lavender, neroli), and kept those whatever intact. The opening is mostly ginger and bergamot, decorated with nutmeg and rosemary. It's freshly sweet but not cloying. The drydown smells like mung bean paste. That's REALLY estival!! Mung bean popsicles and mung bean soup are indispensable parts of everyone's memory of summer and childhood in this country. I obtained a bottle from FNet and it was leaking :(, so I used a whole bottle up within a month and never was able to get a second bottle. The green juice was so beautiful.

I don’t take issue with linear perfumes, and Radiant Bergamot doesn’t change on my skin. After 15 minutes it’s the same scent to the end, just losing a little power along the way. Shockingly beautiful, a strong citrus with nutmeg, rosemary and ginger. If patchouli is present it’s with a light touch. I can’t beleive the longevity for this citrus scent, in cold weather I’m getting 4 hours plus....with projection. It’s a lovely beast, unisex and cheapie cheap. If you like Bergamot, you gotta put it on your list.

What a great fragrance this is that you can get for a steal! Radiant Bergamot has high quality natural smell that you may think would cost more than it actually does. Although the fragrance is quite linear, I personally do not have a problem with it since the scent is rich with character. I have great memories rocking this one in the summer and I'm looking forward for the weather to get warm again so I could reunite with RB once again:)

Crisp bergamot juice, fresh lemon zest, and the tart spiciness of ginger warmed up by nutmeg. This is not a linear bergamot scent, it retains the strength of the bergamot through the life of the fragrance but it has these wonderful masculine spices that create a sense of warmth and intrigue. A solid compliment getter and as a woman, I can say that this fragrance would definitely make we want to be closer to my man!

I was lucky and got a good deal on a bottle of this fragrance, for the first hours this scent reminds me of a cross between Acqua di parma essenza de colonia and Acqua Essenziale Colonia Salvatore Ferragamo but i like this one better as it is more fruity and fresh, the drydown is where this fragrance shines it smells soooooooo good.

کیفیت خوبی داره. خوب ترکیب شده نت هاش. بیشتر هم هممون بوی ترنج میده و لیمو . ولی در پیشزمینه بوی صابونی و شمدانی و نعناع هندی هم میشه تشخیص داد ولی خیلی کمرتگ. پخش بو و ماندگاری قابل قبوله البته نسبت به قیمت که میشه خوب واقعا خوبه. جز گزینه های ارزون و با کیفیت برای خرید عطر تابستونی هست .

A great alternative to the much expensive Acqua di Parma colonia. A clasic italian scent, the performance is moderate but for the price I paid I can reaply during the hot summer days.

Another old school barbershop citrus scent. I thought it would smell cheap but it doesnt . Its similar to adp colonia. Great cheapie for summer/spring.

Ferrari Radiant Bergamot Men EDT opens with a soft projection of citrus, spicy, and green accords. The opening is a very light, faint, fresh, but it feels common. The citrus note comes up with a musky whiff. The ginger, rosemary, and nutmeg add a very faint spicy touch, the geranium and patchouli have little to no contribution. The labdanum and moss are the final notes, they create a combination of a musky, slightly dirty, and “mossy” and not necessarily “woody” accord that is noticeable. As time passes, the fragrance loses projection very quickly. Once Ferrari Radiant Bergamot Men EDT has reached its full dry-down, it can be summarized as a no projection, musky bergamot fragrance with mossy accords. The fragrance feels airy, delicate, diluted, faint, fresh, low-quality, mossy, musky with a slight dirty touch, inexpensive, short-lived, simple, sour, sporty, unisex, weak, and pleasant. The fragrance feels airy, delicate, diluted, faint, fresh, low-quality, mossy, musky with a slight dirty touch, inexpensive, short-lived, simple, sour, sporty, unisex, weak, and pleasant.

Not sure what to make of this fragrance. I like some aspects of the aroma, but there are some parts for which I do not completely enjoy. Unfortunately, most of those instances are in the dry down and base. The scent opens nicely enough, with a slightly effervescent citrus and spice sillage. There's also some floral notes at play, but not overpowering in the least. In short, the bergamot, ginger, nutmeg, and a bit off the moss strike a nice balance that plays out more fresh and clean than heavy and deep. The dry down is less appealing to me. The citrus fades and allows the geranium and sweet resin note to surge to the forefront, with a bit of that rosemary tossed in for good measure. The moss also takes a front seat and ups the ante with the earthy undertones. The ginger is still hanging around, but it doesn't really punch through as much as I'd like. I get a bit of that sweet lemon too, but it isn't potent enough to really show off. With that in mind, I don't think the fragrance ever really comes together. It's as if it can't decide what path it wants to take and ends up trying too many disparate routes. One complaint I don't have is performance. I got decent projection for 90 minutes to two hours, and even after that I was trailing the scent a bit. Longevity also went against the consensus, as it was quite aromatic for 6-7 hours. Even after a shower I could still detect the scent on my skin for 9-10 hours (though it was the more sweet floral/earthy tones). I have found that layering it is best (a few sprays then cover those sprays 5 minutes later) in order to get better projection. For me, the fragrance lands squarely on the barbershop map, as it reminds me of those classic, clean, pleasing aromas. Sadly that fades a bit when the dry down moves on to the flowery and earthy accords. It seems to be a mostly quality frag at a good price, but there's definitely a bit of a synthetic, cheap vibe too with the scents being very familiar. When all is said and done, while the scent doesn't really live up to it's name, it is pleasant enough and could probably be a daily reach for casual or office wear. Even in the cooler months, I think this would perform well enough, though projection would definitely take a hit. Personally though, I could take it or leave it. I'm sure it will become a 'dumb reach' for me, in that I'll wear it when I can't decide what to wear. Just got this one in the mail today, so consider this a first impression review. I've been trying to get this for a very long time now (since the beginning of 2017 at least) as it just refused to pop up anywhere reasonable online. But I got lucky and purchased a bottle at a discounter several days ago. I watched a few reviews on youtube about this and read reviews here, so thought I had an idea of what it smelled like. Honestly I am a bit surprised. To me this one leans heavy on the barbershop/shaving creme vibe, which is a bit of a dated style of smell (but classy smelling nevertheless). There is no fresh, juicy, fruity or bright Bergamot here, only a slightly sweet bergamot in the very opening then leads right into the classic semi-oldschool barbershop bergamot style of smell. I also smell a bit of spices too, which at times reminded me of a cinnamon toast breakfast cereal for some odd reason. Do not fool yourself based on the name or color of the juice, this is not a fresh, juicy or bright Bergamot fragrance. It is a barbershop bergamot fragrance, something you will no doubt relate to many oldschool mens fragrances from the 90's/80's as well as aftershaves and shaving cremes. If you want a juicy, fruity, bright and fresh style of Bergamot, check out Bergamust by Gallagher. Or even Ermenegildo Zegna Acqua Di Bergamotto (not all that close to Bergamust, but is a decent bright/fresh Bergamot for the price). Also if you want a touch of classic barbershop bergamot along with a bright and tangy bergamot, check out Acqua Essenziale Colonia by Salvator Ferragamo. As for the performance of Radiant Bergamot, unfortunately it is very lackluster. Even with many sprays, the scent will fade in minuets and be only slightly detectable for a few hours after application. In more ways than one, it really seems like it is an aftershave. You will get a burst of the smell after initial application, but it fades remarkably quickly. It seems quite similar to how John Varvatos fragrances perform for me. Which is a shame, as I do enjoy the smell and wished it pushed out a bit more. But perhaps where it shines is for those days when I only want to be lightly scented no matter how much I spray on. And since this gives off that freshly shaved barbershop vibe, I doubt anybody would complain that I smell offensive.

Ferrari Radiant Bergamot has it pros and cons. The pros are the very fresh, somewhat fruity and spicy, summery scent, which suits well with the name of the perfume. On a personal note, i also love the Ferrari bottle, the metal cap with the leather ribbon, the heavy glass flask, its nice and qualitative. The atomizer is good and gives a healthy spray of juice. The cons has to do with its performance. You will get maximum about an hour of projection, after that it is a skin scent and it will be gone totally after 4-6 hours. It is a weak performer, clearly weaker than for example Ferrari Bright Neroli, which i also have, even thou Bright Neroli hardly is a beast mode perfume, but rather a normal summer edt. Ferrari Radiant Bergamot is a perfume for spring or summer, mainly daytime. Perfect for the office or school, the gym or other day time activities. I got my bottle for about 20 euros, which i find to be great value! Scent: 8 Performance: 4 Value: 9 (at 20-25 euro. Its a Ferrari after all!) Uniqueness: 5 overall: 6,5 Its a good scent, safe for a blind buy if you consider its performance. If you looking for something that will last throughout the day, this wont be it, but if you look for a really nice and fresh scent for a few hours on a summer day, then you cant go wrong with Ferrari Radiant Bergamot.

This starts off with a very vibrant and sparkling, slightly effervescent green bergamot accord - not unlike the one in Mugler Cologne. I'm a huge fan of the opening as bergamot when done accurately in perfumery smells like a very unique citrus fruit - between lime and citron (which itself smells sort of like a bitter lemon), leaning on the green side of things. On drydown it mellows out a bit, and there is a bit of sweetness from some nutmeg, but the bergamot is still dominant. After about two hours, it also kind of smells like fresh laundry (if you used bergamot-scented laundry detergent) and becomes warmer and sweeter in character due to the nutmeg. Sillage is moderate but on the weaker side of things while longevity is moderate at about 5 hours. The bergamot note in this as well as the 'green laundry' type scent both remind me a lot of Mugler Cologne (which is one of my favourite fragrances). Overall, this is a really amazing bergamot-dominant cologne and is a good competitor to Le Labo's Bergamotte 22, Ghallager Fragrances Bergamust, and Commodity's Bergamot - however those ones are far more expensive (and also superior) niche fragrances, while this is supposedly an inexpensive fragrance but also hard to find at the same time. 4/5

My guess is that a lot of the hype for this fragrance comes from it being discontinued. There is absolutely nothing wrong with Radiant Bergamot. It's not a scent I prefer which is why I probably won't get a bottle. Lot's of citrus in the opening, a little harsh but not unpleasantly so. It's a little fresh, a lot of citrus and some spiciness. Calms down and moves into the linear scent profile so many others have mentioned. The base really shines throughout its longevity. You can take this fragrance at its word. And it's a little fougère, a little old school and mature for sure. Who's going to wear this? An Italian dad or uncle, that's who. Can other's wear it? Sure but it's got a definite profile. It's versatile enough to wear year round, go heavy in the colder months and it'll still work. It has the slightest hint of being synthetic. I compared the Radiant Bergamot on one arm and Lucky You on my other arm. Both carry that undertone of synthetic chemical but the Ferrari keeps it classy. Lucky You is just synthetic green soap at this point. To summarize this is a fine, classy fragrance probably for an older guy as his signature scent. Wear it year round. Decants are available online to buy so take it for a test drive first.

Well, this Radiant Bergamot is OK, though I had higher hopes for it. It opens with a really nice bright citrus that reminds me of AdP Colonia. I wish it lasted longer. Then that fades, and it goes into a cool mineral phase. The listed middle notes don't match up for me at all. To me, the middle notes are what soaps labeled "sea minerals" smell like. Wet rocks and menthol cigarettes. I didn't like the middle too much. Then it dries down into an oakmoss and spice aroma. This part, I like pretty well, though I wish it was warmer, instead of the lingering coolness from the middle notes. But it doesn't project, and you may find yourself re-spraying often. I would liken the journey of this scent to meeting the manager of a golf pro shop. First you smell the lemony Arnold Palmer he's been drinking. Then you notice the aroma of the menthol cigarette he had after lunch. Then you smell the Old Spice when you get within handshake range. He's probably not a Ferrari guy, but maybe he drives a pretty nice Datsun. He's a nice enough fella, but you probably won't be best pals. Overall, this scent seems ok for the price, but I wouldn't consider it essential.

Once you spray this one you'll get a zesty bergamot blast together with some lime and ginger. The bergamot is a bit syntetic, but not bad at all. I really enjoy this intro! But i have to say that it does smell quite a lot different on skin than on paper (duh!?!?). After about 30min the bergamot tones down and the nutmeg and geranium enters. A bit of sweetnes but not at all a "disturbing kind of sweetnes", like rather pleasant sweetnes. This lasts around 4-5h on my skin and sits close to the skin after about an hour. In my humble opinion this one is not as bright as "Bright Neroli", but it is really good. Both are made for spring/summer, but Bright Neroli is more uplifting to my nose. As allways, don't bother the gender talk... Just spray on whatever you'd like!

Smells like a cheaper and more modern take on ADP Colonia. I prefer the more classic variant, but this smells really good, is cheap, but the performance is almost non existing. If this was the only perfume I would wear I could easily spray the entire bottle in a couple of hot summer weeks. So with that in mind not so cheap after all.

Light, fresh, green, & mossy! Great value for money if you can still pick it up. As someone who usually dislikes most of the 'green' field/earthy/mossy types of fresh fragrances, even the best of the best like Green Irish Tweed, I actually like Ferrari Radiant Bergamot so credit to it!

Very bitter citrus, in a good way. A basic citrus scent for the summer. The opening is a bit harsh. The performance is on the weak side, but this is dirt cheap so you can spray how many times you want during the day.

This is a really refreshing scent! I love the citrusy opening with the bergamot and lemon, it's perfect for daytime. It dries down to a nice warm, spicy scent that lasts all day.

There are fragrances that sweep you off your feet and transport you to a different place and time. Radiant Bergamot is one such scent — captivating, at least at first whiff. It opens with a strikingly photorealistic blend of fresh, bitter citrus and the zing of ginger, an introduction so vivid and crisp, it's almost like biting into a freshly peeled orange under a sunlit sky. This initial burst is undeniably the highlight of the entire experience — a vibrant splash of color that promises an exciting journey. However, this brilliance fades all too quickly, disappointingly fading into an ordinary barbershop fragrance. What follows feels less like a continuation and more like a monochrome sketch. The middle notes, featuring mild spices and smooth wood, attempt to add depth but ultimately fall flat, offering a predictable and muted background rather than a continuation of the scent's dynamic start. The fragrance proves to be short-lived, with limited projection and a linear progression that lacks any surprise or development. It becomes generically sweeter as it moves away from its beautiful opening, resulting in a flatness where there should have been evolution and intrigue. It feels like a narrative that started with potential but lost its way. This is a distinctly masculine fragrance, solidly anchored in traditional notes and far from unisex. It seems best suited for warm days, when a whisper of spice and citrus might feel just right, though even then, it struggles to make a lasting impression. Now discontinued, my remaining second-hand bottle has taken on a vintage status. Yet, considering its lackluster performance and depth, I would neither seek it out nor recommend pursuing it at an inflated price from resellers. Why chase a fragrance that starts with such potential only to end in mediocrity? This Ferrari is a ride worth taking, but only for a fleeting moment. Wonderful, and yet, I would say this is the most underwhelming in the Ferrari Essence Collection line, but please understand that the line is an incredible one. So, while this would come in last if I had to rate all 4 of them, it's still an excellent fragrance and isn't bad by any means. It just isn't as good as the previous offerings. Like all of the essence line, Ferrari tries to create an interpretation of the perfume's note namesake rather than make the perfume just a neroli scent, or just a bergamot scent. As such, Radiant Bergamot smells a bit different than what you'd expect. Radiant Bergamot opens bright and a bit minty, with a fresh and "radiant" take on bergamot. It's an uplifting scent that has a bit cooler of a temperature in the opening than I expected. Honestly, I prefer this opening over the drydown. That said, the drdown is in essence, the same as Bright Neroli, except with a slightlty minty bergamot scent instead of neroli flower. The soapy aspect found in bright neroli is identical in radiant bergamot, and for that I'm disappointed. The smell is great, but it doesn't blow me away the same way Noble Fig, bright neroli, and lavender did. This is worth your money, as right now it's low on the radar (not for long) and still available on fragrance websites for very affordable prices (unlike Bright Neroli). Longevity is slightly below average at about 5 hours, but again, for the current price, and it being an excellent fresh summer scent; it's worth it for sure. It smells more expensive than it is, as does all of the ferrari essence collection line. I definitely recommend trying this scent. It's sometimes hard finding good scents for very hot summers, and this one is perfect for just that. Spring included. While I'm not blown away, it's a lovely fragrance and I really look forward to Ferrari's next iteration in this line, should they continue it. Rating: 7/10 Longevity: 5hrs Value: 9/10

This smells sooooo good. I liked it at first as something different, but grew to love it. If only it lasted longer it would be a top notch rating. It projects pretty well, just doesn't last, at least mine hasn't so far. It may just need to sit around for a bit longer to perform better, so I'll have to wait and see. It's safe to spray a bunch though, it's not one that just puts a cough-cloud around you if you spray more than a normal performer. I spray a few times on my chest, then arms then shirt and lower back of my head. I even like to spray it on my bed comforter since it's so fresh, and like the name says radiant. It's really inexpensive so I'd recommend a really safe blind buy. I have yet to try any other Ferrari fragrances.

I bought this fragrance based on reviews, notes, and descriptions. I usually do pretty well blind buying in this manner, but not this time. I was hoping for more, well... radiant bergamot in this. Instead, it opens with a very nice, soft citrus and quickly goes to a nutmeg/floral scent that resides very close to the skin. The few times I wore this, I kept wanting that lovely opening bergamot note to radiate more powerfully and for greater duration. What lies beneath it isn’t all that special and doesn’t equal the opening. My honest opinion is that FRB smells more like a lotion or creme rather than an eau de toilette, with equivalent measures of performance and projection. I had high hopes for this- I like the other Ferrari Essence fragrances I’ve tried- but this one is the weakest. Kept wishing for more from this one every time I wore it. Happly, my bottle just sold on eBay as I wrote this.

Fragrance Journal Entry #16 So as the name would suggest this is very bergamot heavy, i personally don't know anyone that's ever smelled a "bergamot" before..i sure havn't. One thing i've noticed it's one of the most commonly used notes in perfumery and it would seem it's best used as a complimentary note rather than a primary note and i think that's where it belongs because this just smells like a urinal cake. At first i thought it was just this fragrance but i've since tried other bergamot dominant fragrances and they all have this "urinal cake" scent to them. This is not practical for daily wear and it comes accross harshly synthetic. Rating: 2.7/10 Blind Buy Safe? NO

I feel like these Ferrari fragrances are overrated. This is sooooooooo dry, cloyingly dry. I get bergamot, not super fresh, just plain citrus. Oak moss is listed as a note , which I'm pretty sure you can't use in fragrances anymore, but I get lots of whatever they're using to try and simulate that. Smells like tons of dry vetiver to me. It started out OK, but the dry down was so linear and just absolutely dry that after a couple hours I wanted to take a shower to get it off of me.

I think this is a quality fragrance for the price. It smells clean and bright, it is not cloying or sweet. Unfortunately on me the herbs are too strong and they overpower the citrus with nothing to soften the twang. I must have too much sour in my chemistry as this turns into nettle tea on me. Not the fault of the perfume itself but I have the same problem with Bright Neroli too.

Started off with a hint of bergamot, and some body funk. Bergamot softens even more, sweetness comes in - so now it's sweet body funk with a fleeting thought of bergamot. It gets even sweeter, memories of bergamot are long gone, now it's a whisper of nutmeg doing it's best to compete with body funk. Apparently NOT for me, and I am a bergamot slut. This ain't it.

Starts with very harsh and cloying citrus blast, reminds me of Ysl Kouros Tonique, but that is a smooth freshie, slightly sharp as well but yet smooth. This comes off very harsh and I hardly see any transition on my skin. Very disappointed by most of the fragrances from this line, as I love the presentation. Definitely try before you buy.

I like this. In fact I prefer it over Ferrari's more heralded, Bright Neroli (which is also a good one). Radiant Bergamot isn't incredibly complex but it smells really nice. It's a bit of a refreshing, cooling fragrance as it features a green, grassy minty quality that balances the sharper citrus/bergamot aspect. It's not a bitter scent, despite the cooling geranium, as you could probably describe it as a "sweet" green smell; sweet in an herbal, aromatic way, brought on by a gentle nutmeg note (there's no sweetness in the way of vanilla or tonka or anything like that). Radiant Bergamot is an example of when the juice's color (a lush, vibrant mint-green) matches its smell. For the first half hour the green, minty quality is most apparent and then the bergamot starts to stand out more and become more dominant as the scent develops. Overall, it's not too complicated and mostly linear. Radiant Bergamto gradually fades away, not going through any particular transition or change in the base. Performance is about average. To really get this one to shine I need about 6 to 8 solid sprays, and then I get good projection and about 6 hours of longevity. In conclusion, this is a good low-cost summer option for someone looking for something fresh and pleasant that also smells quite a bit different than what's currently on the mainstream market. It has a casual, relaxed appeal. I give it a thumbs up and a final rating of 8 out of 10. Side note: I actually enjoy this a lot more than other more expensive and well-known bergamot scents such as Le Labo's Bergamot 22 and Atelier Bergamot Soleil. The reason why is that these scents have a sort of bitter, sour edge that doesn't really smell that nice to me. I don't find them refreshing or cooling, or even particularly cheerful, which is what I'm looking for in a summer citrus. Here, it's treated differently, more aromatically sweet and supported by mint, which makes it feel both cooler and happier.

This has one of the most beautiful openings I've ever smelled. Wow! It consists of a sharp, tangy citrus blast with beautiful bergamot leading the show. The best thing about it is the natural sweetness aspect captured, without being cloying in the slightest. The ginger and nutmeg give it a beautifully smooth and lively heart. Sometime down the line, a soapy green quality emerges which always supports the bergamot. Eventually, it dries down to a green, soapy scent with a hint of sweetness. This is definitely a compliment getter and crowd pleaser. Designer appeal with niche quality. The citruses are incredibly bright in this. Performance is decent, with excellent longevity at around 9 hours, projecting for about 2 hours. It's definitely predominantly a summer scent, but its clean, masculine edge makes this perfect for daily wear. I hope they'll bring this back in stock, it's a real treat. Smooth, zesty, clean and bright.
