Spring 26

Initial impressions: This one is love at first sniff for me! Not, it has to be said - on the paper strip but on skin. This is beautiful. Opens bright and zesty - citrus notes jump out most on first spray. Goes into mid notes after about 30 mins or so. I can sense the floral peeping through - the tuberose is not beastly nor indolic but rather, soft and almost warming. The floral notes are green and stem fresh rather than overly heady - I very much appreciate this. It has a soft, freshness which on my skin, reads more feminine than some of the other releases. The citrus stays throughout wear. Doesn't smell like anything else - it's very unique, natural and uplifting. It smells extremely clean without being 'soapy'. Grounded, fresh and hopeful - that's the feeling it offers. It's really rather lovely 💚💜

I was super skeptical going into Spring 26 because I hated Winter 26 and kept hearing that all of Ffern's perfumes smell the same, but I loved this immediately. I've been trying to find a non-rose, natural smelling wildflower and greens perfume for a long time now, and this is genuinely perfect. Yes, it's citrus, but on me it's citrusy in a smooth, wild floral way that I find insanely comforting. I can't speak to longevity yet but it does wear fairly close to the skin, which is my preference. Everyone has mentioned how earthy it is and I thought that might mean herbal in an organic cleaning product way, but it's not that at all. Just green, floral, and natural.

So beautiful! I love spring and this perfume definitely captures its essence. A photo-realistic green floral scent. It's a meadow of wildflowers in the spring. This scent feels both warm and cool at the same time---Just like spring! I really do like this perfume house, they don't just create scents, they create experiences and emotions. It's very clear to me how much effort and thought goes into these scents, with the movies, packaging, ingredients and the little extras they add in. If you want a realistic Spring scent that never smells artificial give this one a try!

I absolutely adore this! I know that I love citrus in perfumes, and this delivers for me. The opening is a nice mix of lemon, bergamot, and bitter orange, and the lemon sticks around for a while. It fades down to a very soft chamomile scent over the span of a few hours. As often with Ffern, the longevity isn't the best. I've only worn it at home, and it becomes quite close within a few hours (though I can just barely smell it on my wrist at the end of the day) I love how it develops on me, but I do wish that it lasted longer.

This opens with a tart, almost gooseberry-like brightness on my skin — sharp, green and slightly unexpected. It quickly settles into a zingy citrus with a fresh green edge that feels uplifting and clean. As it develops, it stays light and airy but maintains a clear presence, with soft wafts throughout the day rather than a constant projection. It never becomes heavy or tiring, and the character remains fresh and natural. A really easy, clear-head scent that wears beautifully and feels effortlessly put together.

This is one of my favorite scents. I think that it is very classy, more feminine than unisex, clean and very elegant. It smells completely natural, like authentic white florals, and is also very green. It is really not for people who do not like florals. It has an old vibe, but in a good way to me. The only real problem for me is its longevity, since it doesn’t last long, and it is expensive for such poor performance.

this is one of the most realistic orange blossom scents ever. it reminds me of being a child and smelling the orange blossoms during spring by our house. feels like dawn and dew drops. I was scared for this one because I didn’t like winter 26 but this is incredible. so beautiful.

I really liked this. I thought it was going to be really lightly scented, but it's lovely. It's pretty, lush, and perfect for springtime. I didn't get the nausea or the pee smell at all! I really thought it just smelled photorealistic.

Currently wearing as a bedtime fragrance. It smells like going to bed, wet headed, straight out of the shower like you did as a kid. Relaxing

My first purchase with Fern. First impressions love it. Very spring very floral forward, but lots of depth. Very fresh but warm.

The opening has green facets and pure white cologne feeling. Dry down is sweet, feminine and soft.

this is solidly up my alley- a bright, citrusy, green floral. orange blossom and petitgrain the stars of the show here in my opinion, but i'm definitely smelling a lot more than just a straightforward orange blossom scent. on me this is photorealistic- it smells like actual flowers and foliage to me rather than reading "perfumey" if that makes any sense. i don't smell like i'm wearing a lovely perfume, i smell like i'm wearing an actual garden. i can definitely see this being a challenging scent for the citrus-averse or those whose tastes err on the sweeter more gourmandy side, but to me this is one of those instant mood-lifter fragrances. performance-wise the projection is really good on me, but unfortunately it barely lasts 3 hours. I wasn't expecting tons of longevity based on the type of scent it is, and longevity isn't my highest priority anyway, but it is worth noting that the longevity on this baby kinda sucks. also the presentation is really cool. there's zero plastic packaging which is always a positive in my book, and you're given tons of information about the fragrance, inspiration behind it, where each ingredient is sourced from, etc. with super pretty graphics and illustrations. it also comes with a little terracotta diffuser disc that i guess you can spray and it holds onto and projects the scent which i thought was a neat bonus. i was kind of skeptical of ffern's business model because it felt like a bit of a marketing gimmick to induce fomo, but in execution it really does feel like you're purchasing something really special and considered and artful. it could very well be a gimmick but if so it's a very tastefully done one.

I didn’t initially love this, I was leaning neutral-positive ; I did enjoy spraying this on our bedroom curtains when we had the windows open, however. Smelling this wild, green beauty in the afternoon on the breeze was a delight. I’ve had it sitting on my nightstand all spring, since the bottle is simple yet beautiful. With the very end of spring, I decided to wear it before bed. Where it had been very grassy and herbal before (which wasn’t a bad thing, just not as much my style usually), the citrus facets remained but the florals OPENED UP. Elegant white florals abundant, as natural and fresh as they come. The herbal notes have now softened and feel so incredibly comforting and relaxing. Absolutely adore this now, I’m glad that I let this sit for a while & even happier that I revisited it. Will definitely be wearing this throughout summer as a bedtime scent. Truly spring in a bottle. Very excited for Summer 26, as so far my boyfriend & I have been overwhelmingly pleased with this house.

I liked it well enough. It leans more feminine than did Winter 26. I didn't open the full bottle. My wife doesn't enjoy florals very well, and it isn't something I would wear, so it didn't have much place in my collection. If you enjoy fresh smelling florals, it would work well for you. Update: I hadn't smelled it since I got it. I got the sample back out and smelled it again. It has either changed dramatically, or I have. I don't smell much that is floral anymore. It just smells so green. It opens with a burst of citrus, then quickly settles into ginger and green accords. An almost photo-realistic cut grass note. It is honestly quite beautiful. However, the performance is abysmal. I sprayed it on my hand, 20 minutes later I can't detect it anymore. Even if I press my hand up to my nose. Nothing left of it at all. It is like all this perfume has is the opening. Like they forgot the base notes.

This is very different than my usual scents, and I'll admit - I was drawn in by their adorable marketing and packaging! It's very interesting, herbal, floral, green and quite nice. At first it was a zingy citrus with orange and lemon, which is not my favorite moment. As it dries down, I'm getting chamomile, valerian, and the cedar is showing up softly. I don't smell a ton of orange blossom on my skin although it is there - this leans green, fresh, outdoorsy, herbal, clean in an earthy way rather than a soapy way. I'd say it's a fresh aromatherapy vibe in the best way - think high-end health spa where they only use clean, organic skin and body care. I was on the fence about keeping the full bottle... but it's so fun and different from anything else I own, I might have to hang on to this one!

Ffern Spring 26 had me excited at first, the notes looked right up my street, and I was genuinely looking forward to it being my first purchase from the brand. On first spray, it actually started well: bright, and citrusy, with the hope that white florals will come through in a moment. But unfortunately, it quickly took a turn. What unfolded on my skin was a very dominant neroli note that just kept getting stronger and stronger. The tuberose, the main reason I bought it, never really showed up, or at least not in any noticeable way. If you love neroli, this might be one to explore. But for me, it just didn’t deliver what I was hoping for. I will try to layer it with some other scents but if that won't work then sadly, this will be going back.

Smells to me at first, very grassy- with a zing of citrus, and settled gently into what smells intensely like Queen Ann’s lace. It reminds me of walking up a field of long grass and prairie. Slightly wet, very fresh. It’s lasted on me for about 4 hours now, and even though my family has strong noses, my father can still tell when I walk upstairs from across the house- so I’d consider it very strong. If you like Queen Anne’s lace, I would recommend!

I can see why people find this fragrance indolic, especially on the initial spray — but it quickly opens up into something floral, green, and pretty. The dry-down is where it really shines for me: sweet and feminine. Three hours in, the scent has mostly faded, but it's still sitting intimately close to the skin.

I wouldn't judge it by the blotter or opening notes. After the initial blast goes away (it's a little medicinal to me), it shines. Very beautiful citrus floral, and smells very natural. I will keep this one.

My friend recommended this to me. And she’s the one who originally got me thinking more about perfumes, so I usually trust her taste. Since I am into fresh, citrus fragrances, I genuinely thought I would enjoy it. Buuuut... I have to agree with some of the other reviewers here. To me, it was such a weird opening and I didn't get the freshness I was expecting. Decided to wait a bit, and once I got past the first initial smell, the dry down was powdery and even floral. It probably won't make sense to other people, but to me, the drydown reminded of Byredo Blanche, which, in my opinion, is one of the best floral perfumes that doesn't smell like an old lady or make your head hurt. Wouldn't recommend this one as a blind buy as it's expensive so better test it out

Opens with a full, bright citrus and fresh lemon scent, but within 10 seconds the chamomile (I think) kicks in with a hay-like, dull, weedy smell, almost like a strong whiff of a rather pissy horse stable. Awful. After that strange twist, the citrus comes back and lingers for quite a while. For me, the dry-down after about an hour is sweet and somewhat powdery: a very soft floral scent. It lasts on me for around two hours. Not bad if you like citrus scents (apart from the horse-stable moment) but there are better ones out there. I do love the idea of the natural ingredients, though, so I’m still willing to give Summer 26 a try.

7 and 8 April 2026 On skin (showered recently and very clean), sitting in the sun: weirdly heavy for a spring fragrance? I don’t see the vision at all. On cotton t-shirt, slightly warmed by the sun: veeeeery sweet and veeeeeery strong, wow. Again, weird scent, though now I think it’s more acrid than anything else. On the dry down, the floral is giving more grandmother, and not in a good way. Willing to give it another try in a month or so because I don’t understand why I dislike it so much.

This was my first Ffern purchase, and I'll be sending it back. It smells interesting, and nice, but just not for me. It opens very peppery, then dries down and I primarily smell herbs and neroli. I imagine it is what a vintage men's aftershave might smell like. Soft, herbaceous, lightly floral, and a tinge of spice.

I just got this today, and once again, overly herbaceous. Winter 26 was my first bottle and I hated it, smells like a medicine cabinet. This is less vile but still smells like an ointment for a skin infection. I don't smell any of the fruit or citrus, just herbs, even hours after spraying. :(

Objectively lovely for a florals fan. I could sense some citrus in the opening, but ultimately the white flower and rose notes dominated every other note for me. More old lady than springtime meadow. That being said, it still smelled nice! But surely not for my taste.

It's very lemony on me and fading fast. Perfectly pleasant as it has a clean aroma but I'm unsure about wearing it. Ffern's perfumes often contain peppers and they seem to smell odd with my skin chemistry. Will try again and see if it's changed at all.

The vibe I felt when I smelled this is funeral ceremony on a warm spring morning. Fresh cut grass, white lilies and white roses, some pollen from the neighboring trees, powdery perfumes from the grieving grandmothers.

The initial spray at the first few seconds is NOT good. Literally at first it just smells like really fancy piss. On the tester, first few seconds a very sweet citrus main note (which to me is pretty nauseating) with a jasmine-like blossom/neroli undertone that flips as it settles on the paper. Spraying on my skin is different. First spray everything is strong and mixed up. When it starts to settle on the skin everything kinda gets organized, top note is a strong jasmine-y like blossom scent with some very sweet citrus following it in the background. After a couple of minutes with it being fully dried down, it smells like a nice, spring garden with a hint of sweetness. It honestly reminds me of Hopifico's Jasmine & Wood but less cologne-like. Personally i dont think its that unique, and the process it takes to reach that finally calming scent is not it imo. but if you're someone who loves a sweet jasmine then you'd love this. This is pretty expensive though, so Id suggest going to your local winners/marshalls/tj max and picking up Hopifico's Jasmine & Wood for a similar style. I actually tried it on others and they didn't like it either. I will say this is very spring-like.. I will say the packaging is absolutely adorable.

My first Ffern bottle was Winter 26 and I love that. That one, for me at least, lived up to its complex list of notes, and was a really interesting, different scent. This one is unfortunately really one note for me, a dominant neroli. And neroli is one of the only notes I really don't like, it just smells soapy to me. Like other commenters have said, if you like simple, light, neroli fragrances, maybe you'll like this. But I was hoping to get more lemon, pepper, cedar etc and that just wasn't there for me.

I was drawn back in by Ffern's advertising which seemed to promise perceptible rose and tuberose, but once again I find neroli and bitter orange dominating. At first, it is bright and citrussy and quite pleasant, but as time goes on it is getting sickly, like mouldy lemons, and weirdly persistent. This one will be going back.

It smells really good, it’s citrusy, green and fresh. but i’m really disappointed by the longevity of this.. it only lasts around 30 minutes on my skin, probably the most expensive perfume i own and it barely sticks on my skin... do not recommend, you can get so much better perfumes in that price range

this is one that just going by the accords i thought it would be right up my alley but the sour note at the beginning really turns me off and it wears off so fast. i just can't envision me ever reaching for this so i think i will return.

Once again, Ffern delivers a straight citrus scent with all other notes undetectable. If you have one Ffern perfume, you have them all. Unless you are incredibly fond of bergamot, I wouldn't recommend this or any other Ffern perfume.

Sharp white floral, very soapy. I suppose it can de seen as springy and green, but on me it becomes very sharp very quickly before fading to nothing. Basically smells like a supermarket shampoo.

Ffern is a hit or miss with me. This one is a hit with a lovely marigold (?) touch that lingers once everything else settles down. It’s not a note mentioned, and I suspect it’s perhaps the combination of the neroli, petitgrain and chamomile forming the make-me-happy accord? Nice job on this one Ffern.
