Fango e Pesca

I dare to call it a masterpiece. The best one from the brand for me. So evocative and suggestive - I can totally visualize being in a garden during the rain, picking up a peach, burst after the fall, laying in the mud and smelling it. Please don't be influenced by accord chart up top. It's not really aquatic, ozonic or floral. This is very realistic mud - earthy, VERY wet patchouli with petrichor, moss and hints of fruitiness. It's something between Le Labo Baie 19 and Zoologist Bat. The rain accord is the best I have smelled so far.

I know this is a bold personal choice rather than a crowd pleaser, but I love this perfume. At first, ripe peach in its floral sweetness, abruptly stopped by wet mud. That contrast, even just visually, is very satisfying. The wet dirt turns into grassy notes, with the peach lingering only in the back. After some time, the tart green notes mellows, leaving space for warmer, more comforting aromas. This is not a perfume that will get you compliments, but one that you can totally get addicted to if you lean into it.

This is my favourite scent from Filippo Sorcinelli. Its artistic, its realistic ...amazing! Its watery peach , not sweet. Its so real . And its absolutely unisex. This is my hit for this summer! :)

This is hands down one of the top 3 perfumes Filippo Sorcinelli has made so far. This muddy peach fragrance has major cozy vibes for me.

Alright so this is pretty cool. I’ve tried opus 1144 and ennui noir and this is my third fragrance I’ve tried from Filippo Sorcinelli and this one triumphs the others, 1st I disliked both opus 1144 and ennui noir. Fango e Pesca is more digestible compared to the others. It comes in with an earthy muddy smell off initial spray but when it calms down you get more of that petrichor photo realistic rain scent, the peach also settles in along with the rain (it’s not a sweet peach). Imagine it’s a rainy day your sitting next to a peach tree taking cover from the rain, the ground beneath you is slightly muddy from the rain, your watching a river flow gracefully whilst enjoying the weather, a peach falls to the muddy ground right next to you, out of Curiosity you take a bite from the muddy peach as the rain shrouds your senses. This is how I perfectly describe Fango e Pesca, Rainy Peachy and Earthy / Dirty. This is honestly not the best but I enjoy it whenever I wear it I’d give it a 6.5/10 scent BUT 9.3/10 Uniqueness there’s many rain scents but this one captures it nearly to a T

The very first few drops of rain hitting dried, thick dirt and sending that scent upwards.... Splintered, wet, mossy wood from a decaying porch, rain, and peaches. Probably the best petrichor scent I've ever smelled, it's a bottled thunderstorm. Maybe 60% rain/mud, 40% peach/floral. Beautiful oakmoss from the first spray... Fairly light on osmanthus and a clean jasmine. Someone else smelled this on me and immediately said it smelled like rain and mud in a nice way. The humidity recedes and it cools, becoming peachier with time... It really is like sitting on a porch during a warm thunderstorm with a ripe peach. The latter half (tobacco, musk, patchouli) melds together gently. It radiates well and lasts, it's very strong. Creates a beautiful rainy atmosphere with 1-2 sprays. I'm a woman but this is unisex, men can absolutely wear this. And should. It may even read as slightly more masculine at later points. But idk. How scared are you of peaches? Sorcinelli is amazing for this :)

Opening feels like a damp towel after a shower in a humid bathroom, quickly transform into peach-tea to a very Jasmin/violet/coriander dry down on my skin. Very spring feeling not my favorite rain perfume

top note of this one is horrible on me, it starts off smelling like acetone. as the patchouli slowly rises to the surface it brings out something leafy, but the strange nailpolish remover odor still lingers at the base. the peach slowly starts blooming and this scent evolves into many directions. on my wrists it’s gone in second, one of my inner elbows is fruity fresh earthy acetone patchouli and the other one emits the most forbidden smell. and then i become anosmic to it under one hour. there seems to be some bitter green and fruity/floral smells that are a mess on my skin, even if perfectly beautiful on blotter or friends skins. i think this is one of them and honestly i’m at a loss... if you’re a doctor reading this and have a serious diagnosis to offer on why my skin chemistry is messed up like this, dm me.

To me, this fragrance smells as if Demeter Thunderstorm (or Earthworm) was blended with Gucci Rush and its distinctive plastic-like peach note. I first discovered Demeter’s wet, earthy, ozonic compositions back in 2014, so this type of scent profile is very familiar to me and immediately recognizable. I discovered Gucci Rush a year ago, and I can also easily identify its signature “plastic” peach accord. If I hadn’t been familiar with these fragrances before, this perfume would probably have impressed me: the combination of petrichor and peach is indeed unusual. But for me, these are already familiar scent profiles that have simply been combined together. Therefore, personally, I don’t find this fragrance particularly interesting.

I wanted to try this because of the interesting notes and because I love petrichor accords and haven’t found a good one after being let down by Steamed Rainbow’s performance. But it smells...so odd and screechy. Like after I read the notes, I picked up on the mud smell a little too well. Peaches and mud. I can’t smell anything else.

The oakmoss drydown and acetone-like mud note are killing it for me. I don’t like this. It’s also way more masculine than I expected, absolutely along the lines of a fougère. I get almost no fruity notes at all.

Never thought I would want to smell like mud during rain but it turns out it is a magical smell on skin. It reminds me of forest and gives me serenity. Mud and peach are most dominant (hence the name), after a while mud smell is gone and it is very pleasant, soft smell.

Very watery peach and mud. But not watery as in weak- it's like an essence. One of my favorites ever. Can be worn as more of an intimate, personal bubble scent that somehow lasts all day. This is a very comforting and playful fragrance.

The search for a perfect clay scent continues. This smell like you would expect from the brand, odd. It lightly reminds me of Zoologist Bat.
