it literally smells like super rush. cherry and gasoline. like the smolderingly-intense leather queen little brother of aveda’s classic 1978 cherry almond. or think baby al pacino in william friedkin’s cruising. if you’ve ever done poppers, the first whiff will make your face go hot out of pure instinct. though it definitely seems bold as brass at first, i found that it really brightens on the skin overtime in a pleasant, almost delicate way. i once danced for something like six hours wearing popper-pop and it was just as strong by the end of the night, but it had mutated into a slightly different sort of creature. the florals and aromatic woods definitely emerge after a while, and the gasoline becomes a bit more like spilled acetone. when the party’s over i think magnolia is the unsung hero, with lingering herbaceous “freshness” that remains candy-like without crossing into powdery/creamy territory. punchy and fun. a lovely and thoughtful homage to the pursuit of pleasure.

Popper pop for those who have not tried it is Popper smell without a doubt but then it becomes fruity but the popper base remains. What else to say to Filippo? He also hit the mark with the second. Different, different from any other scent smelled. Tropical popper with a hint of apple and a drydown finish of washing powder. I don't dwell on the notes and when to use it in this case too. excellent performance.

Opening is synthetic burst of sweet apple that comes off very fruity and fresh It is then accompanied by almonds Very pleasant to my nose despite the syntheticness As it dries the apple disappears and the fragrance becomes a bit powdery and floral with some almond in a strange way i can't fully describe Then after some time it fully turns into a woody floral with a bit of minty hints

Okay a more in-depth review. Synthetic cherry and lush red apple, poppers, sickly sweet, strikingly electric... smells like a red neon light, bad decisions, impulsive hook

tropical poppers with amazing staying power. I rolled this on a test piece of paper and put it in my workshop and i can still smell it after a month!

Very interesting, and not at all what I expected. Kind of like almond bubble-gum (if that exists), or those green/blue rolls that were squared off and powdered with this strange whitish substance, in the 90s. Before fading, becoming gaseous, transparent, and veiled. The pyramid of flowers seems quite original to me: I am really not familiar with the arrangement here proposed. I know pittosporum in nature but I think I have forgotten the smell of it: a kind of creamy/sweet flower, or something a little bit orange? Anyway, here, that's the idea. There's also some in the Gold Leaves from RDF that I recently reviewed, and I think that's a very nice note. What about Davana? As an essential oil? What does it smell like, and where does it come from? Does anyone know more about it? Anyway, it's very sensual without being aggressive or cringe, and original enough to have been among my most interesting discoveries of the last few months. So here's to your discovery kits. PS: it reminds me of a Lush perfume that smelled a little bit like softened chewing gum, but I can't remember the reference.

opens up straight nail polish, dries down to bubble gum, then you get the mint and almond. def the most wearable from the line if u wanna smell like fruity gasoline.

So I am testing this today and the opening smells like the very affordable east european washing powder. I remember opening the box and it smelled exactly like this perfume. That is exactly what so far it smells to me with a hint of glossy plastic box, in which the detergent is in, that for some reason smells also. I am curious about the drydown and will edit but so far I am not getting any of the listed notes.

Whoo - ho this brings back memories ! Truly medicinal / alcoholic opening like popper can be. Then almond quickly takes over , followed by a more timid orchid and magnolia. This fragrance is cold in the nostrils, like a popper indeed . I love the brain tease here ! Perfumery should be playfull. Still totally wearable for me , drydown is a simpler, less "popper" like long trail. I am awed that this is perfumery and someone is doing it right! Cool , medicinal ( reminds me a bit of Cocaine by Frank Boclet ), hospital alcohol like. Less wearable then some other Sorcinelli fragrances, but way more wearable then the weird ones :) 10/10
