Madame

Smells so good. This is a grown-up, elegant fragrance that feels much more high-end, giving off a classy and sophisticated vibe. I had smelled it in store several times and never liked it. I wouldn’t even consider applying it to my skin. In the air or on a tester, it felt too perfumey and overwhelming to me. When I finally decided to give it a proper wear test, though, it transformed into a beautiful fragrance on my skin. On the skin, it’s still a bit strong and perfumey at first, but it warms up almost right away into a beautiful sweetness. On my skin, it dries down very similarly to Dossier Floral Marshmallow, not identical, but with that same fluffy marshmallow sweetness. It also smells a bit like Modest Deux by Afnan. I guess I can see why people think it smells similar to Mon Paris or Miss Dior, but on my skin, it does not. My skin chemistry tends to pull vanilla, cotton candy/marshmallow sweetness, amber, and musks forward, which is likely why they might smell similar on me compared to someone else. I love this. 8/10 Sillage 7/10 Longevity 7/10

This is very sweet and is in the same sort of profile as LVEB or black opium. I'm not saying this smells exactly like those, but this is a heavy sweet gourmandish scent like those. This also reminds me slightly of Donna Born in Roma. The notes listed don't match this scent at all to me, except for the custard note, perhaps. I actually like this one, but I can't say it's a safe blind buy as it looks like many people do not like this one too much. if you like the other fragrances I mentioned here, then I think you'd like this one though.

This one definitely smells more "high-end" than the others in Fine'ry, It's elegant, floral-fruity vibe with a touch of classy and sophisticated. I actually liked it for a bit! But then there’s the drydown... and things get weird.. it has an almost sweaty undertone in the background. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does keep it from being perfect.

this is 100% into the night by bath and body works. As a Donna born in Roma lover, these two smell nothing alike.

The sweetness feel heavy and plastic like. The parts I like are distracted by this heavy artificial smell.

Based on the notes, I was praying for a dupe of Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli x Kayali, which I L💕VE. I loooove patchouli, and have been immersing myself in patchouli centered fragrances. This does not smell anything like the patchouli I'm familiar with. Maybe like the patchouli in Sinner x Kat Von D? Anyway, "Madame" is a highly floral, synthetic, and sweet(fruity) scent. Honestly, it's like a dupe of another dupe by Finery called "flower bed" (with maybe some lactonic and vanillic notes added?). In the deep dry down I can pick out a wine-like cassis; which winds up being the most prominent note during full dry down. Perhaps they were going for a Maison Margiela Date Night vibe? I really have no idea, but sadly for me this is a hard pass. I was SO hoping it was going to be a dupe for VRSP x Kayali. Or at least Lady Vengeance x Juliette has a gun. It is neither 😞 *Edit. Upon trying "Fenty" I realized that's what this is supposed to be a dupe for.

when I read the accords in Fragantica I thought this was going to be a powdery rose. I was expecting something like noble blush by Lataffa. Instead this is exactly like Bath and body works into the night. I gave it to my mom and she liked it.

I personally found nothing redeemable within this fragrance. I regret to say. It's very, very sweet, verging on medicinal. I didn't realize it was supposed to be Coco Mademoiselle until I got online to figure out what fragrance this was supposed to be riffing off of. I own CM, and I'm extremely familiar with it. So...like, wow. No. I'm really uncertain of what is going on here, but it's like an overdose of sugary, hardcore orange liquer alongside some stale herbs. I recommend Perry Ellis Love instead if you're looking for an affordable (decidedly lighter weight) alternative to Coco Mademoiselle. That one hits all of the marks, but sits as more of a sheer fragrance.

Sorry yo. This is NO COCO Mademoiselle. Period. Been wearing that scent for 20 years. This is a GREAT SCENT. Very close to YSL Mon Paris but dammit- I like it more than that scent. When they reformulated Paris they made Mon Paris a bit more juvenile, fruity and basic. Its lovely and all but lost the smokey Paris vibes of the OG. This has a nice mix of the old and new and as a 50 year old perfume nut with 200+ bottles, this $30 Targayyyy scent is absolutely worth your time if your looking for a grown up, elegant and bad ass scent. To quote my fave Tik Tok gal Paige, “Cost does not equate good perfume.” This is just GOOD. You hate it, you’re out $30 bucks. YUM.

I personally think this perfume smells good. It's a nice pretty fruity floral. BUTTTTT! The first day that I got this body spray from Target I sprayed it on myself after a shower and when my husband came home from work and I went to go give him a kiss he said I smelled like I've been drinking 😢😬 Odd lol.

I know the notes don’t match, but this smelled like a watered down version of the Miss Dior Parfume (2024). With the fruity and faint patchouli scent. Is that why it is called “Madame”?

I’d say this is more floral version of Into The Night.
