Pistachio Please

How can this $30 Target pistachio perfume do what no others can? That is: NOT smell like industrial bathroom cleaner?? Every single other pistachio prominent perfume I've ever tried smells like a freshly cleaned public restroom on me. This perfume is an absolutely perfect gourmand pistachio ice cream dream - a type I've been dying to have in my collection. This was not the one I expected to walk away with but I'm super happy with this fragrance! It doesn't last a super long time on me, but I can still faintly smell it 3-4 hours later, however, only 4-6 sprays are needed to get a good performance and sillage; I applied to wrists, inner elbow, ears, and chest and I can smell it wafting for a good 2 hours. Smells to me like a year-round perfume: not too strong for summer but warm enough for winter. I live in FL, so I am familiar with perfumes easily becoming cloying and I don't see this being too strong for hot weather, it smells sweet and fresh, not what you'd expect from a nutty gourmand lactonic scent. LOVE LOVE LOVE! I inadvertently discovered a nice combo w/ Britney Spears's Private Show. I use body spray as deodorant and put it on when I got back from errands and both together are smelling wonderful.

This is so good! I get a very fluffy, slightly creamy/lactonic pistachio with hints of vanilla. It's definitely sweet but not at all cloying. To my nose this is not a dupe of Cheirosa '62 or Yum Pistachio Gelato, but it was definitely inspired by characteristics of both fragrances. Cheirosa '62 is a lot warmer and heavier and leans firmly into the caramel note in the dry down. YPG is cooler and lighter with that fresh opening note, and nuttier than Pistachio Please on the dry down. If anything I would say that Pistachio Please is what I thought YPG would be before I tried it, so if you dislike the fresh opening of that fragrance, Pistachio Please might be the one for you!

This is what I really wanted the Kayali Yum Pistachio to smell like: warm, creamy, sweet and gourmand, like a pistachio muffin, yet somehow it still has a bit of freshness to it that smells relatively clean. For colder weather. It definitely shares a lot of notes with the Sol de Janiero 62, but it is not an exact clone to my nose. The SDJ is heavier, sweeter, and more caramelly. I had been looking for something nutty and I love pistachio, so this is perfect. Edit: I'm not normally a body mist person at all, but the body mist version of this is better than the edp to me--it's fresh and light, and more subtle, but somehow lasts all day on me.

I love this. I'm not crazy about the SDJ 62 body spray because I feel like it's just a bit too alcohol heavy and unblended. But this smells like what that should've smelled like. I have a sample of the SDJ 62 perfume and this smells similar but again it's a creamier and more ice creamy type of smell. I also like that this doesn't have the florals that SDJ 62 has in the dry down. It's a true summer gourmand. It's comparable to the Kayali Pistachio Gelato too, but less citrusy. Overall really good value for your money, I mean $30 you can't go wrong. And I think the packaging is cute too. Can't wait to wear this in the warm weather

I always get compliments wearing this (usually initial sprays) so that’s amazing for me but I will say the longevity+sillage is not worth the price for me. Which sucks because this is an AMAZING smell. The scent is so beautiful & I pair it with a pistachio lotion so sometimes it can still linger but overall it’s not as strong of a scent I would like therefore I think their perfumes should be cheaper! But try their mists first or mini perfumes (if available) to get better moneys worth. I wouldn’t spend the $30 on 2 oz unless I was sure I love the scent.

i bought a 5-piece sample set of fine'ry scents and this one is turning out to be my favorite of them! it smells a lot like powdered sugar to my nose. there is a subtle nuttiness, but it doesn't last very long. it's strong and long-lasting for something at this pricepoint, while also being lightweight and inoffensive. the drydown leaves a hint of warm muskiness. what a lovely experience this scent is! pistachio please in a few words: sugared, subdued, airy

I got this as a Secret Santa gift, and it's been my daily fragrance ever since! It's strong enough for people to notice when you first put it on, but after a few hours, it isn't as noticeable to others. That sounds like a bad thing, but I actually love it because I don't want to overwhelm people and give them headaches at school. It's also distinct enough to smell it on myself every so often, it's like a fun little surprise.

I have the body mist of this and I also have a few Yum Pistachio clones, and to me this smells a lot like the dry down. I also get the comparisons to SDJ62. I guess this is a simplified version of both of them. I actually really like this one, it's sweet but not too much and feels fresh enough for a gourmand smell. Doesn't get cloying in the heat. I'm thinking about trying the perfume version now.

I didn’t care for SDJ62 *or* Pistachio Yum, so I’m glad this is a little different from both. None of the caramel-ness of SDJ, or the florals of Yum - this is my favorite gently sweet and nutty version of pistachio gelato... full fat, a little buttery. I think the milk/gelato note is what some folks aren’t liking - but to me, it rounds out the scent from being just a fluffy vanilla.

Soft, powdery pistachio and vanilla. Very simple, sweet, and comforting. Not thick and cloying. I think this is a good uncomplicated sweet scent for spring and summer. I don't think it's exactly like Sol De Janiero 62 as it doesn't have the stronger heavier notes (i think caramel). This one is lighter and prettier, SDJ 62 is thicker and more yummy. I have and like both!

This is such a cozy scent. I can smell the pistachio most prominently when it's frist sprayed. It sticks around through the dry down but more in the background to creamy vanilla. The dry down is lighter but lingers on me and I'll get whiffs for hours afterward. I love this and it feels gourmand without being too sweet or strong. Great easy reach

Omg I love this perfume! I got a sample pack of Fine’ry fragrances and this is by far my favorite so far. It’s milky, nutty, soft and sweet. It surprisingly lasted on me for a while but I wouldn’t say it’s strong at all. I’m definitely getting a full-size of this perfume. It smells heavenly and you can’t beat the price.

Smells similar to SDJ 62, without the heavy sweetness, floral notes and alcohol smell. I personally like Pistachio Please a lot more as a result, and it's light enough to wear year-round. Tree Hut's Tropic Glow firming line smells almost 100% identical to this fragrance if you're looking to layer. :)

This is the ultimate affordable gourmand to me. Creamy, sweet vanilla pistachio ice cream with just a hint of salty tang. I absolutely love this. I usually think I'll love gourmands and them when I actually get my hands on them they're disappointing. I actually love this one for some reason.

This review is for the body spray - longevity is poor, but I have started to feel overwhelmed with sweet scents, and this doesn’t make me queasy. It does smell like opening a carton of pistachio ice cream, but with a warm feeling. Sweet and very delicate! I want to buy the EDP of this.

i bought this on a whim just because my husband said it smelt delicious, and it does 😝 literally goes from sweet to creamy vanilla, so calming and GREAT if you don’t like nutty fragrances, if you love lactonic, sweet, vanilla you will love this!

I've been pleased by all the Finery fragrances I've tried thus far, including this one! Very pleasant and wearable. Reminds me of pistachio muffins, in a good way! Might need to wear this with lotion to get it to stick though.

Love this so much! It smells like heavenly vanilla, fluffy marshmallows and a hint of pistachio. It lasts like one hour though. I prefer dupes that are vegan, but so far I'm on a search for a longer lasting version of this!

I could not tell you if this is a good dupe for anything, but this fragrance is delicious! It is sweet all the way through and smells even better by the end of the day on me, the longevity was a lovely surprise.

This was my first pistachio fragrance and I love it! It’s nutty and girl loves me some tonka bean! I let it macerate for about a month and it lasts longer on my skin. Will be repurchasing once I run out!

A bit surprised to see people say this is super similar to SDJ 62... 62 is warmer and nuttier compared to the cooler vibes I get from PP. In that sense it’s more like Yum Pistachio Gelato from Kayali.

so versatile, a favorite ever since it’s release - milky pistachio goodness.. pure cloudy, nutty vanilla... use it for work because it’s very agreeable on me and not too strong

So good! Clean, perfect pistachio. Pairs perfect with the "sweet on the outside"(same brand). I had them in a mini pack together, then bought separately. Amazing

(He’s picky about smells) So, here's the kicker: I spritzed it on my skin and clothes, and I was still catching whiffs of it for a solid 3 to 5 hours. Not too shabby for a perfume that won't break the bank, am I right? Long story short, I'm thrilled I snagged this fragrance. It's officially my go-to scent for summer shenanigans. Trust me, you need this in your life—it's like sunshine in a bottle! I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t want something that smells so addictive and delicious in their collection.

I’ve been on a fragrance journey, mostly for unusual scents, but if I happen to come across by any test perfumes, I won't hesitate to try them. I hadn't realized Target carries perfumes. I was pleasantly surprised. This scent is a photorealistic pistachio gelato. sweet, creamy, and nutty. I can see why it’s marketed with macarons because it has that same gourmand quality. Normally, I’m not a fan of gourmand fragrances, but I love pistachios in every form, plain, roasted, salted, or turned into ice cream. So I was drawn to this.This is my first time trying a pistachio perfume. And I have to say, it opened my eyes to pistachio scents. The downside? I can only smell it when I’m up close, which is a little disappointing, however, Fine’ry has a really friggin' good atomizer. It sprays beautifully, evenly, and with a satisfying mist. I’m grateful for this perfume because it made me want to explore more pistachio-based fragrances. If you’re in the U.S., definitely check out Target’s Fine’ry collection. EDIT: it persists well on clothes. I asked myself, what's that smell on my shirt? Oh, it's that stuff i tried at target the other day!

I'm actually really pleasantly surprised by this scent. Normally I don't like pistachio anything (flavoring, pudding, scents, etc.). I picked this up on a whim at Target and figured I'd give it a go since my husband likes pistachio. Just like any budget frag house, the first spray was alcohol-y, but honestly not as bad as a lot of others I've experienced. The pistachio scent was too sharp & synthetic to me at first, but only if I stuck my nose right onto my skin. After about 30 mins it calmed down into a really, really nice clean scent. Instead of a pastry-scented gourmand like I expected, Pistachio Please reminds me of a really luxurious bubble bath. The sillage only goes arm's length, but I was smelling it on myself in the car on the way home and I was really pleased by it. I get a little tonka on the drydown, the milk is there but quiet, and the vanilla blends in really well. Not what I expected, but I'm really happy and this is going on my want list.

I love this! It’s alluring and just plain yummy, but unfortunately, it doesn’t last. My fiancé loves it on me. It’s definitely something that is reminiscent of dessert but not in an overly sweet or cloying way. It makes me happy every time I put it on but then, just an hour later, I am seeking another hit of this addictive fragrance. If this was in a perfume oil, I’d snatch it up immediately and bathe in it! I love this one and prefer it over my much more expensive options at the moment. Because it is light, I am thinking this is a great fragrance for the upcoming summer months when it can be quite hot and humid here. Today is a moderately warm day and quite humid and I think that is helping the longevity, but mot much. I do wish it would last longer as this delicious fragrance makes me feel absolutely bouyant whenever I give it a spritz!

I love it. I just love it, can't get enough. Thank you Target for having affordable scents that are actually decent (for being dupes also). I've been looking for a new fall/winter gourmand and for me, this nails it. I originally tried Sabrina Carpenter's Sweet Tooth scent but for being the same price, the quality of that didn't hit any marks. Sweet Tooth is a very generic, plain Jane vanilla scent; smells like something you could buy as a body spray for much less! Pistachio Please is not only my new favorite perfume but also happens to be my favorite ice cream flavor! Smells like a sweet but not annoyingly sweet, creamy, dreamy, slightly nutty scent you could absolutely live in comfortably forever. 10/10 i will definitely be buying the body mist version so that I can get more sillage out of this!

It's basically SDJ's original scent, it's just missing the caramel note. SDJ is heavier and more gourmand and this is lighter and fluffier. Similar to SDJ, I don't actually get a ton of actual pistachio - at least the 'nutty' aspect. It smells good, but the real downside to this fragrance is the super poor longevity. I am good with it being a dupe of something but I was hoping it would be a longer lasting version of the body spray - but you're just better off getting that since this one's performance is so poor. For anyone looking for a REAL pistachio fragrance, pistache makes an amazing body butter and body spray. Layered together they last me a good while.

This is not a SDJ '62 dupe and I have never smelled Kayali Yum Pistachio so I will be reviewing this on its merits alone. I rather like this. It's soft, a little powdery, a little sweet, and clean. The Tonka definitely comes through, which I like. It's the definition of an inoffensive scent that can be worn pretty much anywhere any time. Lasting power is more like a body spray than an EDP, but that's what I expect at this price point. It sits close to the skin, which makes it wearable in the heat and in the office. An absolutely safe blind buy. It may not be the most exciting fragrance in my collection but it's a dumb reach that gets worn a lot.

It was at this moment when i knew i loved Pistachio note. While the first initial spray doesn’t make me wanna go “i have to purchase this immediately” the drydown definitely got me hook, line & sinker. The only thing in my collection with this note is Sweetheart Cherry from B&BW and that’s been discontinued, i plan on buying this as soon as im done with it. All season fragrance that isn’t too cloying in the heat either. Tested this and wore it out in 100+ heat. Now, i only tested the body mist and that was light but not up in the wind gone. I will be getting the EDP. And for the price point, how can you lose?

I’m a pistachio fanatic in real life...pistachios, pistachio ice cream, pistachio baklava cheesecake, etc., but none of the pistachio scents I’ve come across were appealing. I had to ask myself...even though I love pistachios do I really want to smell like one? Then I came across this Fine’ry Pistachio Please! Its creamy, milky, vanilla, pistachio musk...slight musk...maybe it’s the tonka but its light an airy and gourmand with a hint of smokiness so it doesn’t get to cloying. So far this is one of my fav Fine’ry scents.

I can see how noses can make the comparisons to SDJ62 and Yum Pistachio. For me, however, Pistachio Please smells as though you tried layering the 2 fragrances together. If 62 is on the "warm" end of the spectrum, and Yum is on the "cool" end, Please falls right into the middle. Albeit, at a lower quality than its 2 inspirations. At $30, it's decent! A good, light-hearted fragrance for those wanting a summer gourmand that isn't a fruity and/or floral bomb.

Why are all these people mad about this not being a dupe of Cheirosa 62? It isn't being advertised as such. Go buy the 62 if that's what you like, it's overpriced, but then you won't have to complain about Pistachio Please. I like this fragrance but I think this one is overpriced, too. I bought the edp and it performs like a body spray. It does smell like almond pistachio ice cream.

This is a very well blended, super affordable creamy pistachio/tonka bean scent that isn't too sweet, which I like. The SDJ perfumes don't last very long on my skin, but this one does a better job, around 3 hours or so. I am really impressed with the Fine'ry perfumes so far. I haven't got any of the body sprays, but the perfumes are in glass bottles and are very good for the money.

Literally smells exactly like Sol De Janeiro Cherisoa '62, like spot on. Awesome inoffensive scent to wear everyday. But, scent can be a little much for too hot of weather, and honestly feel like a heavy cloud of perfume if applied in the wrong climate. Definitely can feel like a teenage-childish scent, but is a super great dupe for anyone who likes Sol De Janeiro.

I was so surprised by this! I’m very against dupes in general but when I was testing at Target this was a creamy, pistachio, ice cream, vanilla, with a hint of musk. I already have Yum Pistachio by Kayali but this.. it’s got me double thinking it. Pistachio Please is a wonderful gourmand and I might end up buying a full bottle and ignoring that it’s a dupe.

Nearly identical Sol de Janeiro 62 dupe but slightly cheaper. Dries down a little likely Fine’ry’s other fragrance “Not Another Cherry” which I also have and like. I assume they share a similar base or something. Bottle is my favorite color of green. Decently strong for the price but tbh I practically bathe in it.

I have the body mist & it gives creamy pistachio, marshmallow with a fresh bottom note. As expected body mists do not last as long because they’re not as concentrated as a perfume but it’s nice to use as a layer for your perfumes. I must admit it does smell similar to SDJ 62 and I don’t mind it at all.

Smells like a lighter Bath and Body Works perfume in the best way. I've been needing another gourmand for a second and this one is perfect for summer. Very airy and projects really nicely in enclosed spaces. Excited to see how this mixes with sweat! And I'm obsessed with the bottle.

This one is sweet and soft, but I don’t find a true pistachio smell or even an artificial pistachio smell (like pistachio pudding). It’s just a nice non/descriptive gourmand and it plays nice layering with other gourmands. One of the few that gets me compliments.

This smells waaaay more like sdj 62 than kayali’s pistachio gelato. It’s very sweet compared to nutty. I will say it lasts longer than sdj 62 and is at a better price. Also, you can get it as a perfume instead of just a body spray.

Very clean smelling pistachio. Smells like you just got out the shower using pistachio products. Very unisex. Performance is not there but affordability makes up for it. This fragrance got me excited for other pistachio perfumes.

This smells like pistachio ice cream though not super sweet. You can smell the "nutty" pistachio on top but it settles into a mild milky vanilla. Like but not love.

have this in the body spray, doesn't last incredibility long but love. Creamy pistachio pear gelato, with a tonka bean base. very similar to cheirosa 62.

Although it smells like SDJ 62 there’s a lighter sweetness than there is in the OG fragrance. I like it but it doesn’t last long unfortunately.

SDJ 62 but with less nuttiness. Perfect for me because I didn’t like the intense nutty-caramel in 62. Yay!!!
