Fairy Tale

I haven't smelled the Angel's Share for a while, so I can't directly compare the two at this moment, but this clearly seems to be another clone of it, as the name suggests. The original evoked a feeling in me as if I were sniffing around in an old-school bar, leaning on the felt-covered bar counter with leather-covered barstools, where the distinctive scent of the place, soaked in spilled drinks, mixed with the fragrances of the patrons' colognes. Well, this perfume doesn't quite convey that feeling, but nonetheless, it is a very pleasant, delicate fragrance that captivates with its sweet notes. It feels adequately soft to me, lacking the roughness often characteristic of Arabian perfumes. Its longevity is quite good; even after 8 hours, it remains relatively noticeable on my skin. I believe it delivers what it should, and it might become a new favorite in the collection. It shares some aromas with Khamrah, but it's still different—less creamy, more subtle. I personally prefer it, and although both are unisex, I might describe this one as slightly more masculine, yet I could easily imagine it on women as well.

Full cognac heavy almost sour like blast, very strong, really pretty. Flavia never disapponts, even better than any of Armaf productions. Not as boozy as Royal Blend or Angel Share, but this is the exact aspect from Angel Share (cognac smell that made me like it). Not spicy/sugary either with cinnamon like Khamraah and other inspired like productions (Sharaf Blend). I feel like there is a leather note, on which cognac was spilled.

At first spray I had a reminiscence of cognac and milk, or cinnamon black tea with cognac and honey once used to "cure" the cold. After this first spray - that for me was sort of gourmand - it opened up to cinnamon, sweet spices (like the ginger bread cookies ones), tonka and a very gentle sandal paired with vanilla. It's a nice and elegant scent. Woody but not nauseating woody. I like it a lot. It's OK for the cold spring this year - but probably a bit too much for summer. It lasts about 4 hours and has a good projection.
