Soul Garden

I've tested this on my hand today at noon and it still sits there despite washing my hands several times, and smells wonderful. The elderflower and the musk (I believe) gives it a bit of a powdery quality which I love. But it's woody, ambery and slightly fresh at the same time, which I also love. The orange and verbena is just there very subtle and lovely and then the elderflower gives it a bit of sweetness but not too much. There's not a ton of projection it sits rather close to the skin. If you like your fragrances complex/spicy but not overpowering then Soul Garden is definitely worth a try. I'm convinced that I need to buy a full bottle. But I agree that the bottle is not very compelling. I see the idea with the wooden lid with the Flora Danica brand name but why its mint and not a classy polished oak (indigenous to Denmark) I don't get. I would definitely have played with the type of wood reflecting the mood of the scent, so lighter wood for the more floral scents and darker wood for the warmer and spicier scents. And more strict Scandinavian lines would also have suited the bottle better. But the scent is lovely so I'll live with it.

they wanted to capture a wild garden caught in the rain, and they did a great job. don't let the warmer notes fool you, this is a perfect spring/summer fragrance. its green and herbal, without being perfumey or screechy. it smells like fresh parsley, cut grass and dewy green moss. all the scents are nice but this is the one that stayed with me

For me, this Is the best in the discovery set. It sweet, woody, and I get caramel and vanilla also. It's hard not to like. Reminds me a little of the smell when im baking Canelé De Bordeaux now that im thinking of it.

Let me tell you something. When I saw the bottles and packaging from this house, I was like oh no this does not speaking out. I passed by. Today I randomly stumbled upon the corner, and tested all on blotters and my skin. Wow 🤩 the quality of that liquid stuff is incredible! The silage and longevity are amazing! All 4 scents are very pleasant, easy to like and to wear. Soul Garden is more female than other 3, but all are still very unisex. The black elder note in SG is very prominent, therefore it is a very “danish” scent. Anyhow, I dont like the bottles, the shape and design is not my style, doesn’t look commercial either, but... judge not according to appearance or my pov 😉
