All I can say is that this is a great perfume. It's well balanced, addictive, sure to get you compliments!

I'm surprised to read that people feel like this is a 1:1 burberry goddess. I don't get that at all. Goddess is very round, not- floral at all and very linear. This is none of those things. It's starts off with a light floral bouquet that's very pleasent, which quickly developes into this deeper vanilla and smoked jasmine aroma that radiates from you. I imagine this on someone sitting in a dark academia library, with books lit by candlelight and completely lost in the writing on the pages. This is nostalgic as well as new. Sandalwood liies quietly in the deep darks of the fragrance and gives it a lot more depth and projection. I cannot believe this isn't more expensive, I think the composition beats a lot of the more expensive fragrances out there. However, it is a deep mature scent and you shouldn't blind buy it. You will be noticed wearing this. In could see this being too much for a lot of people - especially if you're into lighter florals, fruity or green scents. However, I'm typically a light floral type and this is one I gravitate towards when I want to be noticed.

This opens with a beautiful aromatic lift — it is not in the notes, but it comes across as sage to me . It is airy and quietly mineral, giving a very clean, clear-headed impression from the start. It feels refined and thoughtfully composed rather than loud or attention-seeking. As it develops, it softens into a slightly sweeter, more gentle version of that opening clarity. The structure remains polished, but it gradually settles closer to the skin and becomes more understated over time. On its own, this would be a strong contender for anyone who enjoys elegant, modern aromatic woods. In my wardrobe it sits close to something I already love, so it doesn’t quite demand a full bottle — but it’s undeniably lovely and very easy to wear. Just for balance, on my skin this is absolutely NOTHING like Burberry Goddess - that suggests it is skin chemistry dependent, so do sample first.
