Moonwalk SeaCoco

I have been excitedly awaiting the release of this fragrance as it sounded so interesting. I was expecting a unique and exciting journey through all the notes, but it isn’t quite what I had pictured it to be. I mainly smell is a creamy, sweet lemon and vanilla. It does have a refreshing quality to it, making it ideal for hot summer weather. In the dry down I do get a bit of a pineapple/tropical fruit note, an hint of ginger and even a sight lime note, but it is mixed in with the lemon/vanilla. This does remind me of "Topaz | Kajal", "Casamorati - Lira (Eau de Parfum) | Xerjoff", and "Unknown Pleasures | Kerosene". I did test them all side by side and "Moonwalk Seacoco | Fomowa" is definitely a bit different to these. I even get a bit of "Virgin Island Water | Creed" in the dry down. I get zero sandalwood thankfully. The longevity of "Moonwalk Seacoco | Fomowa" is also impressive. If you enjoy sweet, freshie lemon or tropical smelling scents, I’d say you should definitely sample this one. I already have 7 other lemon scents but this is my absolute favourite! Also really enjoy layering this with “On a cloud” by J-scent which is a peppermint scent. Gorgeous!

I have been searching for a summer fragrance and I was going between summer hammer and this one but I just bought this one after testing it for a day and I can say I fell in love with it. In the opening you get fresh lemon, ginger, some pineapple and an underlying kind of lactonic creamy sweetness. As it dries down the pineapple starts to come through. And you get this realistic whipped cream note. Its not overly sweet though, and the lemon from the opening still remains. The passionfruit here adds slight fruitiness. Pineapple is apparant into the dry down but it gets sweeter and creamier as it sits on skin. Overall I'm a huge fan of this one and I will definitely be gatekeeping it.

This is not what I expected this release to be- but I love it anyways! It’s a very lactonic, lemony fragrance in the opening. The rest of the notes are weaker; you can smell the pineapple better than the coconut note. I can’t perceive coconut in the slightest. It’s very pleasant, quite relaxing to wear. It’s also refreshing and summery ☀️ it lasts for around 8 hours and the projection is moderate in my opinion, this is not Pannaco Taha which turned out to be beast mode on me. To my nose it has nothing to do with Virgin Island Water. It’s another type of fusion. Very milky and somehow turning into a woody mode during the dry down. Completely unisex in my opinion.

The opening is a spicy lemon. Most likely due to the ginger note. The dry down is a creamy, lemon, coconut dream. The magic is in the dry down. Though the opening is quite nice.

To me it smells like a pineapple sponge cake. Very similar to Virgin Island Water but slightly sweeter and suited for colder months.

Just got this one in the mail earlier, and the notes are sort of deceiving. This smells like a female leaning bath and body works lotion. you would think it would be a pineapple heavy, whipped cream, coconut, and vanilla fragrance but it's not. It's heavy, I MEAN HEAVY on the lemon. When you spray it on, you get sort of a lemon cleaner airy whipped cream opening in a good way. The pineapple is odd, to me it's not too present throughout the duration of the fragrance but I think it's there? In the dry down you get this sweet passionfruit and pineapple mix but i'd say it's 65% passionfruit, 15% pineapple, 15% airy whipped cream, 5% woods (sandalwood). Absolutely no coconut, and the ginger is sprinkled through the mid and it gives it sort of a spice. The performance is disappointing, when you first spray it on it has moderate projection for about an hour and then it just fades into a skin scent. Longevity is decent I got around 6-8 hours. Hopefully performance gets better with time, but based off first impressions DO NOT BLIND BUY A FULL BOTTLE LIKE ME AND EXPECT WAY BETTER.

Got a sample of this, creamy coconut, lemon and pineapple. Gorgeous scent that I've not smelled anything like before. Airy and I'm considering getting the full size. Update: Pulled the trigger and bought the full size. 🤭 The sample didn't do it justice. I just had a shower and lashed myself down with this afterwards. It is gorgeous and STRONG, and it's not even macerated yet!

Initial smell it reminded me of something from lush. I like it sort of? It also reminds me of a fruity cereal. Creamy lemon pineapple. Agreeing it also could smell like a women's bbw scent. Also on my skin gives the same vibe as Dolce devotion but this isnt as sweet/heavy, which I actually like about it. This is just a bit more...cereal-y lol.

I loved the lemon-poundcake opening, but throughout the day it dries down into a more sharp, icing vanilla that I’m not a big fan of.

I bought a sample of this and it is interesting. Not necessarily in a good way. The top notes of lemon and pineapple seem to be fighting each other vs complimenting each other. Likewise, the ginger and vanilla don’t seem to be getting along. But I will say that I am particular about how ginger is used in scents so if you love ginger, this one may work for you.

Lactonic, creamy and tropical (all I smell is the pineapple in the drydown). Smells exactly like a pina colada. It’s a touch too sweet, which gives the fragrance a junior vibe.

If your trying to find a good gourmand pineapple thats natural and airy go for this. If you like Althaïr or The Foward you will also love this. My fave of the three has to be The Foward. This is weird upclose but in the air its a beautiful citric vanilla classic. I don't get the VIW comparison its much better. VIW is very bleak where as this has body. The ginger here can be off putting like a Thai dish. This is a very natural scent so you're getting the raw ingredients vs synthetic chemical made accords/notes. So, if you've ever smelled ginger essential oil or drunk a ginger shot and threw up you may be repulsed here. Not the worse but it definitely brings that memory and gag reflux. This scent would be a good aperitif definitely excites the appetite. Wouldn't be repulsive at brunch like some scents may be. Just do not over spray unless your at the beach or a lake. Outside in general really! I also see hints of F Boy by Perdrisat here. With the pina colada aspect. F Boy is better more unique less syrupy but if you liked that scent but wanted more femme/sweet appeal here you are!

Okay so not the same as virgin Island water, but definitely a cousin. I love it, so far it does last longer than viw, but not beast mode by any means. To me this one is a bit more lactonic than viw, and part of me wants to say it's sweeter than viw, but then another part says it's not nearly as sweet so I'm having a bit of a conundrum with it. The two would definitely layer amazing together. Overall if you love viw and want a similar DNA, absolutely get this one. This one to me is a little more unisex than viw since it doesn't have any of the florals in it, and the passion fruit is absolutely a nice added note to make this more tropical.
