I have not fully committed to buying this perfume beyond sample size yet, but I will say I plan to. It is an incredibly nostalgic scent to me. This smells exactly like Michael's (the craft store) during fall towards their candle and fake floral section. Very specific, but my friend completely agreed with me. Initially I tried vixen because I adore foxes and wanted to see what kind of vibe that might have scent wise, and the name appealed. To which I would say this does not exactly achieve the "animalistic" vibe that is advertised- however it is one that I adore.

to me smells like a small desert mammal just starting to cool off from the heat of day. this scent is that warmth, bottled up for a cold day in a soft leather jacket. this scent is so animalic and sexy and would layer well to my nose with a biofuel scent; thinking of Grace Jones's cover of "Warm Leatherette"....

At first scent, the black pepper is strong, so much so that it tickles my nose. But it goes really well with the warmth I can smell underneath. As it dries down, I get more coffee, cedar, and a light floral scent. Also smells to me like when I bury my face in my cat’s fur, which I love. Makes me feel like a cat sitting in an open cedar drawer sunning itself. Spicy, airy, woodsy, and comforting. Very lovely
