I bought it last December and it was a great blind buy. I don't get much vanilla out of it, but the scent profile is really good. There's a clone by Lailat Al Fares called Night Effect and I was about to buy that one based on reviews. I got this one instead just because Fragrance World is more well known. Don't regret it, great bang for my buck. PS: I get the same dry down with this one, Lattafa Al Noble Safeer and Athoor Al Alam The One and Only Moonlit Night even thou the note break down and the profiles are different. Definitely has some loud and lasting oud funkyness going on which is not listed.

This smells SO MUCH like the original, which is my personal favorite fragrance so I'm very picky, a tad bit sweeter and a much much weaker performance BUT at 15$ it feels unreal how close this is to the real thing, absolutely love it. Spray 2 or more times at the same spot for it to produce a minimal sillage, doesn't project as much but sits very well on the skin, longevity is about 1 to 3 hours. Fantastic clone Edit: if you let it sit for longer than 2 months it'll produce a slight licorice/mentholic/sharp edge to it if you overspray, so be careful with that

really close to side effect but side effect in the dry dow softens to a more vanilla and less rum fragrance, this one doesnt softens and keeps that strong rum

This one is a superb ISE clone. Compared with the OG side by side numerous times.

This is brutal and my wife hates it. It is incredibly harsh and not smooth at all. My wife loves Side Effect. Either these are two completely different fragrances or my batch is off.

This is annoyingly weak performer , it turns into skin scent after 30 mins , no projection whatsoever , i remember i oversprayed this for days to understand the scent , i had to abstain myself from sweet fragrances to understand this , There's a cumin note similar to SPICEBOMB EXTREME tho its not listed , that tobacco vanilla covered with a spice bulb of cumin and saffron , everything is mild except the cumin saffron , in the drydown you get (Agarwood) but sometimes you can smell it as Tobacco and sliiiiiight sweetness and vanilla , you cannot directly get the notes you really need to sniff the heck out of this shit the bottle is leaking all over the place , sprayer is shitt , i havent tried after effect , even tho AROMATIX said that theyre the same its just a different bottle altho i dont trust that guy he doesnt say anything accurate , but its extrait de parfum so if you find it just get it , dont be surprised by how bad is AFTERMATH performing , this is what u get for the price anyway , i dont recommend .

Nose Note #504 (deleting my review from FA After Effect since this was finally added) A lot of sweet cinnamon and tobacco. And there's a lot of saffron too which I know that many people don't like and guess what, it naturally has a medicinal and somewhat synthetic smell, so don't take it out on French Avenue, you'd be barking up the wrong tree. Out of all things this gives me similar feelings as Maison Alhambra Tabac did which I was absolutely disgusted with at first, but after 2-3 wearings something clicked. This one is similar, I'd say it's an acquired taste and definitely not build-buy safe. You'll probably have a hard time finding anything that smells similar at a rack store, so you better first get accustomed to the DNA via a decant. It's definitely much better, if you don't smell it upclose. It's still a little challenging to me. I don't think I'm doing to be wearing this. Overall: 7.5/10 Personal: 6.5, just not my type

On a paper test, the opening to me reminds me of the flavor those old grape juice bottles in the soft plastic containers with the twist off tops. There's kind of a spice to it as well as a booziness, has an aftershave vibe to it.

So sharp in spices and alcoholic , i dunno if i got a bad batch or its like this , no smoothness whatsoever , and i feel like its damagin my nostrils , ill let it macerate

honestly - zero longevity and sillage, too sweet compared to the OG, not well blended and extremely flat fragrance. been using it as a room frag to be honest. don't buy it even for 20 eur, choose yourself the OG or Farah by Paris Corner

Waiting for more reviews on this one. I have it and can't complain. Might not be the most accurate or highest quality but smells nice and lasts a decent amount of time.

Nice fragrance but cloying and too heavy for summer, it smells very synthetic too even after dry down
