Harmony Code Absolute

I couldn't find an original so I got this 6 months ago and it was an average cheap dupe that sat on the shelf behind many others until now. Clearly, the time has allowed it to mature and it has developed into a wonderful sweet fragrance and I detect a strong fruity plum, of which there is none shown in the notes, but regardless it is now a winner in my selection. Time makes a difference. My comparison is to choose to wear this tonight over my Lattafa Teriaq Intense and JPG Le Male Elixir Absolu, both of which I love, and as there are differences between them I believe them to all be of a slightly similar thread now that this plum note has developed, albeit this Harmony Code is more intense and than the JPG. The Lattafa lasts way longer than both to my nose and projects more than the JPG also, probably due to the inclusion of the lavender and calming notes in the JPG which is generally more comforting as opposed to bright. I haven't compared it to JPG Le Male Elixir as I only have dupes of that including Zimaya Charisma which is great but seems to be a little less fruity and not as similar to the ones above as a comparable fragrance. Although I detect that plum note it is different from something like Initio's Paragon and Lattafa Pride's Vintage Radio, as those offer more of a fresh note and very different as opposed to this which is more a concentrated sweetie. You will need to reapply every couple of hours, but with this bargain it's a no brainer and I tend to overspray anyway. I'm now buying a back up and let that sit for a year or two. A fantastic cheapo that performs superbly after you give it a chance. Happy days.

Nose Note #569 Man this is such a great replacement for Armani Code Profumo... It translates the DNA perfectly, it's unmistakable. To me this is one of a kind scent and it's one of my favourites and I was so so glad that this worked out - better than I could hope for. It has very good performance, very good. But the best is the scent itself. The quality is just like Armani. I don't even know what to say more. It's another proof that Fragrance World is able to reach such heights at such laughable costs. This goes for around $13, isn't this the biggest spit in the face of all the designer brands... Armani Code Absolu (replacement for Profumo) is $180 for 60ml... You can buy 14 bottles of this for that money. This is 1400ml vs 60ml. A comment below: "this is not a quality perfume like other clones". It's beautiful fragrance and so cheap! I bought it for 12 pound and it's worth it! Nice sweet citrusy nutmeg type of fragrance! Nice longevity and petty good projection. I recommend it. It's good for cold weather. Edit: I let it seat for while and OMG I don't understand how can make this fragrance and sale for that cheap?! Opens citrusy and can smell the apple but the dry down really can smell the vanilla accord. Smooth and well blended. Not cheap smell at all this is smell like a designer fragrances easy! I highly recommend it! Perfect! And don't forget 12 pound...

Awesome stuff. As a self-proclaimed Code-maniac, I love everything Code. This makes me happy since Code Absolu is discontinued. I have plenty of backups of all of them, but I bought this out of sheer curiosity and was blown away. Long story short, if you want to know what Armani Code Absolu is like, just buy this. Honestly. Performance is great, and if anyone at all says that this 'doesn't smell like the OG' I will literally laugh in your face. This is closer to Code Absolu than Liquid Brun is to Althair. I mean, indistinguishable.

Holy sh*t. I doubted with comments who said this was good. But it really is! How can a perfume this cheap smell exactly like Armani Code Absolute!? 99%, not 80-85%. And not synthetic AT ALL. But it's weaker for sure. A lighter version of original. This DNA could be cloying for warmer days so a weaker performance is not all bad. I can use this for short night outs. Maybe it gets better with time and maceration? Anyway, I'm really happy with my purchase. Just 16$ so I can't ask for more.

Super close to AC Absolu, especially after letting it mature for 4-6 weeks. The opening is a little funky for a few minutes, but after that it's pretty much spot on. This is one of the best releases under the older FW branding from the last few years. I got 10ml of this when it first came out, but I never really wear it. It's a nearly perfect clone, but I feel like my tastes have changed vastly over the last few years. Definitely worth the pickup if you can find it for a good price.

I didn't like it at first, I thought it was harsh and overly synthetic. But after two months of just letting it sit it got wayyyy better. truly a beautiful scent and unique imo. think of it as a more elevated, mature afnan 9pm. The orange blossom keeps all apple and orange in the opening honest, give its an elegance. The dry down is a smooth vanilla and suede.I would say its versatile for all ages 16-40. Be patient with it and it'll turn into something beautiful.

opening is so-so, but once it develops a bit, you get notes of apple and tangerine (albeit slightly synthetic) as well as rich vanilla and leather on drydown. worth stocking up on a bottle of 100ml if the discontinuation rumours are true, its £15 now but i can only see it getting either more expensive or more elusive.

I've never smelled Code Absolu, so can't judge this one as a clone. As a standalone fragrance, it's wonderful! The sweetness could be cloying for some, but I am ok with it. The only issue for me is longevity. 4 hours in and it's completely gone on skin. Good thing it's quite cheap! Scent - 9/10 Performance - 5/10

I have always wondered what the OG smelt like if this is anything to go by holly cow this is an out right banger. For what you get and for so stupidy cheap is fantasic. The vanilla in this is very well done. I will wear the hell out of this come winter 9.8 out of 10 it is that good IMO.

Took me a whole year and a half of it sitting on my shelf until I really got this smelling anything normal that isnt a synthetic mess, cannot comment on longevity but now it smells like a significantly better version of le male elixir and all its' dupes.

1. The original fragrance and the current one smell almost similar. 2. The current fragrance has poor performance and projection compared to the original Armani Code Absolute. 3. Despite its shortcomings, the current fragrance still fulfills its purpose.

Recently got a couple of decants of this. Super close to the real deal, the immediate opening isn't nearly as smooth, but 10 minutes in and I can't distinguish it from the original. I regret giving my 3.7oz ACA away to a friend a couple years ago.

Believe the hype. For 99% of people this is indistinguishable from Code Absolu, for the rest it’s damn close. It lasts all day and costs less than a good lunch. And it’s cloning a discontinued fragrance. What’s not to like?

Ordered a 2nd bottle its THAT good 😏 in fact also Ordered the EDP and intense so hopefully get a full house 😊 a vanilla freshness I've not smelt before and really cheap over in the uk, 10/10

This is a great autumn/winter fragrance. I particularly enjoy the suede leather, vanilla and tonka bean notes on the dry down. Fantastic value for money. Smells really expensive!

Quite simply the best value clone available. Indistinguishable to ACA, one of GA’s best ever. It projects, lasts at least 8 hours and can be had for sub £20. Ridiculous.

My favorite fragrance, very similar to the original. Suede note is not listed even though its prominent in this. All there is really is vanilla and Suede.

Gorgeous, creamy vanilla scent. I love this DNA. I only wish it lasted a bit longer, but that opening definitely does it for me
