Just Anabi

If you're looking for a Born Screaming dupe: I actually bought this after @sziszo below compared it to Toskovat Born Screaming. Born Screaming is one of my favorite perfumes, so I was happy to find Just Anabi on sale for $10. While it is not at all the same as Born Screaming, they are definitely comparable. I would say Just Anabi is somewhere around 70% of what Born Screaming is. Just Anabi feels like the daytime version of Born Screaming, even though I wear both of these any time of day. But I love having the lighter option that Just Anabi is! Born Screaming is richer and deeper and has a heavier "dusty old furniture" scent, while Just Anabi only has about 30% of that same "dusty", smoky aroma, and a slightly fresher cherry. Just Anabi compared to Lost Cherry and Cherry Smoke by Tom Ford: Personally, I don't see it, or rather smell it, at all. Although that might just be my nose. Lost Cherry and Cherry Smoke are very, very vague skin scents to me, and Cherry Smoke I can almost not smell at all. Lost Cherry, or at least the little I actually can smell of it, smells nothing like Just Anabi. It's a completely different cherry profile, while Just Anabi is just a classic, straight up grown-up synthetic candy cherry. Just Anabi is a dry, but succulent and juicy, slightly tart cherry that feels mature and grown up while also youthful. I would range it as a, not heavy, but 'heavier' parfume. Definitely a must for any cherry loving goth women and metalheads out there. I know I got a super deal on this perfume, but at it's normal price point I feel this is still a definite steal if you're into darker cherry fragrances. I find the bottle absolutely horrible though. Not a fan of the aesthetic, and it feels big and clunky to hold and use. Will definitely rebottle it.

This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite scents ever. I initially bought this for my husband because I thought the leather and smoke would smell good on him. However, his skin pulls the wood and leather out much more strongly with a twinge of smoke. On me, I get more of the sweet cherry incense, but the woody, floral, leather notes are still there in the background. I love it... So its mine now. It's mysterious and intoxicating, like a riddle posed by a sphinx. I wouldn't say it develops over time as much as it just has an interesting mix of scents swirling around at all times. It is long lasting and projects farther than an arm initially, slowly becoming more intimate over time. Great value, great buy.

Incredibly sexy smoky cherry that smells delicious on my Hubby. I'd wear it too, it's unisex, but I love it on him. Projects well (but not beastly) and I can still smell it on him when he gets home from work. I love it.

The initial spray will deliver you a blast of nice dark and slightly dried black cherry in pair with smooth saffron. The saffron is not sharp, but its definitelly there and plays one of the main roles here. The cherry note quickly becomes less potent and that's when you'll get that leather and slight smokiness with a touch of nice woodyness. Smelling the fragrance up-close will give you a very slight cherry with leather and dark saffron, however what I mainly love about this fragrance is the sillage. In the air you'll get that airy yet intense black cherry combined with some woods, leather, saffron. And in the very drydown I personally pick up a gorgeous dark and creamy sandalwood note, which i can't really smell in the OG. The overal composition feels dense, dark but airy. The longevity is decent, around 7 hours. The sillage is really good, it's not necessarily a "punch in the nose" fragrance but in the air it feels very sophisticated and not overly loud yet noticable.

Nice smoky cherry scent. Definitely smoky. Unisex. Great as a mysterious and sexy men's scent. Also great as a feminine goth scent (another great goth scent would be Tom Ford Noir de Noir or the clone Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Woman). Update: This fragrance lacks body. It has no heft. It smells thin. It's not satiating. Layer a vanilla fragrance underneath this, like Kayali Vanilla 28, which will give this fragrance some body.
