Midori

I have a 5ml sample of Greenley from a nice person who decided to share with me a year ago, and Midori is a perfectly fine replacement! I've gotten so many compliments left and right, everyone notices it AND loves it! And most importantly it FEELS the same as wearing Greenley does, which I've done numerous times before. It doesn't feel cheap. Strength and longevity seem to be on-par with Greenley. I wear this one with 4-5 sprays, and remnants are still left on my shirt collar the next day. It sticks well to the skin and tends to build up if you wear it multiple days in a row (even after showers). Anyway, for $22, this was an absolute win. I don't know what Aether smells like, but I'm not sure I'll waste the money to find out. I may actually buy a 2nd bottle of Midori... it's that good! Update: After further testing, the only difference between this and Greenley is that this is missing Ambroxan. If you have some Molecule 02 laying around, like I do, then spray 2 sprays of Molecule 02, and then spray 4 sprays of Midori over it. I literally CAN NOT tell the difference between this and Greenley side-by-side after spraying this 2:1 with Ambroxan! And I have a VERY well-trained nose!!!

Amazing fragrance. I have been waiting for this to be added to Fragrantica. I have not smelled Greenley so I cannot comment on the similarity. But this perfume smells wonderful. It starts off with a clean, green and fruity opening, and then gradually dries down into a calming yet addicting woody and slightly musky scent. I would say it is unique (haven't smelled any other green/woody fragrances or ones that would be considered similar to Greenley), and very well balanced. But I could see someone criticizing that it's possibly a bit too sweet/loud/immature (I personally dont mind). Insane quality and performance for the price. Truly one of my favorite fragrances and perfect for spring/summer, but one could even wear it in colder weather. I just had to add a review (my first!) because I like this fragrance so much. 10/10

I swore I wouldn't buy backup bottles of anything anymore, given the size of my collection... but this is so good I had to break that rule!!! 😅 This might become my new signature scent. Smells just like Greenley, but without the Ambroxan. I spray 2 sprays of Molecule 02 (Ambroxan) and then 4 sprays of this, and I literally can't tell the difference between this and Greenley. I also ended up buying French Avenue Aether, and I get better performance from Midori... that's part of why I bought a backup bottle of the same batch.

Well, yes, a decent dupe of Greenley. Is Greenley superior - yes - its brighter and definitley longer lasting with a bouyant but mintier and fresher dry down. This has a darker amber and musk dry down that reminds me of many a Xerjoff so not an exact clone. If you are on a budget though this is great value.

amazing fragrance very green and fresh 🍃

Just got a small bottle of this included in an order. Very pleasant indeed. I've never smelt Greenly so can't really comment on a likeness. Midori, however is sweet, fruity and "green" smelling. Near identically to two other Middle Eastern fragrances I have tried. Lattafa Sherif (another Greenly clone) and Azure Royal by Ahmhed al Maghribi, which is meant to take off Blue Talisman. I can see the apple shampoo comparisons in a sort freshly washed, sweet, and clean aroma vibe with a sort of "creamy " undertone. Lasting power is good as I can still pick the scent on clothes the following day! A good pick up for spring and summer when you want to smell clean and pleasant. Decent stuff.

Smells great but do not last at all, this is not a beast mode and understandable as it’s more of a fresh perfume, I like the French avenue better, I’m hoping for better projection since I been saving it for 4 months now. Greenley is one of my favorite ones and so far the French avenue is the one with better projection and quality of all of the dupes. 6/10 can get a better score if the projection and longevity was there.

Also PDM-inspired, same lane as my Lattafa Sherif. Between the two, Sherif is the stronger performer of the pair - more projection, more legs. But this one comes in a nicer bottle and the scent itself is close to a 99% match to the PDM original. My son - a PDM fan - recognized that they smell the same ... and got really confused which is which on which hand ....

This is a good one from Fragrance World if you can get it for bargain bin price. Fresh dumb reach for summer if you like green apple shampoo. This is a good starter scent for young fellas.

My first impression of this is that it smells nice. Definitely green, definitely a spring/summer fragrance. I get mint, but that's not one of the notes. Super light projection, barely perceptable after 60 minutes. Pretty much a skin scent. This might be a swing and a miss? I like Mr. Clean's idea of layering with Molecule 02 (as a matter of fact, I'm going to try this right now). Just tried it: to my nose, it doesn't do anything. Going to let this sit until summer.

This is a skin scent fragance, it opens 98% similar to Greenley but on the drydown it became nauseating because it develops a foul, rotten wood smell. Seems that the Amberwood and Oakmoss are unbalanced and too strong in the dry down.

I have a sample of Greenly so I know the scent. This one is way different in the opening and not pleasant unfortunately. Mid notes are ok, drydown is close %50-60 to Greenly. I'm disappointed but if you just looking for something cheap and green yeah maybe.. But it's not even projecting so idk..

A very bad and unpleasent smell remaining on the late drydown, as someone below mentioned. I think they can already do benefit, even if they sell it for 2 bucks, because of these cheap elements they use in it.

After smelling this, it smelt like a green menthol citrus thingy. It's a good fresh green clean scent, lasts about average. 9/10
