Proud Of You Absolute

This juice is just flat out wonderful. Dirt cheap and it smells so cozy and delicious. Absolutely no harshness at all. Smells very well blended and high quality. The bottle itself is pretty decently made; weighted cap (not magnetic, but very snug), and a clicker/pressurised atomised. I genuinely can't speak to how accurate of a clone it is as i've only sniffed the OG once and I barely remember. It's nice and fresh in the opening with the lavender and bergamot with the sweetness of the rum rounding out the opening and persisting all the way down to the base with the cedar, chestnut and vanilla. I also can't speak to performance just yet as i've only had it a few days and the winter weather is taking a little longer to arrive this year it seems. But just from wearing it at home as a test, it sticks to my clothes quite well and my skin (which is notoriously bad for longevity with any fragrance) it projects off for a couple hours, and a skin scent for maybe 5 - 6. I expect this to extend as the juice matures, but can't always say that for certain. Regardless, it's well worth the purchase.

Proud of You Absolute is a clone of Stronger With You Absolutely and it delivers an impressively close interpretation of the original. From the opening, it captures the same sweet, warm and lightly boozy character, then develops into a smooth amber vanilla dry down with that familiar cosy gourmand feel. In terms of scent accuracy, it smells spot on. It closely follows the original’s structure and overall mood and it avoids coming across as overly synthetic in the air, which is often the weak point with clones. It is also great for cold winter days, where that dense sweet amber vanilla style really comes into its own and feels comforting rather than cloying The main compromise is performance. Longevity is not the same as the original, with the scent dropping off earlier and becoming a more intimate skin scent sooner. Projection is decent at the start, but it settles down more quickly than Stronger With You Absolutely. Overall, it is definitely worth a pick up if you want the Stronger With You Absolutely style at a lower price, as long as you accept the reduced longevity Rating: 3/5

I love this fragrance — it has a very bright, citrusy opening with a boozy-resinous twist. You can easily smell the bergamot, and rum undertones for the first 20 minutes. The heart of the fragrance is more aromatic, and slightly herbal-floral, because of the Lavender. Base is more sweet, warm, with resinous oriental-gourmand notes. The candied chestnut, and vanilla compliment its rich, creamy, earthy, and woody scent — typical of designer inspired gourmands aiming for depth and longevity. This is clearly Fragrance World’s inspired version of Emporio Armani Stronger With You Absolutely — a warm, sweet, mass-appealing scent. It's a budget-friendly clone, it performs decently in terms of sillage and longevity, with that familiar sweet, chestnut-vanilla dry down. So, if you're looking for a crowd-pleasing scent with sweet warmth and lasting power, but don’t want to drop designer money — this one fits that bill. Just expect a slightly more synthetic edge, like most clones in this price range.

I count 10+ fragrances in my collection that smell similar to this... so this one is redundant for me, but it is lovely. Love the opening. Strong boozy projection for the first two to three hours, moderates and dries down to a nutty vanilla, then I detect a woody finish that lingers as a skin scent for the duration. Lasts a good six hours before becoming a skin scent. Probably best suited for cool weather, evening wear, and date nights... but you can rock this in the office with no problem. Would I buy this again? I want to say yes, but because I have so many scents with similar profiles, probably not.

This Proud of You Absolute fragrance is a very close flanker of Emporio Armani SWY Absolute in almost every way. In my opinion, its a bit lighter and not as strong or well defined as the original it's trying to replicate, but it's a damn good effort. For its £14.00 price range it's great value, perhaps one of the best bouquets you can acquire for this kind of money! Don't hesitate, purchase a bottle of this sweet, boozey, gourmand, toffee, rum and vanilla-smelling fragrance right away!

I bought a bottle of this a while ago, instead of the Armani, after testing SWYA and finding it too boozy. This is *significantly* less boozy. I don't want to smell like i dumped liquor on myself. In the air this smells similar, but better to my nose. Performance is average. Got my bottle for $25, so no complaints.

The scent is somewhere between SWY intensely and absolutely. It's not a perfect clone, but still smells great. I do 3 sprays on my neck and chest and still get whiffs of it 20 hours later. The projection is pretty average but fairly steady. Spent $25 CAD on this and it's a certified banger for the price. 9.6/10.

It smells delicious and alluring. A sweet, boozy rum note dominates the fragrance. It’s a bit hard to describe—simply put, it’s great: sweet, warm, and seductive.

Incredible and i have Armani Code Perfumo & SWYA however it leans more towards SWYI ! Which is better Performance wise = nuclear 10/10

Longevity and projection are lacking but the scent is 10/10, very close. 3-4 hours of strength before it fades, in my experience.

Nose Note #1109 I can only compare it to the original simple version of Stronger with You. This is substantially different from it. Despite being called "Absolute" this is more mellow and weaker than the OG right from the start. Less chestnut, more lavender, more freshness, different vanilla. The scent is very pleasant and non-offensive, but to my liking this is pretty weak, as is the problem with almost everything from Fragrance World. You have to "absolutely" bathe in the juice to squeeze out at best 2 hours of moderate performance and projection. It will stick to clothes for more than a day, but that will be a light scent. Light projection overall despite the start being quite loud. Hence this will work in ANY season, because it is pretty weak. Maybe even best in the summer. 7/10

It tries its best to smell like SWYA through its own notes. But there's too much of things here that the original dont give emphasis to. This is one is nuttier. There's also herby nuances that I feel like is the Patchouli. Opening in SWYA is syrupy with some booziness right off the bat. This one goes straight to the mid and base of SWYA. So yeah, less syrupy, less boozy, nuttier, and herby. But for the "percentage-lovers" out there, I'd say it's 80% similar overall. In the air, barely differentiable.

I have the SWY original and saw the hype of this, so decided to try by buying the 50ml to test. At first, it tends to smell a lot sweeter than SWY - not a lot of rum. I do get the patchouli and nutty vanilla in the dry down. For now, I say it's about 75% similar. I don't know how long to "macerate" it for - as apparently that makes it pop to get it to smell a lot more like the original. I will update this review once (if) I see a bigger similarly to SWY after letting it sit for a while.

This dupe fragrance is SWY Absolutely adjacent. It has the facets of the original but the execution is not perfect. One of the notes (I think it is the amber) is quite cloying but it does settle down eventually. Longevity and projection are great for these longer, colder nights. Overall, about 6.5 out of 10.

@Marko's perfumes where did you saw that 20 bucks-less than the original? Last time I saw, this was selling around 8USD@100ml from where I'm right now. In the US, many ME dupes can go as high as 30 to 40USD, some even higher, because of importation costs, obviously. Maybe same case as you?

def got swy dna, it is nutty, dont get too much rum, real swy is more vibrant imo, this is flat and got maybe an hour worth of sillage before becoming skin scent

This is nice and smooth with a good performance. I get spices, woods, a touch of vanilla and some booze. I got 50ml for a fiver - you can't go wrong with that.

Its a nice warm, cozy cold weather fragrance but does not last.

Not a fan of the SWY DNA and I haven't smelled SWY Absolutely but for 10 AED/3$ for 50ml, I thought like why not. Not a fan of SWY's caramel-y nature, genuinely I think it's so cloying, and sticky sweet, and the fact that its fairly linear in comparison to say Khamrah or Hawas Elixir (which actually have character) makes it seem way overhyped to me. All of that applies to this clone, comparing it to a SWYI decant, this seems a little more nutty and boozy, but lord the performance is actual 💦🌊💧bro this doesn't last, it doesn't project, thank god this thing costs peanuts so you can solve it with absolutely pumping this thing out like a firehose, I'd go like 8 sprays with this at the very least.

look for the price its not bad and if you like it and enjoy it wear it, but reviewing it ignoring the price, its got weak performance and silage after an hour, its similar to stronger with you absolutely but its no where near close to the original and it has this kinda baconieness to it and kinda a bit of body odour too but thats just my nose, in my honest opinion, yes its cheap, but the scent is meh, and the longevity / performance is also meh if you try it and like it fair enough but its not as good as what people are making it out to be

The notes on fragrantica are incorrect, it does not have rum and chessnuts, correct notes are written on the box, it is mixed between Stronger With You Absolute and Intensely, so it is more sweety fragrance. Nevertheless it is a good a perfume.

Just received this and out of the gate it is pissy weak. I will give it some time to macerate and really hope that it helps. Not much of a smell as a whole. Should have just bought the real deal but I decided to give this a shot. May be regretting this purchase.

i dont know where this hype is coming from? I bought this based on hype alone and honestly it smells generic, and it last for no longer than an hour. Don't bother. There are better dupes out there and this is not it

Fragrance World Proud of You It’s nowhere near as bad as some people are making it out to be. In fact, I think Fragrance World deserves a little more credit than they’re getting on this one. To me, this is one of the fragrances they actually got right. Fragrance World can be pretty hit or miss, but this one is definitely a hit. You’ll have a hard time finding a better fragrance for $20–30, in my opinion. I’d say go for it. I actually think they did an even better job with the Oud flanker. If longevity is your priority, I’d recommend that one. If you prefer something sweeter, a little smoother, and more subtle, then this version is the better choice. If you end up liking either of them, I’d consider picking up the original later on. From what I’ve heard, these alternative versions have been discontinued, so they may become harder to find in the future..

SWY is a solid fragrance and DNA, but its a designer I never been super passionate about tbh- I prefer the code line way more than this line. Didnt really want to spend a bunch on the whole thing so I picked up this one instead. Honestly bruh, if u feel the same way- u aint gonna miss on this one. This has gotten me crazy compliments. I wear this shit a lot during winter/ fall when Im just goin out causally like groceries, picking up food, haircut, etc. Got some crazy compliments from random women wearing this shit. I guess SWY really is THAT fragrance, so if u really want it pick that one up. But if you are like me and dont care enough to buy the real thing but still want the DNA for your life- this one is a no brainer. The performance was a little ass at first but after maceration mine is solid now.

okay first off, it does not smell like Stronger With You Absolutely, it's wayyy lighter. it has a bit less vanilla a a lot more almond, still smells good though. I don't know if I've got a dodgy batch or not but mine doesn't project well at all, I literally can't smell it after stepping out the house. I literally told my friend to put it on, thinking maybe I was nose blind, but I couldn't smell it on her either so l don't know man.... on the other hand though, it lasts for days on my clothes! So if you want to wear it for more intimate occasions then it's perfect but if you want a head turner, this is not the one for you. It smells good though I'm not gonna lie but it just wasn't what I expected.

I’d say this is 100 percent swy dna without a doubt. It’s got way less of that intense smokiness and burnt feel you get in swy absolutely and way less of that possibly to some headache inducing rum note. But instead more of a stronger with you sweetness. It’s basically 70 - 80 percent absolutely and 30 - 20 percent intensely or even some of the edt with the lack of that burnt chessnutty note. Pretty good def worth it if you can get it from 15-30 bucks depending on size 9/10

Pretty good for a 30-dollar fragrance; I bought it last year, and it was pretty weak, but I rested it for like a year and randomly saw it again in my drawer, sprayed a bit in my hands, and it lasted around 7 hours at least.

Smells fine but missing the nuances that makes SWYA a banger. If you really can’t get together the 80$ for the fragrance then this will suffice. Don’t expect a miracle, however. Modest performance with 75% accuracy.

I've had this for like a year. At first it was weak but after some time (I think some call it maturation), it is amazing. Lovely scent, lasts a good few hours too
