Roses De Mai

Notes are wrong, I am not getting a beast mode projection, I'm actually getting quite a faint rose white flowers with maybe a hint of honey. It's so faint! Pleasant though. Very feminine and a bit powdery. I think this need to macerate. I will come back in a couple of months

Update: I've smelt Louis Vuitton Fleur du Désert again, and this only smells 50% similar. The LV has a jasmine note that smells almost like gasoline because of how bitter it is, whereas this Fragrance World has a jasmine note that's a lot more appealing. The LV is truly trash. This Fragrance World is aight / okay / mid. Just skip this. -------------- Cloning: The above notes are the same as Carolina Herrera Amethyst Haze. However, based on the bottle and scent profile I detect, I think this is supposed to be a clone of Louis Vuitton Fleur du Désert. LV clones are consistently voted down against their LV counterparts in the 'This perfume reminds me of' section - probably by LV themselves. Scent Profile: What I get are mainly white florals (jasmine and orange blossom?) and sweet honey, which is what you find in LV Fleur du Désert. I smelt LV Fleur du Désert only once and I didn't think it smelt similar to this at all - but this is based on one haphazard smell so it's not authoritative. I haven't compared them side-by-side. The honey with white florals in this Fragrance World is not a great combo imo and it feels like a scent profile that would be relegated to a mid-tier designer fragrance - as to say that the scent profile is decent, maybe even good, but not great. Smells like it came from the JPG house - not a compliment. I rate the scent profile 6.5/10. Spring and fall appropriate. Quite feminine. Too feminine to be unisex. It's a fun and casual scent profile with a touch of sexiness. Performance: Upon unboxing this a few months ago, I immediately got beastly projection and longevity! I've had this bottle for a few months now and I just sprayed it again for the first time in months - strangely, I'm not getting beastly projection right now after the few months of maturation for some reason.
