Iris Gray

The notes look so lovely, and i really hoped to find a cold iris, maybe a woody iris, some sort of orris root, escpecially since someone voted this to be familiat with dior homme intense. But no, there is nothing that bares any resemblence to an iris in this. I only tested it once, and i can't recall the scent in details, i only recall my dissapointment with this, as it is a generic floral woody.. something. Nothing powdery or interesting, not creamy, no nothing. Just some generic flowers that vanished from my memory immediately. I remember not really liking the scent as it had some dirty-ish note that i kept feeling in the backgound ( not sure if it was the wood). The good part was that it did last around 4-5 hours, and at the very end the scent became better, maybe maybe it had the tinieat hint of powderyness. But the wait wasn't really worth it for me. Don't get me wrong, it's a generic nice scent, it's just that i was thinking real iris like in DHI or Prada Infusion d'iris, or really powdery perfumes likes teint de neige or iris - l'erbolario. But no, nothing resembling any of those perfumes heres sorry.
