Really good and pretty unique. It does not project well, it also does not last long, but I think I miiiiight overlook these because it is nice as hell! As others said, this is not a gourmand vanilla, but I would not call it fresh though... Sweet, comforting, maybe a bit powdery. Update: it does last long, I still can smell it days later on my jacket, it just doesn't project like crazy. I'm verging on obessed with this one, I always want to wear it. I love all the stages of this perfume.

My second favorite from Francesca dell'Oro, with Vanille 12:00 being the first. To my nose, 8:00 is a chilly, soft, vanilla. The orris note is waxy and slightly earthy, not powdery at all. To my surprise and much like Iris Dragees, 8:00 is not as sweet as the notes lead you on to believe- I would even go as far to say that 8:00 feels like a much improved version of Iris Dragees with respect to projection and performance...

A comforting, lightly sugared orris with almonds. It’s so good! This would be nice for an everyday scent or bedtime.

This is a romantic soft vanilla. It doesn’t protrude and sits close to the skin. It reminds me of Celine Black Tie but without the iris. It is slightly sweeter and definitely more feminine leaving some of that candied almond in the base. The Orris and Tonka probably contribute to the softness yet sweet bubble. I do not pick up the peony. Definitely dainty and I don’t know if I would invest in a full bottle due to the lack of projection.

I saw a review for this on TikTok and was expecting so much, but I'm a little weirded out by this one. I liked it on paper; it was very light, clean, powdery barely-vanilla. The 'Confetti' note actually feels very spot on. On skin, this went much stronger than I expected. I have one spray on my arm and it has been assaulting me with powdered candy almonds all day. It's not a bad smell, but I don't really like smelling it either. It's very unique - if you love a sweet powdery vibe, I think this one's for you. I also got a sample of 12:00, so I'll see how that one fares.
