Vanille 18:00

Don't know why all the hate - just because of the notes?? 🤨 I have a bottle and this is a lovely honeyed-balsamic vanilla. I am very iffy with honey fragrances - this is one of the best I've tried. Great fall-time perfume.

A more spiced, tobacco version of Sissa or Milk+

In the collection of vanilla scents from Francesca dell'Oro, this is probably the most okay scent. I emphasize that it is okay, nothing too outstanding but there are some advantages for me to remember. As for buying a full bottle, I will have to think again because there are many better choices from Vanilla out there.

Finally got my nose on this! 18:00 is a sensual, well-blended complex vanilla. 18:00 is also a huge contrast from the previous Francesca dell'Oro vanilla releases. While the previous releases (namely 8:00 & 12:00) are more feminine, gourmand-leaning, and saccharine - 18:00 is darker and more masculine leaning. The sweet-dry-tobacco dry down reminds me a lot of Dior Tobacolor & Guerlain Tobacco Honey (If you enjoy those, then this is a safe blind buy). The honey is not too earthy or pungent, and the sweet balsamic undertones are a unique twist that makes 18:00 standout from other vanilla fragrances. I can see myself eventually buying a bottle of this but as a female that loves sweet vanillas, I much prefer 12:00, and 8:00.

Pure Honey. A spoonful down your throat. The most realistic one. The sugary kind. Don't get me wrong the expensive honey kind, the one you buy for a fortune at a farmer's market at the price of caviar, you can still smell the bees and the mountains and the flowers in it. In italy we have Miele di Castagno, a luxurious type. This is it. The one from expensive honey candies, for 30 bucks a bag. Soothing for your throat and soul. Unfortunately that's all there is :( Disappointingly NONE of the other notes. Tongka Labdanum Tobacco Vanilla Bran Sandalwood not perceived the slightest. so sad i have nostalgy of what i can't find in the notes.

This is a predominantly honey fragrance with a touch of vanilla to my nose. The honey is very strong, only slightly animalic, and the other base notes are supporting players I barely notice. I don't get tobacco unfortunately. This entire line is very beautifully done. The honey and vanilla is so smooth, giving me angel share vibes, but not the most complex of the range. 24:00 is the standout in my opinion. If you are looking for a darker, floral, Balsamic vanilla that is the one to try.

This is definitely unisex ... it’s too spicy for my liking since I like my sweet vanillas .. this is nice and complex, but for a girly girl that loves sweet ..this isn’t something I would reach for. It’s nice but not my taste. 5/10
