Parfümün adına bir gönderme yapmak gerekirse , "Bu parfüme yapılan suçtur" diyebilirim. Çünkü gerek burada aldığı not gerekse etrafımdan duyduklarım bu parfümün beğenilmediği yönünde. Oysa yapısı, değişimi ve durduğu nokta itibarı ile oldukça üst düzey bir parfüm. Oud kullanımı nedeniyle ilk 5-10 dakika gelen bir "kirli" havası var. Bu sadece 10 dakika sürüyor. Ayrıca bu "kirli" havası bence ayrı bir zenginlik. Buna benzer bir havayı aynı zamanda Terenzi - Ursa da deneyimlemiştim. İlk 10 dakika sonrasında artık parfüm kadife havasına geçiş yapıyor. Siyah çikolata ve oud uyumlu bir şekilde yumuşamaya başlıyor. Sandal burada belirgin hale geliyor. Kuvvetli bir parfüm ama etrafı rahatsız ettiğini söyleyemem. Aşırı sıcak burada ratsızlık yaratabilir ancak zaten Crime bir yaz parfümü değil. Doyurucu, kuvvetli ve baskın bir yapısı var. Ben her kullanımda büyük keyif alıyorum. Ancak yazının başında söylediğim gibi gerek açılıştaki kirli ve sert havası gerekse genel beğeniye yönelik tasarlanmamış olması bu parfüme karşı oluşan negatif algının sebebi. Özellikle kolleksiyon yapanların mutlaka dolabında bulundurması gereken bir parfüm Crime. İdeal kullanım şekli ise sonbahar-kış aylarında casual bir tarz. Veletlere göre değil. Bu unisex bir parfüm değil bu açık şekilde bir erkek parfümü. Keyfini çıkartın...

Well, I adore Boclet. This one I wanted to try ‘cause of the naming and was expecting smthn being not my cup of tea after all the reviews I’ve read. But it’s GORGEOUS. That dark chocolate adds burnt notes, almost like grounded roasted coffee - but chocolate. No sweetness and that’s nice. Leathery accord is very similar to the ones Cuoium and Iron Duke have, I like this kind of sweaty horse leather, it’s hella cozy and welcoming for me personally. It also has some acetone-like accords to my nose and they’re very fitting as well. It’s brutal in an elegant way, it’s cozy and has a huge part of ‘welcome home’ feeling for me. I want a full bottle now, it’d be a safe blind buy lol. And tbh this is kinda what I expected from Quality of Flesh (that one disappointed me). Also I’d vote for costus here in notes. I love costus and I’m pretty sure it’s somewhere here even if a tiny lil bit.

This is LOVE & hate but at the end...addictive!! Very weird smell... The background of the perfume is an intense mix of leather an oud...very medicinal, dark, Deep... But overall at the opening the real main note is the chocolate... But dark cjocolet, not sweet at all... Bitter and dense... And the tonka Bean gives a special sweetness to the fragance... Summing Up this is a very special an original fragance...very animalic, medicinal, weird... It smells a bit dirty, a bit sweaty... But i cant stop smelling It... For personal enjoyment i would give a 10 but... I really want to smell like this?? I am not sure... It is an almost gourmand fragance so i think is totally unisex. Only for cold weather and better for night time... Scent: 8.5 Longevity: 9 Sillage: 8 Quality/price: 5 Versatility: 5 Originality: 10 Global: 8.5

The opening is quite leathery, beastly and heavy. Then it becomes sweeter and pleasant thanks to the mildly chocolate note. It's not the usual goumand, sugary fragrance. It has pungent, animalic, spicy notes. The amber here isn't that soft either. However, I cannot consider it completely dry. Congrats for the composition and authenticity!

just got this. my initial impression after a couple minutes: dry, chalky vanilla (almost coconut like), ashy, and gets slightly into the neighborhood of Rien Intense Incense deep in the background. packaging, presentation and bottle are top notch.

First thought on this one was excitement that I could actually smell the chocolate notes in this because I am blind to them a lot of the time. I think this is well-blended and for a bold composition pretty easy to like - comfortably unisex, bittersweet, interesting mixture of smoky and woody notes and powdery heliotrope. Smells spicier to me than the listed notes make it sound - really reminds me of the aroma of a chai blend with cocoa nibs in. I think the chocolate/oud combo works really well but I'm starting to accept that I'm just super sensitive to oud, and while I enjoyed sampling this on my wrist, it gets a little overwhelming/headachy if I wear it on my neck. Think it falls into the category where I'd enjoy smelling it on other people but can't really wear it myself overall.

It's one of those stunningly odd perfumes that I can't decide if I like or not. I definitely don't hate it. I think I am leaning towards dislike. I think it's the combo of chocolate and oud that I am not jiving with.... Yes. Heavy and odor. Not my cup of tea.

It reminds me of melted and then burned dark chocolate. Not your usual gourmand food-grade patisserie smell. It has something raw and authentic about it. An unusual smell, I like it.

از اون عطرایی که کارم با یک سمپل راه می افته و فکر خرید اش به سرم نمی زنه فضای ابتدایی بعد از اسپری حالتی لاکتونیک_نارگیلی داره که خیلی سریع محو میشه و بوی کُلُر مانند ای سر و کَله اش پیدا میشه فضای پودری با محوریت هِلیوتروپ و یک وایب زَنبقی که مجموعا حس سونا خُشک تو استخر رو میده که قطراب آب کلر دار روی تخته چوب های کف اتاق سونا تبخیر شده باشه هِلیوتروپ در اکثر عطر ها برای من تداعی کننده ی بوی بادام هست و اینجا هم اون بوی بادام تلخ رو به همراه داره این روایح پودری به همراه صندل ترکیب نسبتا جالب ای از کار در اومده اما با ورود عود به این ترکیب روندی که پیش می گیره رو دوست ندارم به مرور و با کم شدن فضای نامطبوع اولیه؛سر و کله ی چرم چیدا میشه چرم ای واکس خورده که براق شده و به عنوان روکش این مجموعه به کار رفته عود با اجرایی سوخته_کُهنه_خاکی کار شده و پوسته ای از شُکلات رو میشه با التفات به لیست شدن اش در نُت ها پیدا کرد که شیرینی نداره و حالت تَفت داده شده و بِرشته پیدا کرده تغییرات بسیار زیادی از زمان طلوع تا غروب داخل اش اتفاق می افته اما مجموعا عطر من نیست و تست اش برام کافی بود. -تست شده از نسخه اولیه- ****************** scent:6.5/10 longevity:7/10 sillage:7/10 purchase value:4.5/10 ******** overall:6.3/10

According to the notes this should have been an amazing perfume. I am very glad I ordered a sample before buying it for my husband. When I sprayed it I could not believe what I could smell. I asked my 10 year old son (who loves perfumes almost as much as me and can tell notes apart better than I can) to describe this fragrance and he replied it makes him think about manure. Maybe it's the leather? I am fond of leathery notes but this stuff smells beastly. Sorry but this is a big no no for me.

Crime is not an easy perfume... It opens with a dark chocolate and a super weird accord that resembles a marzipan and at times even slightly moldy bread crust (😁), I believe that this slight sourness is due to the mixture with a medicinal 'oud. Then comes a floral aspect of heliotrope and a touch of animalic leather, and finally finishing chocolatey woody and amber sweet. The 'oud and the dark and bitter chocolate go hand in hand from the opening to the apotheosis of perfume. The addition of tonka with chocolate brings a vanilla accord making the fragrance a very unique semi-gourmand with a delicious aroma, I like it. Performance despite using 40% concentration is good but nothing bombastic. Crime is one of the most exotic perfumes in my collection, intriguing, mysterious; Crime is the translation of niche perfumery: different and original it comes out of the repetitive sameness of current perfumery even in the niche.

Does this smell like horses or poo? No. Does this smell good? Also no. 😅 I get a sweet and salty Play-Doh synthetic odor with a layer of sweet cleaning product at first. To me, more vanilla than chocolate too: that's probably what's giving me the Play-Doh vibes. Hits me very piercingly artificial but eventually settles down a little bit after an hour or so whereupon a dry cocoa starts to peek out, maybe due to my expectations because I'm not sure that I would've caught it without the power of suggestion from the notes breakdown. However I don't get sour floral, barnyard, fecal, medicinal, or woody aspect expected from an oud accord. Probably the biggest disappointment for me in recent memory because the other reviews were so intriguing. But I'll try it again some more and update this review in the future...

Crime by Franck Boclet gives strong “after-dark intrigue” energy—think dimly lit lounges, late-night rooftop conversations, and evenings when you want to feel a little daring. It projects well for the first couple of hours, drawing attention but never getting obnoxious, and then sits closer for a long, smooth fade; longevity is solid at 6–8 hours, often lingering on clothes into the next day. This one really suits fall and winter nights best, adding a bit of edge and drama without losing its sophistication. If you’re after something with personality that still feels grown-up, it’s a bold but wearable option that stands out from safer crowd-pleasers. Very very sexy!!

I really like Bruno Herve as a perfumer. His fragrances mix well with skin. If you're searching for a chocolate fragrance, Crime isn't it. I smell more of a leather/heliotrope, but I get a picture in my mind of a crime scene in a dark alley. Subtle, tough yet bold and hard hitting. The name Crime fits this fragrance well. The oud tunes down the leather and is subtly spicy. Crime is a mood fragrance, kind of like Varvatos Dark Rebel but higher quality, and an easier wear. Leans masculine. Crime transitions in the drydown, which softens the ruggedness, to an unsweetened gourmand.

This fragrance reminds me of Dzing! by L'Artisan Parfumeur. I pick up a soft animalic leather before anything else and the chocolate adds a slight sweetness towards the drydown. I can also smell something like a powdery cinnamon which I think is the... heliotrope...That horsey oud gallops in and out of this thing as well. The fragrance overall is very dry and is almost like Dzing! I think if you own that dont waste money on this one. It has a dryness that reminds me of a powdered chocolate milk mix, but less sweet than that. Its a bit sexy smelling yet kinda gourmand.

Chocolate leather. The dominant is the tonka beans, then comes the chocolate blended with leather and amber while the heliotrope prevents it to be gourmand. It has a sour note as well like a lime lemon amber mix & the leather here isn't that soft either. Tonka tonka and tonka when it settles with doses of vanilla on a leather sheet. fair.

Opens with a greasy, rubbery animalic vibe and settles down to an oily chocolate/vanilla, like dark chocolate boiling on the stove. The ladies in the office like it.
