Vetiver

Beautiful start of bergamot and ton of vetiver in maner of red vetiver Montale.Next in middle notes citruses is fading out, and then vetiver starts play in other style.For now vetiver is combined with white flowers, i get lily and maybe orange blossom, which smells like old school and church at same time vetiver fragrance. Not mass appealing, absolutely no one in my surrounding didn't say'd anything positive.One person even asked is it 1 million elixir 😭. Yeah it ain't even a bit similar, but that person dont advanced in fragrances even for a bit, he just know i have 1 m elixir.Other peoples just disliked it. But opening is magical.

This is not a usual vetiver fragrance... I'm a bit baffled, because when I think of vetiver, i think about green oakmoss, branches, something vegetal. But this one starts up like a barbershop scent which has been done so many times, it does develop into whiteflower-ish scent that is calm and comforting. so try before you buy, not because it smells bad, gosh no, but because you might smell this before. However one good note for this perfume is its staying power... On my clothe, this perfume lasts for *choking* straight 3 days....

It smells JUST like church.After last Saturday when i was there, i refresh my memory of scent.And it is very similar, almost identical.Only difference, that church scent more smokey and has more incense as well.

A quite plasticcy opening, a little synthetic smelling citrus. Afterwards a big drop of petitgrain style soapiness comes through and just ends up something similar to Ferrari Bright Neroli with a bit more body. I don't get too much vetiver tbh, it's hidden by the white flowers. Not the best Boclet this one, an easy skip for me. If you wanted something that's a little more interesting that is mainly aimed at the masculine market, then Absinthe would be a better one to go for.

I smelled it on a tester strip, and was sold immediately by the citrusy and patchouli opening. However I held off, and decided to wait rather than impulse buy. Once the opening faded, I was shocked by what seems to be an overdose of white flowers! The opening had masked this completely. White flowers are easy to overdo, and I believe that has been the case here. If you are looking for a classic woody aromatic vetiver scent, this ain't it. Buyer beware.
