Sunrise Men

I like Franck Oliver, I have Passion and it smells great and last and I have gotten Complements wearing it. So I saw sunrise, blind bought it. On me it last a decent amount of time 6+ hours and sillage is also decent moderate for 2+ hours. Personally on me it out performs Montblanc Legend. And I like the scent of Sunrise better. Lavender is quite prominent, as it dries down you get some sweetness but just enough, this by no means is a sweet cologne. This is a manly scent and I think it best suites a little older crowd, 35+. I also think it is very versatile any time any place....but that’s my impression.

Instantly I get montblanc legend. Sunrise is a very good clone though and well worth the price. Nice scent, extremely long lasting as it was still on my shirt noticeably 24 hours later. Legend these days is decently priced on ebay, still sunrise is cheaper if you're on a budget. Either will get you plenty of compliments. Scent 8 Longevity 9.5 Sillage 7 Quality 8

I love A&F Fierce however because of the price tag of $105 per 100 ml bottle and because of the low availability where I live, I have been searching Franck Olivier Sunrise for awhile and purchased it Sunrise does smell close to Fierce from a distance. But when you smell it close to where you have sprayed then you'll realize it has a prominent lavender note. I would say that the imitation of Fierce is 70% similar. I figured from few wearings that it has moderate sillage however it doesn't last long, around 3-4 hours at most so I started to spray on the same spot 4 times on both the front and back of my neck for a total of 8 sprays and now it last's around 8 hours with a heavy projection for the first 2-3 hours. Now that Fierce has been watered and reformulated it's no longer worth the money. I asked the same shop for few more bottles of Sunrise but was very disappointed to learn that it's been discontinued but I still hope to find a few more bottles elsewhere. Do buy this fragrance if you come across one, you will not regret.

This is a nice one. I was looking for something similar to A&F Fierce (that isn't also Montblanc Legend) and settled on this as a blind buy. I agree with those who say it's similar to Fierce, just simplified a bit. It opens with a ton of lavender and a bit of bergamot, then dries down to something simple, aromatic, and calming, in a way. I don't detect much of the listed base notes. I can recommend this to just about anyone. It's very easy to wear, is cheap, and should be quite appealing to those who grew up in the late '90s or early 2000s.

Yes, it's extraordinarily similar to A&B Fierce, but it has some slight differences that, in my opinion, make it lighter both in terms of feel (a bit less sexy and musky) and sillage. I think I like Mont Blanc Legend better than Sunrise as a Fierce alternative, but I need to do a side-by-side comparison to see for sure. (I also plan on comparing to Legend Intense, which I haven't smelled yet.) So far my preferences for these near-clones are: -Fierce -Legend -Sunrise

Fantastic smell for the price, highly recommend. Smells 95% like fierce but for a fraction of the price. Whoever said it's not as complex or that it smells powdery is mistaken. Fierce is a bit more woodsy and smooth, this smells slightly sharper. Both perform a few hours MAX. Fierce's performance has been horrible on me. I wound't have paid as much had i known how poorly it performs.

Finally this has been added!!! No need to review this because you all have already smelled Fierce and Legend. Same great scent for an even better price. Do not let the price fool you!

I have all three, fierce, legend, and now this, I think they smell similar but I still prefer Fierce. It lasts longer compared to this one.

This is similar to Fierce, however on my skin, it is to synthetic, opening to strong for a good hour....After a few times wearing in heat...2 sprays is all I need, and it is decent. I have been looking for something close to fierce for last year, and after about 8-9 different blind buys...I am coming back to Legend, KC Mankind Ultimate, and Mankind. Not the same as fierce, same vibe, but just better imo, more crowd pleasing, smell better up close...If having performance issues, just use skin cream and get better performance. I get a full day out of Legend.... If you are looking for a better version of the Fierce vibe which I find drier and sharper than legend...I will have to go Curve Sport over this. Similar smell, and I actually get 4-5 hours out of curve sport, not as intense, but much more wearable & less synthetic for me. This is maybe 4/10 just because it is to dry and harsh, not as fresh as I hoped...... Not a safe blind buy....If you ever smelled Perry Ellis 2018 square clear bottle with Perry Ellis on side...This is IDENTICAL...Not a big fan of either. Done going down the Fierce replica hole...Hope that helps...This house does have some good ones that I like though....

First blast of clean soapy aquatics, shower gel, aftershave, the typical freshly showered male lavender/citrus/sage smell. One of those "splash it on if you didn't have time to shower" kind of things. The only distinctive feature of this one is the over sour citrus; it feels almost like vinegar in the opening but at least that part faded fairly fast. After a couple minutes, the screechy sourness settles and leaves behind a cold clean skin note that's much more palatable; the sandalwood is slightly there and blooms as it warms on my skin. Overall, it's just meh. Masculine and would work well in all weather.

Great quality cologne for the price smells similar to fierce and mont blanc legend but not as complex. This cologne has good sillage and last on skin about 6 to 8 hours. As far as compliments i didnt recieve any while wearing this one however i gave my bottle to my grandpa once i bought legend and he says everybody likes the way he smells at church! And my grandma agreed. This is a safe blind buy however i would personally go with mont blanc legend for just about 10 more dollars due to it being more complex and better smelling than this.

This is not worth your time. The scent profile is okay, clean, plesant, citrus, a little aquatic. But it's done in a way that makes me think of air fresheners. This is too synthetic to be worn by a person. It smells cheap. I got this free from a friend, now I see why he wanted to get rid of it. Even free I dont think this is worth it. I would not consider this as an alternative to the fragrances on the "reminds me of" section purely because of its poor quality. This lacks the charm, spark, and magic that can be found in most scents, even on the more affordable designer ones. I rather smell like nothing than this scent.

the first 30-45 minutes are not more than a disgusting ordinary cheap and cloying smell...after that time it becomes a mixture of mont blanc individel with legend...it is an ok fragrance after all for the price..but not a WOW one....if this smells like fierce...then I do not want to own this one...it would not be ground breaking at all...for me...it is a pass..there are much better options at the same price range

Got this as a free sample and it smells to me like lime juice in a bottle, not my thing. I've never smelled Fierce so I can't comment on that, but I would say that the smell here matches the price tag.

I blind bought this because of all the comparisons to Fierce. Honestly, all I get is a synthetic teakwood comparable to a Bath and Bodyworks fragrance.

Just purchased this and recieved it today. Thought I'd add a review to this pretty much unknown fragrance. Let me start by saying Mont Blanc - Legend has been my signature for the last year and a half. Due to my interesting in Legend I purchased Fierce out of interest. They share similarities but are not the same. They are very close. Legend is more metallic and has a bright apple note. Fierce is more of a classic cologne scent, it's kind of transparent and watery. However - due to the cost of Fierce and also it's apparently reformulation. I could not get the stuff to last or project on me. When first trying fierce I ordered a 5ml decant from Ebay in which the seller was decanting from a vintage bottle of Fierce. Which I believe had Fierce in red on the bottle. This sample I ordered was loud and got me noticed the first night out I wore it. A bar girl emailed me the day after with "I hope this is not too weird but what scent were you wearing last night? It smelt amazing". So yeah, I bought the full bottle. The bottle I bought was legit and it was much weaker. Never got noticed wearing it throughout the whole life of the 100ml bottle. So, I've just ran out of Fierce and my most recent bottle of Legend. I decided to blind buy this with it only being £16.99 for a 75ml bottle. Impressed. Smells identical with Fierce. Like - not close. Identical. It's not even like a copy. It's like I'm spraying Fierce from the a different bottle it's that similar. There's no weird different notes that don't belong or what not. It's an exact replica of Fierce. But what's better, it's much louder and projects way better on me than my bottle of Fierce ever day. The sprayer is great. The bottle is beautiful and classy. No cheap parts. The top is sturdy and fits like a glove. I highly recommend this. It is a great, great scent for the price. My best buy for under £20 by quite a bit. Check this out if you love Fierce/Legend.

This is not my kind of scent at all, but I actually could enjoy it to some degree. It would be the kind of scent I'd wear on a hot day when I might be in close contact with other people. A local store was closing out the quarter ounce mini bottles for a penny each, so I grabbed them, of course! After I try it again under what I think are optimal conditions for me, I'll report back, but what I liked was the ambery quality contrasting with the "synthetic" fresh/floral elements. From a distance it's got it's good qualities, but I was afraid to smell it up close on the skin! I haven't tried new Fierce so I have no idea how close it is to that one, and I swapped a vintage Fierce bottle away long ago.

This falls somewhere between CK eternity and platinum egoiste ( two similar scents). The opening is very different from fierce and much more similar to the bergamot floral opening of the previously mentioned fragrances. The drydown is the best part and where one may see the fierce comparisons. But this is a result of both brands trying to achieve a similar woody drydown to platinum egoiste. Smells amazing and smells like the 90s. I love it. Excellent projection and longevity. Great value for the money. If you want a fierce clone, i think you'll be disappointed. Go for montblanc legend. But this is still a good one.

There seems to be a lemon or grapefruit note hidden in there somewhere; it's at least more citrusy and sharper than you would think. This is NO substitute for MB Legend or A&F Fierce, but those are nice reference points. This is not as fruity/sweet and lacks the soft (quality) base of the aforementioned frags, though I will agree with the Nightflight comparison. I tend to take affordability into account, so this gets a few bonus points because it's such a steal.

Great fragrance. I love fierfe but at 25 can't say I'm wearing fierce. So I wear this. It smell IDENTICAL trust me I'm a long time fierce lover.the projection is just a tad under and longevity is about 3 hours. Could be better. So cheap can just re spray no problems
