Ravine Ice

I just got these so of course things can change, had them for 5 days so far So after testing this and Nusuk Sama out at work and mind you I’m a Construction Worker, I work in the high heat sometimes under the sun, sweating and getting dirty all the time so in my opinion there’s no better time than to test these types of Freshys or any Fragrance as a matter of fact but after doing my test I’m going to be honest as always and I’ll be saying the same thing in my reviews as well when I drop the content. These other content creators who said these are beast mode are lying to you. I got a good 4-6 hours 6 hours was pushing it and after that 6 hour mark it was gone. It did last longer on clothes of course but im talking about on Skin only! These are not beast mode fragrances(Ravine Ice and Sama) Ravine Ice is a little over priced rite now so I would say wait till the price drops or just go with Sama. They are both good imo I really enjoy these lemony, salty, fresh mossy scent profiles. They are an uplifting scent profile and fresh ta def but again NOT BEAST MODE as many of these other big content creators claim them to be. Listen just because these were sent out to me for free doesn’t mean I’m going to lie for a paycheck and I’m always clear with all these Brands I work with “I will ALWAYS be honest with those who trust me and I will never lie so it’s up to you if you want to keep working with me or not” and they appreciate me more after that because they know they aren’t dumb they know how long their own scents last and everything. Yes I’m a small content creator but idc about that, I care about being honest to those who trust me and I will always let you know how these perform on MY SKIN. Everyone’s skin PH is different so my best advice is to go test them out first and see how they work on YOUR skin or find someone who will be honest because let’s be real 30-60 bucks is still 30-60 bucks. Money is money.

Calling Ravine Ice a "clone" of Pacific Rock Moss is an insult to the hustle. This isn’t a copy; it’s a full-on cinematic heist. It’s sitting at 90% similarity, which means if this fragrance walked into a bank, the security cameras would accidentally frame the original. The scent profile? It’s "Premium Air." It smells like you just inhaled the atmosphere of a $2,000 a night resort through a straw made of Himalayan salt. It opens like a salty lemonade that’s been carbonated with pure Mediterranean sea breeze. It’s so light and airy that I’m half convinced the bottle is actually filled with the breath of a Victorian aristocrat on vacation. But the real magic is that it doesn’t try to be a "Beast Mode" bully. Look, I have sensory overload issues; to me, a "long-lasting" fragrance is usually just a 12 hour commitment that leads to headache like a drunken fling. There is nothing more traumatic than a cologne that turns into a thick, sentient syrup the moment you break a sweat. Ravine Ice, however, is a professional. It clocks in, works a solid 6.5-hour shift, and then clocks out before things get weird (happy hour or whatever they call it these days). It’s the perfect amount of projection for people who want to smell expensive but don’t want to be tracked by search and rescue dogs. It’s sophisticated, it’s refreshing, and it doesn't overstay its welcome. Verdict: 9.3/10. It’s the perfect fragrance for anyone who wants to smell like they own a yacht, but also wants to be able to breathe through their nose. If you’re looking for a scent that’s basically a spa day in a bottle without the "eternal lingering" trauma, this is your guy.

Ravine Ice is an incredibly soothing floral fragrance with a calm, airy character that feels almost therapeutic. This is a refreshing warm weather Spring/Summer daytime scent. Just spritz it on every couple of hours and enjoy the breezy aromas. Salty sea air lemonade off the top (this gets better a few weeks after the initial sprays) and, from there, it doesn't really change too much other than becoming softer/creamier in the dry down. It's bright, classy (for a freshy), and not overbearing, which is what you want in the warm weather really. It doesn't need to be 'beast mode', but this all depends on how much you spray it. Lovely airy day-to-day fresh frag. As a side-note, it's similar to Pacific Rock Moss, but I'd consider this to be its own thing. I feel like, compared to Pacific Rock Moss, this has more of an emphasis on the creamy lemonade scent.

This is from now my favorite perfume. I can spray this perfume 10 times a day , every day and never stop to love it. it's fresh,aquatic,salty,lemony,airy. I have over 30+ perfume and this is my fav by far. This is the first perfume Ive bought another bottle in case It goes sold out. The downside is the performance, but I dont care I love soo much the smell I spray again and again. 2 week and I have half bottle empty already. Great scent, bad performance.

honestly this is better then the original, absolutley sensational! Off the top i get allure homme blanche which is one of my favourites, then dries down to 1:1 off pacific rock moss, also one of my favourite lemons lol Oh my god this is my secret weapon AND IT IS STRONG PFFFT 💨 even with a collection over 50 honestly i don't recommend blind buys but this one, just buy it if you enjoy allure homme blache and pacific rock moss mixed, madness 💨

Scent is excellent. Slightly salty lemon which brightens the fragrance, mossy undertones bringing a dense anchor to it with subtle woods at the base. It’s clean, fresh and uplifting. 8.5/10 Performance: this scent profile is lighter. It’s what makes it fresh and airy. If you’re expecting beast mode, this isn’t that nor is it trying to be that. Perfect for hot summer days. Overall, I’d recommend.

Smells very unique. I have never smelled pacific rock moss, but this smells amazing! I am a sucker for fresh fragrances and this is so different from all the other freshies i own. Just purchased it today, sprayed it on my hand and after few washes and 6 hours i can still smell it. Great purchase and can't wait to wear it on holiday

I've noticed that most don't like this because it's a sweeter take on the Pacific Rock Moss DNA, but in my eyes it's just more youthful, made for a much younger ordinance, and honestly layers beautifully with Riffs Freeze. banger in my eyes, but most would likely prefer the OG or sama.

This is great, I mean it’s a pretty safe perfume to go with. Beautiful citrus with salt and moss. Smells quite fresh, and very similar to pacific rock moss not gonna lie. But the performance is just poor, very poor. I kept it to macerate, let’s see if the performance gets any better.

It’s citrusy, salty, airy, and yes creamy. But in my opinion the creaminess comes off ozonic (almost sunscreen esq) and light. I wouldn’t say the creaminess makes it heavy in any sense of the word. Definite high heat beach vibes.

This is very similar to Pacific Rock Moss, but with a sweeter opening. The dry down is honestly so much better than initial sprays. Great perfume for a similar DNA to the G&B Pacific Rock Moss for a fraction of the price.

Smells pretty much identical to the original and I'm very fussy with clones. Unfortunately it also copies the poor longevity (I think it actually doesn't last as long). At least it's cheap.

I smelled pacific rock moss, smelled like a better d&g light blue, when I saw this was a dupe of it it was a immediate blind buy, ill get back when I have it and rate performance etc.

first sprays: lemon with a bit of sweetness. i like it but i let it rest! i hope its going to last around 8 hours.

I love it. Unisex. Great for warmer days. Citrus aromatic. Aromatic comes from the salt and sage mainly.

Nose Note #1052 I didn't quite like Ravine Ginger and I'm not in love with this one. For me it's just a little bit awkward combination. Take the OG name - "Pacific Rock Moss". This is a perfect name. But what you probably wouldn't guess without smelling it - "Rock" here is for "candy rock". This is both sea-like sort of like Bvlgari Aqva pour Homme and candy sweet, but sweetness is moderate. Still it's a candy. So it creates this subtle tropical feeling without the usual pina colada vibe. Or maybe semi pina colada. Anyway, this is not my taste at all. The only tropical / resort vibe I dig is Virgin Island Water (perfect unsweet coconut+lime) and Soleil Blanc (suntan lotion). And it has this awkward appeal. It is sort of masculine in nature, but then there's the sweetness... Unfortunately, I like it when it's purposefully feminine, unisex or masculine, not vague and in-between two. Performance is very moderate. It's a light scent. Not a performer. It is still a generally good, mass appealing scent. Just not for me 7/10

I understand more and more that we need to cut down on influencers who make false hype. This perfume is not so important that it would be talked about so much, if someone needs a copy of PRM there is already a very cheap perfume from Nusuk "Sama".

Today tested pacific rock moss and ingenious ginger and I’m glad I didn’t buy the rock moss. Because the Ravine ice just nailed it. I thought ravine is way to sweet and then smelt the PRM it also sweet It’s 90-95% similar.

It’s a clean Icy, Citrucy summer fragrance, i would say the best in the ravine line, it’s an 8.4/10 for me, great value.

Blind bought this fragrance and have tested it over the last 2 weeks. It's a nice scent profile, maybe 80% similar to pacific rock moss, but performance is terrible. When I first got it, the lemon note in the opening is very sharp and loud. It has gotten better with time, but it does remind me of a cleaning spray. I overspray this on skin and clothes, I'm talking 15 to 20 sprays minimum and performance is still awful. I get 1hr of projection and it's a skin scent by hour 2 and then only noticeable at hour 4 if I press my nose into my skin. It doesn't last any longer on clothes either. Honestly, I say skip this and go for the OG pacific rock moss. Similar performance, but you get more of the marine notes and overall better quality.

To me, Ravine Ice and Ravine Ginge both share the same problem. That is, being too sweet and creamy for a fresh fragrance. I love the lemon, salt and moss note in here but there is too much creaminess sweet backbone to it that would drifts it away from the summer breeze scent that PRM has. I would say this is like a sweet fresh candy of some sort.

Smells like refreshing salty water, whenever I smell this i automatically remember the scent of the Dead Sea for some reason LOL. It's strictly a summer fragrance, this won't work in colder weather.............

It definitely has some DNA of Pacific rock moss (PRM), but it's a bit weaker and shallower and less freshy. I wouldn't buy it for $60 AUD. I'd also say it leans linear to feminine. (PRM 70%+ / PRF 30%)

It feels like a kind of candy I used to eat, it's worth the price but not a specialty :))

Performance drops significantly after 1-2 hours

I got the sample of this and wow, it was something unreal so I decided to buy it and wow, I somehow dislike it. I have let it mature/macerate for 2 months and it still smells super thick. I don’t know what it is but I have also sampled ravine ginger and I also don’t like it. I haven’t tried Nusuk but if anyone was thinking between this and Nusuk I would suggest that as it’s cheaper (no clue which one smells better but buying this was an L blind buy).

Smells nothing and weak performance !! Don’t waste your money.

Here is my honest review for fragrantica: Today I finally was able to rock a perfume again after being sick for awhile. I almost chose Marmawa, but I decided Ravine Ice would probably be easier on me in this hot weather since I'm still recovering. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Inspired by: Pacific Rock Moss Goldfield & Banks Australia Apparently I really love moss! The combo of lemon, geranium, salty notes, sage, lavender, ambroxan, moss and cedar works amazing to me. This fragrance smells uber clean. And I don't mean laundry detergent clean, or soapy clean, it's like this breezy kind of clean. IMO the best kind. But from my experience these type of amazing scent profiles have performance issues. There is no exception with Ravine Ice, I have not had a fragrance perform this badly when it comes to projection in awhile. I did 7 sprays. Within 1 hour the fragrance was non-existent in the air... however the interesting part is on the skin it does last a long time.. Now remember I have not matured this fragrance and it is possible the performance may still improve over time. I really hope it does, but I'm just not sure it will. It may have just about no projection bet the scent does stick to you. I sprayed at 11am and I can actually still smell this on my skin and its 9pm right now. Which was very shocking to notice. Masculine leaning for me. Very easy to wear, nice airy citrus, floral clean herbal mixed in. Nice mossy background giving a really cool feeling overall. Subtle musk, amber and spiciness add a little depth and life in the far background. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rating: Scent Rating 9/10 Performance 5.5/10 Overall rating 7/10 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Conclusion: Next time I wear this fragrance I am definitely going to overspray! The scent is beautiful but I got horrible performance out of it. With some maturing I hope this gets a little better at least. Please don't blind buy this fragrance with at least trying it first. I personally would not get a full bottle of this based on the performance issues I had so far. Please remember this bottle is not matured yet!

Was wearing this yesterday and got an unsolicited compliment. Downtown early summer event thing and walking back to my car, a woman was walking behind me. As I was getting in to my cars she stopped me to say I smelled good and asked what I was wearing. I lied and said Pacific Rock Moss. OK, a little sketchy ethically speaking. But it shows while it might not have great projection, it must have some sillage power.

Not going to lie, this reminds me a lot of Ted Baker's Original Skincare. That's a proper 1998 cheapy in the UK but spraying them side by side there is a lot of cross over with he notes and they give me the same vibe. The Ted Baker is a bit weaker in performance though and they do have differences but don't call me mad until you have compared them 😅

I do not know the OG so I can not comment on that aspect at all. I will say this smells much better today, than yesterday when I pulled it off a cold Fed Ex truck. I normally don't get strung out over the looks of clone bottles; positively or negatively. We don't wear the bottles. But this is a nice looking bottle! Someone but some thought into it.

That bottle made me look. I suppose it's intended to suggest something like a subglacial lake, ...but to me, it reads more as catastrophic dam collapse. I haven't smelled this fragrance, but this did inspire me to revisit my Pacific Rock Moss sample. So basically something like a "designer men's blue" but with extra sugar.

Just got the fragrance. My first impressions are that the bottle feels terrible. The texture of it is just strange. The juice inside on the other hand is quite nice. Nothing super original in general, but it still smells great and seems to be mass appealing. Cannot comment on performance, but the smell is solid.

I have both, and on my skin and to my nose, very similar ... about 88 90%. OG being more creamer and you can detect the quality , but having in consideration the time that the og last on my skin, it's not worth it to me. Smells 7.5/10. Good for summer . Hope this helps

Ravine Ginger shares the same problem. too sweet and syrupy when compared to what they are duping. With that being said I think they are still good for being about 100$ less. I’m not unhappy with this but just keep that in mind.

Ravine Ice is like an airy Mugler Cologne with a lemon and mineral focus.Clean and fresh with universal appeal. I'll sell my discontinued Mercedes Benz Cologne because I like this better and it fits the same purpose.

Good scent, quality ingredients, beautiful presentation and bottle but lasts only 2 hours. Very weak performance. No longevity no sillage. I am using it as a car freshener

This is basically Greenley PdM (soap) + Perseus PdM (lemon). Simple but perfect combination imo.
