Honeysuckle

I bought this perfume from Sephora and oh lord! It smells devine. Sweet fresh honeysuckle. It feels like you just walk pass honeysuckle bushes that waft in the air with its alluring scent. I can smell jasmine as well as magnolia and plum. It is well blended fragrance. Beautiful. I could douse myself with this fragrance! It last around 4-5 hours on my skin and project quiet strong the first 1-2 hours and then it softly radiates off my skin in another hour until it fades. For me, this perfume suitable mostly for spring but I’ll rock it in summer heat anyways why not. And I would definitely be proud to reapply because I love the scent so much! Highly recommended for those who are looking for a realistic honeysuckle smell. This is it. You should try it. I wonder why this perfume is underrated. Its gorgeous guys!

I have been searching for years for a perfume that would remind me of my favorite fragrance from the early 80's, a shampoo called Floreal Chevrefeuille - in Brazil where I live the name was Floreal Madressilva (Honeysuckle) - and this is the closest I could find so far! Spraying this makes me very happy! Will definitely be stocking some. Annick Goutal Chevrefeuille, mentioned above, did not smell like this honeysuckle from my childhood. Now the search continues for the Green Apple Floreal...

Surprised this doesn't get mentioned more by the tribes of honeysuckle seekers. I love this one. A fresh, pretty, and uncomplicated honeysuckle. While not technically a soliflore, the honeysuckle here is head and shoulders above any other note. Sillage is medium - I spray this on with abandon in the spring and summer & don't worry about offending tender noses.

It's a nice light and bright fragrance in a sunny way. I think it is successful in regards to the realistic honeysuckle. It is still not the same wild honeysuckle that grows around my house but so far I haven't found anything more realistic than this. I will keep looking. P.S. It is very musky scent that has poor longevity.

When I was a sophomore in college, I travelled to Hong Kong and bought this perfume. The sweet scent was very attractive and amusing to me. I feel fresh, warm summer breeze when I first smelled it. As time goes by, it left a smell of sweet musk on my skin.

This fragrance was a blind buy for me. I have such good associations with honeysuckle from my childhood, plus Fresh does fragrance well, so I had to jump on it. I'm very, very pleased with my purchase. Honeysuckle is a floral with a citrusy opening and a hint of a honey note that warms it up a bit once on the skin. It's appropriate for daytime and office wear and probably suits Spring and Winter months the best. The only downside to this scent is its lack of longevity. I actually expected this, per Fresh's reputation, so I got the small 1 oz bottle which I can tote around in my handbag when I need to reapply. I also think this fragrance is unique. The only scent I think it might resemble in the slightest is Chanel Beige. Compared to Beige, Honeysuckle is fresher, lighter and less warm. Overall, I highly recommend. It's definitely Fresh's best offering, in my opinion.

I love this perfume. It's simple, feminine, and memorable. It's a petite bottle of sweet goodness that leaves a girl smelling like a freshly bloomed spring flower. I seriously love it. I remember reading somewhere that in ancient times girls couldn't go near honeysuckle or it would "arouse their senses." And yes, this perfume attracts boys!

A sweet take on honeysuckle, very similar to B&BW Wild Honeysuckle or Mary Kay Sparkling HS (but with less melon.) Overall, it's pleasant and just ok. Longevity is average, projection is short range and short lived. Worth the $50 price tag? Uh, no. The other 2 are 1/2 the price and I enjoy them just as much.

I bought this at the Fresh store in Harvard Square in Boston. The sales assistant was so sweet and helpful, I recommend you check it out if you are in the Boston area. This is a very realistic honeysuckle soliflore. Clean, slightly sweet floral musk, very nostalgic for anyone who grew up in a place with honeysuckle vines. This needs to start being suggested on the forum threads where people ask about honeysuckle. I believe it's longer lasting, better sillage and better price than any niche house's honeysuckle that I have tried.

This was a blind buy for me. I love honeysuckle so it was not a surprise that I like it but that's it just a like. It's not overly powerful and not overly synthetic either. I find it a little elusive after about 30 minutes of spraying. It's nice and especially for what I paid for it...quite worth it. I'll definitely wear it for spring/summer but I do think I will be re-spraying it too! I much prefer Dame's Honeysuckle.

In my quest for honeysuckle scents, I had to try this one! It's a little soapy and chemical, but it does have a distinctive honeysuckle aroma - much stronger than many I've tried. People around me asked about my "honeysuckle" perfume - so they recognized the flower too. Sillage and longevity both robust. A pretty good homage to the Caprifoliaceae!

Yep! Honeysuckle on the vine as you're walking by on your evening walk! AWESOME!!!! I have Philosophy Summer Grace & LOVE it, but not getting the comparison. HUH????
