Sugar Lychee

This is a real unique scent that differs from the usual floral, fruity or spicy types. When it is first sprayed, there is no hint of sweetness at all. What you get instead is a fresh burst of lemon...sort of similar to the Fresh Sugar Lemon scent. However, once it dries down the scent becomes a softer and sweeter citrus smell. Sorry, but I don't detect any lychee at all. It just smells like a crisp and sweet citrus to me :-) It's a light perfume and won't last the whole day. The only rant I have about this perfume is the bottle - the nozzle comes packaged separately and if you want to cap the bottle you have to remove the nozzle. Couldn't they just have made the cap fit over the nozzle :S All in all, its the type of scent that won't offend anyone and yet is special enough to differentiate you from the crowd! Edited to add: My husband loves this perfume more than me, he took more than half of my 100 ml bottle to use...I didn't use it for a few months and when I looked at the bottle it was near empty. So I bought another bottle for him ;)

This is the fragrance that has started my perfume collection. Finally a fragrance I can wear and love! It's only citrusy in the beginning. Then it evolves into this extremely soft fresh and clean scent. In my opinion this scent is great for all year round. Because of the warmth it has it can be used in the day time during Fall & Winter. Also great for spring and summer because of it's slight fruitiness. Although I don't smell a lot of fruitiness like other people do. Anyway I love this scent for the day time, when I want to smell fresh and clean. Also great for work and school cause I can't imagine this smell offending anybody.

Pink lemonade anyone? Fresh Sugar Lychee smells so refreshing and natural, I want to drink it over ice. The lemon is tart and sparkling, with the soft pink fruity sweetness of lychee. It is not syrupy or cloying, just fresh, juicy and fun. A consistent winner for me, and unique among the fruity offerings for Summer. It would make a great, more natural-smelling alternative to the Escada Summer range, for example. Longevity on me is over six hours, which is fine for a Summer scent, and really, for any scent in this price range.

LOVE. While it’s fruity and flirty, I’m a dude and I wear this all the time. On a feminine person it is nice; on a masculine person it’s such an interesting and sexy juxtaposition. At first all I got was lychee; the more I wear it, the more citrus and freesia I get. I love that it’s what I was raised to believe is “feminine”... yet, any masculine person wearing this is sexy and fearless. In that spirit, I use 3 sprays of it at a time and I feel like fucking Louis XV

I love this, I bought it as a blind buy and have no regrets! It's fresh, a little sweet and a biiiiit acid =) maybe I am not finding the right word, maybe acid or sour... It makes you feel comfy and clean... Will deff buy again the 100 ml bottle! Smells like chilling! It's citruci, not like some overwhelming vetiver (I like vetiver, don't missunderstand me =D) but with the sweetness makes a nice combo, maybe both combine makes a lychee balance. I am adoring this.

Different than any other fragrance I've smelled, this has a surprising sweetness & warmth, which was just what I was looking for in the dead cold of winter. It's a soft, delicate fragrance, lasts about 2-3 hrs on my wrists, & has a soothing, comforting quality along with a fresh, clean feeling. It's also light & versatile enough to layer with other scents if you want to experiment & improvise. I love the lingering fruity lychee scent.

I am so glad Fragrantica finally added this to its roster of scents, because this is quite probably one of my favorites. It doesn't smell like every other fruity scent out there, which I appreciate. It starts out with a loud lemon candy scent but you can eventually smell the sweetness of lychees soon after. Definitely one of my top perfumes.

This is what I smell on Sugar Lychee, first a burst of citrus lemon/lime and immediately a mix of tonka bean (at least to me) tobacco. So the fresh kind of feminine scent is slowly taken over by masculine notes. I still think this is more of a feminine fragrance, but I don't care, I wear it everyday!

I think this is perfect for a gift. It would be universally liked and cute for someone who loves lychees. It is a good office scent, yet not generic. It is juicy and sugary, but not too much that you can't wear it as an older person

Lychee lemonade!!! My new favorite scent for when spring comes back around! The lychee makes it juicy and then the lemon causes a burst of citrus, prefectly blended!

SO GOOD. i get so many compliments from this. such a fresh yummy sweet scent however i think it lacks a little on the lychee scent. very citrus

I love smelling like bubble tea

Sugar Lychee has always been my favorite from the Fresh line. Smells just like it sounds, brown sugar, lychee, and lemon for added lift. Sweet, playful, delicious. It took my breath away when I first smelled it, it was my first time knowingly smelling something with lychee in it and I remember being so excited that they had lychee perfume! Because its one of my favorite fruits. I still do think this is one of the best lychee perfumes I've ever smelled just because most other lychee perfumes have many other dominating notes, such as rose, etc. and this one really highlights lychee. I never bought a full bottle because the lasting power is not great for the price, and it does lose its juiciness almost immediately after it hits the skin - the lemon and sugar come through much stronger than as it dries down, and the scent just becomes soft instead of this vibrant, fresh, perfume that it starts out as. I saved up and bought a rollerball some time ago, and that was enough for me. Have been enjoying it this summer, and would definitely recommend for the younger crowd. It's delightful, especially just out of the bottle :)

I don't normally gravitate towards citrus-forward scents, but I like it. It is a youthful, bright, energizing, and refreshing scent. It opens with strong lemon, followed by grapefruit and lychee. I can smell the freesia/floral note on the dry down. The sugar note reminds me of a more sophisticated version of a lemon drop candy and is present throughout. I do not pick up on the tonka, amber, or sandalwood, just pure sugar and citrus. Projection is minimal, it sits close to the skin. It would be perfect for a minimalist or someone who is fragrance sensitive. I'd like to find a layering perfume to enhance longevity. Definitely suited for warmer weather/summertime; it reminds me of being on vacation. Overall, this is a nice addition to my collection. It's perfect for when I want something light and zesty. Edit: Lovely, but just not lasting.

A nice, light, easy to wear, fruity scent that isn't cloying or sticky. It smells like a mix of lychees and some other citrus. Grapefruit maybe or something like that. It reminds me of when my husband and I first started dating because I used to wear this perfume a lot then and when I had accidentally dropped my bottle on the floor, my husband (then boyfriend) bought me a new bottle the next day. Kinda sad that this smells like cleaning products on a lot of the reviews here, although I do think my tolerance for citrusy scents is quite high that I do not mind that anyway or maybe even notice it quite as much. If you like citrusy scents but want something a little different than just having pure citrus, this is a nice one to have.

Overall, I do love this fragrance. When I first put it on the smell is very sharp and difficult to pin down, but it settles into a lovely lychee and sugar fragrance. I love the fact that this fragrance doesn't smell like just a sickly sweet fruit. It actually smells like a tart, juicy fruit with sugar sprinkled on top. The fruit and sugar notes are distinct, and it's possible to discern them independently while wearing the fragrance. Together, they work with one another very well. I would wear this more frequently, but it simply doesn't have staying power. It lasted about 1/2 hour on me. Overall, I love the scent, but it doesn't have enough staying power.

This one is just so easy to love. You get the vibrant lychee coated with sweetness throughout its longevity and you get to enjoy hidden notes of lemon citrus in the opening, creamy coconut like a refreshing pina colada concoction that appears midway and finally ends with soft freesia and warm amber. I absolutely adore every note this perfume has to offer. Unfortunately it lasts approx. 3 hours on me and it wears very close to the skin but I actually enjoy reapplying the roller to my pulse points and it layers beautifully with any perfume. Still a fan after a decade of wear. To me, this is happiness in a bottle.

I really hate the beginning part of it, because the lemon hits you in the face, very much reminds me of Pine Sol and not like lemon tarts. But after an hour-ish, the dry down is beautiful. It has this delicate sweetness of lychee that sort of lingers around. I love the last bit, so does my boyfriend. It doesn't last long enough (maybe 3-4 hours) for me to consider purchasing the full sized bottle, especially at that price. Love the lychee after, cause I have yet to find another perfume that captures the fruit that well.

VERY VERY fresh! like a fresh squeezed lemon with sugar sprinkled on top. one of my first "real" perfume purchases as a teenager lol. the sandalwood shines underneath the citrus and it gives me a little bit of a pencil shavings vibe. the lemon is both the hero and the villain here; it smells like summer and sunny days, but it also smells like toilet cleaner (which is kind of a dealbreaker for me). for a citrus-dominant frag, I get pretty decent wear time and projection. good freshie overall!

love this sweet, summery take on lychee! almost reminds me of a citrus popsicle on a hot day- sweet and sour at the same time thanks to the balance of lychee and amalfi lemon/other bright citrus notes, as well as a smooth base of tonka and amber that rounds it out. i especially love the drydown because it turns into an almost lemon-drop-like candied citrus scent. pretty decent longevity though! EDIT- would love this as a candle or home spray!!
