Amalia Primavera

Amalia is one of these fragrances that keeps me on the fence. I much prefer a fresh, Green approach to Jasmine. Where they take the entire bush and encapsulate that in a bottle. There is no freshness here. This is the flower and the flower only. A smack in the face of White flower Jasmine greatness. There is supposedly musk and rose in the background and I'm sure there is, but not enough to pick up on your own. They are most likely there to soften the blow of the Direct hit of the Jasmine flower explosion. Keep in mind the identity or signature of the brand is still here so there is a beautiful crispiness that tails off regardless what particular fragrance you are smelling. It will always be better than 75% of any other brand you smell before. And that is what puts me on the fence and keeps me there. It's not my cup of tea but it is still much better than most. And now for some reason I want it! I highly recommend this for people who enjoy White flower fragrances and particularly Jasmine. A good reference is tagete from Profumum. I will say, I had to eat lunch before I posted this review and I am noticing now a little bit of animalic tendencies. That makes it a little bit more interesting. I have a personal scent memory attached to this, so I am leaning more toward purchasing now. But again, you have to like fragrances like this to begin with. I don't think this will shift your preferences at all. It's been around six hours and I still smell it just as well as I did hours ago. So this is a job well done. As with all of his other fragrances from this brand. I could not recommend enough the brand as a whole. Amalia is the ultimate traditional bride fragrance. It is opaque white, opulent but not overly indolic. The perfect time to wear this is on a bright clear sunny day where you are in a good mood. That is when it shines.

I got a sample from this house and this perfume (looking at the notes) is the one called Amalia, not Amalia “Primavera”. It is a heady white floral but freshend up by the jazmin.on clothes it smells of fresh laundry, on skin it’s a little saltier but still white floral. The was people comparing Amalia Gourmand with Guerlain’s Terracota, snd I wonder if they are indeed smelling Amalia. Update: Just checked their website and they only have Amalia and Amalia Gourmand.

Simple but lovely. It’s a well executed, realistic jasmine scent - smells exactly like walking past a jasmine plant in spring. It stays soft and creamy, with a slight green/citrus note, never going dry or powdery. It’s not particularly complex or original, but if you’re looking for a good quality jasmine perfume, it’s a winner.

Very close to its description. It starts off with a realistic slightly green jasmine thattransforms into a creamy one as the ambergris starts taking shape and overpowers the jasmine in the drydown. Obviously quality materials that make you sniff yourself throughout the day. I would consider buying it for the drydown.

I don't think I've ever met a jasmine so beautiful... Amalia is exactly as jasmine presents in the wild; polarizing but bewitching. Speaking of, Fueguia grabs your soul. You feel the perfumer's passion from the initial unboxing down to the first sprays. This house is a dangerous, dangerous rabbit hole.

Finally a true-to-life scent of jasmine flower. Plain and deep at the same time. Takes me back to South China with their tea markets. Stays with me forever.

Photorealistic expensive Jasmine that cultivated in the fancy garden somewhere in Asia. Plus, If I can something sweet like bubblegum rose follow the Jasmine. It does lack green freshness to it, I hope it more raw jasmine but hey I don't mind at all. Definitely giving womanhood mood and feminine to the maximum. Strong fragrance, spray sparingly.

Amalia smells like a sweeter upgrade of Jasmin Rouge. Incredibly long-lasting. The jasmine is very present in the opening. It did remind me of the plant, but it's not what you would call a "photorealistic" jasmine scent since it hardly emits a "dirty" note that's famously characteristic of jasmine (For a Fueguia fragrance that smells like the actual flower, try Jasminum Muskara). In Amalia, the jasmine note fades almost completely after the first two hours and the perfume becomes a sweet, nectarine scent. Not cloying, not animalic (despite the civetone), just sweet. I'm not usually into sweet perfumes, but I find this one quite a pleasure to sniff.

So candy sweet. I love jasmine and this isn't a super indolic one, but something in it is disgusting to me
