Ignore the notes listed here. On the official website it says: Glacier Flower, Notro (tree), Muchi (I have no idea what that is), melon, cucumber, aquatic notes. I NEED this perfume on my shelf... it smells like... water? Like melon, like summer, as if that orange-bomb type of melon were sitting underwater in a lake 😍 It’s picturesque, fresh, freezy, watery, summery, a little marvel that leaves no one indifferent. The performance is pretty good, just 2 sprays last for many, many hours, and it’s still noticeable even at night. And no, it doesn’t smell weird, it’s very pleasant and fresh. There’s a fragrance that smells almost identical but nobody knows about it: Immense Acque (I genuinely think they copied Fueguia). Definitely one of the most original perfumes I’ve ever tried, and I want it!!!! The price is a bit prohibitive, but this brand is super high-end. They have very few boutiques worldwide. I’ve been to the one in London, and it’s truly a unique experience. When you enter, you immediately notice the huge difference compared to what we usually call “niche” and what real niche actually is. They’re Argentine, although apparently they’ve moved their whole operational center to Milan.

A super unique and interesting woody aquatic fragrance designed to evoke the feel of the Desert Lake region of Argentina. Fuegeia uses ingredients from plants that locally grow in this area to create a photorealistic feel for the watery beauty of the lake region. The scent opens with notes of the cyclamen flower and moves to a heart of woods from two native trees of this region (The Lenga Beech and The Notro (Chilean firetree)) which have an aquatic feel in their extracts. The scent settles on a bed of plant based calone. This is a very unique scent but feels airy, light and fresh. More suited as a summer scent, the unisex scent has moderate sillage and very good longevity. Very sophisticated natural perfumery. Enjoy!

I have never experienced such a special fragrance like this. It is unique! and you feel original, fresh and unique. No doubt an acquatique fragrance which gives you the idea of being in a forest and smell fresh air, and fresh water. And at the same time there are some notes which make this perfume so feminine, lovely and brilliant. I love it and I will alwayes wear it in summer. It is very persistent, but not boring. It very fashionable also.

Yes, you get florals, woods, and musks, but this is another wow scent a very unique scent, that with the notes listed/mentioned comes together to create a smell (at least on paper) that captures the scent of the rind and flesh of a freshly cut cantaloupe melon - stunning fragrance, I normally like oud and Amber's and vanilla, darker scents sometimes even in the summer, but this has moved its way right to the top of my "to buy list".

One of my favourite fragrances from this brand, it has a vegetal freshness, though how this has been achieved technically is not fully disclosed, as is so often the case with perfumes. The Lenga Beech tree of Argentina, has not yielded anything commercially usable for perfumers so far as I am aware. For me the fragrance has quite a green quality, suggestive of a well known base called Green Ivy, and this also brings an association to certain brands of air freshener. Ignoring that, I did purchase a bottle with no regrets.
