The Spirit

Its an excellent scent. Very, very interesting leather, rose, oud and tobacco combination. However, I can't help but assume that because its a RR collab, the price is as high as it is. You can buy full bottles of African Leather by Memo Paris and any oud centered fragrance (I tried Oud for Greatness Neo by Initio), layer them together and get 95% the same fragrance as The Spirit by Fueguia 1833, but with more longevity and projection, for the same price if not cheaper, which is dissapointing. I'd go for it if it was a reasonable price (compared to other houses that are natural ingredient focused, like Perfumer H). I feel there exist more interesting and nuanced fragrances from this brand for half of the price.

An interesting novelty from Fuegeia and a collaboration with the Rolls Royce Motor Company, this woody perfume includes in its central note the sustainably harvested plant extracts of chestnut and the African Tara tree that are used for the tanning of the leather used in Rolls Royce vehicles. This central woody varnish like note is surrounded by a plant based leather like pheromone, oud, tobacco and sandalwood. The overall masculine scent has moderate to strong sillage and good longevity. This is an interesting regal woody scent but not worth its steep asking price. If you can’t afford the worlds priciest car, you can smell like the driver of one at a fraction of the price, which is still expensive. Enjoy!

It is a beautiful scent about tobacco, herbs, iris, and leather. The leather is quite soft here. Closer to the skin the frag is more leathery, but in sillage one can smell more green tobacco with herbs. It has nothing to do with the Ballena de la Pampa. They are two different scents.
