Cash Flower

I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. On my skin, the rose is front and center — a lush, jammy Turkish delight rose with a soft, creamy undertone from that cashmere note. When I smell this on my clothes I want to bury my face it, it’s so soft and intoxicating. It feels expensive like afternoon tea at Harrods: think warm scones, thick clotted cream, and delicate rose jam. It totally an elegant and sophisticated scent that feels modern with ethereal undertone. Longevity on my skin is around 8hours and clothes at least a few days. I can’t fully judge the sillage, but it feels fairly intimate. It is on the pricier side but is an PDE —

Sprayed it and immediately thought “I have smelled this before” - Montale Roses Musk. It is nearly a one to one experience. I really like this scent profile, I actually own a bottle of Montale Roses Musk, but it remains nearly untouched. It’s just not something I find good occasions for wearing, so I practically never reach for it. Either way - if I didn’t already have the Montale, this one would for sure be a good buy.

This is stunning! An intense yet smooth and musky rose, sweet and sensual. It’s a lot like Atomic Rose by Initio, but like its younger sister. Definitely something to be remembered for... Perfect for date nights. An instant love for me, will definitely get a full bottle.

This reminds me on Tresor Midnight Rose from Lancôme, but I like this one more, it’s much better formulated. The sweet jammy rose, with some fruitiness. For someone like me who doesn’t like heavy rose perfumes, this one is a blessing. Very wearable.

Beautiful musky rose scent. Starts out a little sharp and dries down to an almost chocolatey rose smell. I find it a little skanky but I like skanky.

Unforgettable. Sweet, exciting, iridescent, a smell of cheerful daring youth. Lasts the whole day.

Testing Cash Flower from a 2 ml Fugazzi official sample. I’ll be straight to the point regarding Cash Flower: why does this scent exist and costs over 200 euros when you can get basically the same scent from Montale for a third of the price if you choose to buy it from discounters??? I don’t think this 2023 release makes sense because it’s super redundant. It’s strong, it’s projecting, it’s beautiful, deep, rich, intense rose with pepper and lots of warmth from amber. Very fitting for cold weather, it’s the perfect fresh spicy rose. But Montale did this scent profile 10 years prior to Fugazzi, made it worldwide popular and now, it’s sells for so much cheaper...Don’t know who’s gonna buy Cash Flower, but it ain’t me. Most fragrance lovers have already this scent DNA in our collections from Montale or other brands. I appreciate that Fugazzi creates strong, bold fragrances (it’s my second fragrance I am testing from them) but for these prices I want originality...Nice one if you don’t have something like this or if you feel like splurging!

I get a fresh rose in the opening. Crushed rose petals overlayed with syrupy sweetness. To me the rose note remains fresh, wet, and green at the top, as the amber and sandalwood develop in the base. This effect expands the profile of the fragrance, making space for the pepper and sweetness to develop in the heart, blooming into fullness and warmth across the sandalwood base. I get the jammy rose later also. This fragrance is well blended. The notes are cohesive and nicely balanced. This definitely nods to the Montale DNA — there’s a suggestion of oud but there is no oud. If you appreciate Intense Cafe this is worth a test. Cash Flower is not a demure rose, it’s robust, full, warm and playful. I put it in the same category as Delina and Hibiscus Mahajad — big, dense, sweet, rich. Leans feminine, gives attitude. I’m enjoying this and based on the Australian market, I think it’s well priced for extract de parfum concentration. I get 6-7 hours from this, longer on hair and clothes.

Cash Flower has the same rich, heady, syrupy, lush rose as some of the big rose fragrances, such as Rose d’Arabie, except it’s been somehow lightened in tone. It’s a blockbuster rose but it’s still light in feel. The only way I can explain that is that there’s nothing like patchouli or oud in it. Cashmeran or maybe cashmeran and ambroxan (or something like it) take on their role in Cash Flower and though I sometimes have issues with these types of aroma chemicals, here I don’t. It works. And it adds sillage and longevity to this buxom rose without adding weight. So you have a lush, opulent, sweet rose that maintains a diva sillage and longevity but still feels sheer. It’s amazing. Regarding comparisons to Roses Musk, I see where people are coming from but I don’t fully agree. This rose is so much more full and jammy and present than the Roses Musk rose, at least the original version. Roses Musk is the diet version and Cash Flower is the real deal. It’s good stuff.

What an interesting rose! There is a planty chocolatey note on my skin, which is unexpected and much welcomed! It's kind of like cocoa butter. This frag reminds me a little bit of TF Rose Di Amalfi. Kind of Turkish delight but a bit restrained. It doesn't go all the way there into sugar town, and the pepper or the wood keeps it in check. There is also a creamy vanilla aspect that makes it like a rose custard and kind of gourmand. It's not perfect, unfortunately. There is something in here (maybe the musk) that is making almost a petrichor note at times. But overall I do like it. Not as light as the roses from Le Labo, Aerin, or Diptyque. Not as heavy as TF Cafe Rose or as polished/elegant as Portrait of a Lady. Not as fruity as Delina or Proem by U beauty. Atomic Rose by Initio is soapier, and more fruity smelling.

Base: cashmere, sandalwood, amber First of all, Cash Flower does not have any similarities with Un Fille en Berlin SL, Mancera roses vanille or any other "reminds me of" in the section above. It is very unique and I have not smelled anything like this before. I'm surprised that patchouli is not among the listed notes, because it definitely projects this moldy basement feeling (think about Coromandel?). Further, it is full of cashmeran - if you know this note from Fugazzi Angel's dust - you will recognize it here as well. On top of it, it's floral/fruity, kind of raspberry scent - the color of the juice is a true representation of the feeling this scent transcends.

i like this, nothing id wear outside but inside in the night time it feels more suitable. smells like some kind of fruity alcohol but the good parts of it to me. idk if thats a solid comparison but its a very solid fragrance. will i buy the bottle maybe but for now i dont know. i also dont know where the cat pee comparison is coming from it seems to sit with the fruity alcohol type scent thru the whole day, i think it might be my skin that its blending well with but im not sure ill give it a couple more tests to see if i get that comparison.

Aside from a strange, screechy opening, this fragrance develops beautifully. It's a nice musky expression of a young, almost fruity rose. The cashmere gives it a soft, fluffy, embracing quality, while the pink pepper and sandalwood keep it from being too airy by providing some depth and nuance. I just wish it weren't a hint of a skin scent on me. I would give it a 10 out if 10 if they can turn out an extrait version.

My husband loves Roses Musk by Montale on me, and when he smelled cash flower, he literally thought its Roses Musk. It is very beautiful, very feminine and delicate, however u definitely don't need to own both, they really are quite similar. Cash flower is just 10 percent deeper, its as if it has a tad bit of patchouli in there, 5 percent basement

Lollipop type of rose with interesting heavy ambery undertones and some naughty intoxicating spices. It’s not unique, but it definitely well-blended. For me it’s like a combination of several most popular niche perfumes from the past 10 years: Delina, Oud Silk Mood and maybe even Ganymede. Nice!! Follow me on IG: scent.guide

I love this scent, the mix of rose, cashmere, pepper and sandalwood is just intoxicating! I even get a hint of honey when i wear it. I have a feeling that i will be using my whole sample!

Opening reminded me of Gentle Fluidity Gold (MFK) but it quickly dried down to be more similar to Atomic Rose (Initio). Pleasant but there are a lot of similar fragrances out there.

Literally smells like cash and rose, in the best way. Nice smell with a good projection and longevity. It's a bit strong, definitely not an everyday perfume for me.

I like it a lot, but i have roses vanille and i find this too similar to have both

I had the tester in yesterday. Was very font of the promotion and I recently got Goudh in from Fugazzi. So I decided to give it some sprays on paper and on my skin. Directly in the opening(on paper) I got loads of rose/rose petals which reminded me a bit to the rose mid notes in Montale Intense Cafe. Sprinted to the bedroom to get that bottle from the closet to compare. Though Intense Café is a lot creamier when it does change to the rose note to my nose the rose note is quite the same. Also tried to compare Shagaf Oud from which I do know why people are smelling similarities while they are quite different. It is also a lot creamier due to the vanilla and praline. And off course Shagaf isn't as high quality as Fugazzi's Cash Flower, it is way stronger, as is Intense Café. Once on my skin I got the same rose but something strange is happening. I get a sort of chemical smell from it after a few minutes on my skin. I don't get it on paper, so I think that this fragrance and my skin aren't a good match. Due to the somewhat chemical smell, I can't really pick up other notes than the rose. So I also own Goudh and Orange Crush from Fugazzi. And Goudh has Bulgarian Rose in the mid notes and I am very font of that fragrance. I had high expectations of this one, but I think it is just okay from the part that I could smell. It is unisex but feminine leaning. The sillage is not great, not terrible. Between intimate and arms length. I think the fragrance is mainly for autumn and during daytime or colder summer evening. All in all.. It didn't meet my expectations... Fragrance notes. Top: rose petals, rose. Heart: musk, pepper. Base: cashmere, sandalwood, amber

Something about Cash Flower reminds me of my grandfather. It’s warm and rosy once the opening settles, and I remember sitting in his presence, playing Pokémon Gold on my GameBoy Advance SP, entering the Radio Tower for the first time. That’s the vibe: grandfatherly, beautifully delicate. You feel it, you don’t overpower it. My only gripe is the opening phase. It hits like that cough syrup I had as a kid, maybe it was Adol. Sharp, almost medicinal sweet, not quite inviting. But once it passes that edge, it mellows into a velvet rose heart with smooth sandalwood and amber at the base, something I genuinely enjoy. I don’t know why all Fugazzi perfumes open in a weird, not-quite-likable way, but once they hit the middle they become so much better. And this perfume has nothing to do with cash. If you want a scent that actually feels like cash, or freshly minted silver coins for that matter, go for Fendi Eaux d’Artifice from their latest private line. On balance I’d give this a 3.2 out of 5.

The rose is to overwhelming, makes me nauseous...

I was really excited to try this, as I like nearly every other Fugazzi perfume out of their original discovery set. However, Cash Flower is a No for me, personally. When I try it on my skin, the rose note is there, but it is enveloped by an aspartame-y sweetness that makes me queasy. As it wears on, it becomes really sharp/spikey (maybe the pepper note?) and the fragrance develops quite an unpleasant, sweaty b.o. kind of scent. Trying it on a blotter, the pepper note is not as forward as on skin and does not become jarring. The fragrance rather conjures a picture of a very sweet rose jam that is faintly powdery around the edges. If you enjoy very sweet, jammy rose perfumes, this might be for you. Sadly, it is too sweet for me and goes quite funky on my skin. The comparison with Delina doesn't hold up for me, either. Cash flower is quite its own thing. Edit: After trying molecule 05 (Cashmeran) I'm pretty sure that's the unpleasant note in this perfume - the exact same peppery, sharp smell.

I really enjoy rose. On my fragrance journey I've found that a lot of rose perfumes are really powdery and feel too grandma on my skin. Cash Flower is a really pleasant rose. The base notes are really creamy. On my skin, similar to another review, it became very gourmand-esque. That creaminess became extremely sweet on my skin and was so strong, I got a pounding headache. I'm finding that I love a lot of the fragrances from Fugazzi until I get to the dry down. The base notes are oftentimes way too sweet for me. If you love rose and gourmands, this is your scent.

This is simply Angel Dust extrait with rose bunged in. I love Fugazzi but this one is pointless/redundant.

Not a fan at all. Very synthetic on my skin, not pleasant at all, an instant scrub. I love all the notes, but this is definitely not giving Delina. In the dry down it is similar to Atomic Rose. But AR is more pleasant. I have both (AR and D) and I truly enjoy them. This is a testament that each person smells perfume a little bit differently, and we need to test it on the skin to know if we will like it.

Very pungent in the opening, musky, artificial rose... there are a million 10$ perfumes that smell like this. But worst off all, it smells like pee on the dry down. Really awful. A scrubber on me. Maybe its skin chemistry :/

This smell like a boozy rose scent with a bit of spice. To me it gave me a headache and a bit of nausea. Super duper rose scent.. not for me! Long lasting though... couldn’t scrub it off 😩

Here’s what I know about me, I hate all Montale so that comparison I am not getting here. CashFlower feels familiar but I’m trying to decipher if it’s another rose fragrance I have or if it’s more Angel Dust Extrait. I’m leaning more to the Angel Dust extrait with rose. So I purchased it! Why. For me the rose in here is in alignment with the rose I smell in Delina Exclusif but we all know that is NOT office friendly. Lol. CashFlower acts like Angel dust extrait with the heavy pepper, cashmeran and ambery dry down. I love it. I’m also glad they didn’t add a patchouli note as sometimes I can’t tell but other times it’s too pungent. Ah that’s what I’m getting, it’s reminding me of Hibiscus Mahajad too!!!!!! So yeah it’s that Jammy Rose and maybe just maybe that cashmeran amber pepper combo is giving me akigalawood vibes. This is just more transparent those that the QB creations I just named. I don’t find it redundant to have this.

Cash Flower is a rose fragrance with a strong peppery top note that settles down as a rather sugary rose with a musky base note. Aside from the opening, in which the pepper is quite powerful and doesn't totally convince me, I find it a rather linear fragrance and it is clean and pleasant, without being original. It does indeed remind me of aromas such as Roses Vanille, Roses Musk, Intense Café... and it is not an olfactory profile that does not already appear in my collection, so I would not incorporate it into it, even less with its price range. Anyway, I like it and I think it can be a pleasant feminine fragrance to wear on a daily basis in seasons with average temperatures such as spring and autumn. It lasts 6-7 hours on my skin and has a moderate-soft sillage. Scent 6/10 Longevity 6.5/10 Sillage 6.5/10 Quality/Price 3.5/10 Versatility 7/10 Packaging 7/10 Would I buy it again? I didn't buy it

This is Byredo Alto Astral with an amped-up rose opening. The dry down is near identical - they must use the same sandalwood ingredient. That aside, Cash Flower is a juicy, candied floral that wears to become a woody musk laced with pure cane sugar. I'm missing the pepper note which, if detectable, might have pleasantly offset the sugary impact. The juice is a hot pink - very fitting for the imagery this provides. A little juvenile and, for the price, the freshness of Alto comparatively works better for me.

Testing 1,2,3. Today, I'm wearing an official sample from Twisted Lily. Cash Flower smells like a combination of every rose fragrance I've already got in my collection. It has the femininity of Delina, the depth of Intense Cafe with the amber note, the pepperiness of Atomic Rose, the musk and sillage of Roses Musk, and the sweetness of Roses Vanille. I'm not mad at all, but now I'm more interested in layering all those mentioned to see what happens.

Fizzy pepper and an immense bouquet of expensive extra long stem roses enveloped with origami rose petals made from pristine Benjamin Franklin notes. Unisex, crepuscular and surreal. I resampled this because I tried Fetiche La Rose from Christian Louboutin and it reminded me so much of this... Cash Flower is fizzier and FLR has cherry; both are fantastic! Maybe this scent profile has been done before but this was done better.

Cash Flower is the MOST REALISTIC FLOWER fragrance I had ever smell. It opens so beautifully that if you close your eyes it feel like walking through a rose flower field early in the morning after a mist of a rain. Then takes you trough a journey at the middle and base notes of refinement and sophistication. IT'S A FLORAL MASTERPIECE

I like the sweet rose opening a lot and I enjoy the scent on paper. However, on skin it has more of that Expensive Niche Perfume musk basenote that I really dislike (See MP Vanilla Powder). So annoying because, as I said, I really do like that sweet, almost creamy candied rose smell. The rest, I cannot get behind. Begone!

This is a rose scent that goes right down the middle of rose scents. It's not vintage, oud-y, woody, aquatic, overpowering, or strident. It's simply a pleasant modern rose. If you are indecisive and you can't decide which direction to go with rose scents, this will hold you down. 7/10

Fresh pink rose, no stem or greenness. I find that it’s quite linear and has no real depth. I do get the pepper but not much of the woods even during the dry down. I’m a huge fan of roses and I’d suggest this to someone who would like to dip their toes into rose forward scents.

Uhm, this is straight up Delina..? Might have to wear them side by side just to check if I’m not crazy 🤪 Edit: yes, virtually the same but Delina has more depth to it. Also Delina’s projection and longevity are a lot better. But Cash Flower is cheaper so a good dupe imho.

Cash Flower is the name that the English give to roses, a name that aims to highlight the preciousness of this flower. Here we celebrate La Rosa, which is velvety, sweet and in the final part takes on opulent nuances. For those who love a warm, sweet and sensual rose.

This reminds me a lot of intense cafe especially in the opening. Immediate as I sprayed it I knew it reminded me of something. Dry down it differentiates a bit more andI get more pepper and it goes kinda powdery but still super similar. It is very strong

I can say that it's quite long-lasting after wearing it all day. And from the very first moment, I kept thinking, "This is MFK Oud Satin Mood, and maybe Zara Perpetual Oud." It's quite easy to wear and a long-lasting alternative that can be purchased.

This is so far one of the best from all the flankers very juicy smell. Perfect for summer when you want to have fun with your friends in the evening this is what this perfume is made for. Floral spicy and very easy going smell

A super intense rose, enriched even more by the pepper. If you’re a rose lover, this feels like a mysterious and heavy May night.

Loved it for the first 5 minutes. Then it turned into pungent, dare I say cat pee? Hard no from me.

Cash flower = Angel dust with the most beautiful soft pillowy rose scent. 💓
