NoCologne

I blind bought this. I didn't know anything about this fragrance or the company but I've seen some great reviews so I had to try it. It has a beautiful realistic blood orange opening, one of the best fresh openings I've smelled and the drydown is grapefruit with a musky/mossy base. There is a faint weed smell in the background but it's not harsh at all. It's sweet and soft and you can only smell it if you put your nose close to the skin; it's not detectable in the air. I hate the smell of weed, so if it was realistic, the frag would be in the bin. It's one of the best citrus fragrances I've smelled and it seems like it has good longevity as well compared to most freshies. 9/10

While in Lisbon I wandered into Embassy Niche Perfumery. The young lady asked me what kind of scent did I like, I said I wanted something citrusy. She said well I have something for you! The first smell was love at first smell. I ended up buying God of Fire while there but immediately bought a bottle of NoCologne when I got home. I live in a desert area so it's mostly warm/hot all year round and this performs so well in the heat! Thanks for the recommendation Embassy Niche Perfumery!

Fugazzi never disappoints, this extrait is potent and is a much higher oil concentration thank their other line. This still will not come off even after I shower and that’s insane for a summer freshie. Like others mention you have to love that grapefruit dna. This smells like California clementine from atelier, tygar and louisvuitton afternoon swim had a baby. I smelled it in ST Martin and couldn’t get it off my mind and had to order a bottle as soon as I got back into the states

It has been a surprise for me... It smells like a fresh "Fanta" more than an Orange juice, It Is bitter, sparkling, It made me Happy when I tried! It Is bright, powerful, It doesn't evolve in particular way but It stays for hours, It goes from mandarin orange to a sort of White flowers... I didn't get any earthy smell like vetiver or oakmoss... I don't know if I will buy a bottle of this, due to the price tag, but imho It is well done and makes you Shine 😊

Love at first spray .. citrus dominant but I can pick up the amber and vetiver with a hint of ginger, great longevity in the heat. Buy from their website as prices are better and shipping is fast. You also get a few bonuses which made the deal even better. I will be looking at others from this house in the near future. Bought this at the Website for $135.00 shipped for a 50ML while ZGO lists it for $180.00!!!!!

beautiful fragrance, you can definitely smell the cannabis in this (well I can) this stuff is STRONG and thats from spraying from the sample, got a full bottle waiting once the sample is finished

Love this! It gives me ‘fresh from the shower’ but definitely has some musk/vetiver in it. It’s a perfect combo with Molecule 01. Not for everyone, you have to love grapefruit.

I don't get the weed note at all. Love the strong, sweet realistic grapefruit and the sillage and longevity is great. My gf fucking hates it though

Smells fresh but also sophisticated. Like a woody peppery orange. Lasts on my skin all day, even the orange notes. A new favorite for the summer.

For one second I smelled a cannabis like note (which I hate in perfume) however it was not off putting and did not last on my skin.

For some reason, Fragrantica forgot to mention cannabis in the top notes, but it's quite apparent here :) The fragrance starts off brightly and playfully with juicy grapefruit, complemented by aromatic undertone from cannabis. At first, it seems like a simple citrus candy perfume, but as the middle and base notes emerge, the scent becomes more complex with added aromatic and spicy facets. Despite this complexity, the overall vibe of the perfume remains carefree. No issues with longevity—just two sprays and it lasts for at least 6 hours. When to wear it? That's a tricky question. The fragrance was released in winter and advertised as "a dose of summer mood with a performance of a winter fragrance." However, I personally don't reach for citrus scents in winter, and in summer, this candy-like sweetness might be overwhelming. Should you buy it? Only if you're a true grapefruit fan who loves rich citrus fragrances year-round and in any situation.

Some say that the best perfumes are the ones that shock, and if that’s the case, then this one’s a winner. The easiest way to explain this... thing is that it kinda has that sharp, alien grapefruit gut punch that lasts for hours upon hours that you would find in some Orto Parisi creations, particularly Risvelium, but here it’s combined with some ginger, and good, unsmoked cannabis. Don’t let them tell you that this doesn’t smell like weed, I know damn well what weed smells like. This smells like weed, and it’s the best damn weed note I’ve ever smelled in a perfume. Whether you like it or not is up to you, but you can’t deny that this is avant garde. This is something that every serious fragrance aficionado should get their nose on. Personally, I find it quite attractive, especially in the drydown, but I’m not sure I would want to actually wear it.

Bright, juicy red orange. Strong, rich and citrus. A rare combination indeed. It is truly unique yet very versatile - any gender, season. Superb performance! It totally reminds me of La Baie des Anges by Herve Gambs, which is a rhubarb citrus vanilla scent, they are like siblings, and NoCologne is the braver, even more evil of the two. Update after a full wear. I'm glad that I did not buy a full bottle. It is a bit too dense for me, although performance and quality are good, I think ambrette and the richness of it might be overwhelming me, to the point where it is not fully pleasant, giving almost a stale synthetic feel (don't take it too literally, it is hard to describe the actual impression) . For me it lacked some freshness, some juiciness, so probably need to try it again in different weather, when it is warmer.

Thank God I didn't listen to any of these reviews saying NoCologne smells like nacho cheese, rotten candy and piss. My initial reaction to this was that it smelt like LV Symphony but with an added grassy note. I came to learn that that note is cannabis. It's perfectly balanced and not overpowering so don't let it deter you. I mainly smell candied grapefruit and ginger in this. The concentration is strong and goes on a bit oilier than most scents but I like that. It lasts the entire damn day and may actually be NSFW, so keep that in mind before you overspray.

Pompelmo, tanto pompelmo e arancia amara soprattutto. Questo è quello che sento. Buonissimo profumo, molto persistente, piacevole, avvolgente. Durata ottima, più di 7 o 8 ore tranquillamente. I liked this way more than I expected. It’s a classy, fresh, citrus scent, perfect for warm weather. It starts with a blast of grapefruit. Over time that softens and some grassy herbal notes come through - for me, mostly ginger and vetiver, and a little clary sage. They’re blended well and play a good supporting act to the grapefruit, which definitely plays the starring role. A nice pick for summer, very office friendly, and definitely unisex.

I wasn’t sure when I first smelt it, but it dried down nicely after an hour. I don’t smell “weed” on my skin, it smells zesty and citrus-fruity. I find it long lasting (6 hours) with decent silage. I sprayed once on both sides of my neck, 3 hours ago and get whiffs of it. I’m really enjoying it. I’m seeing a lot of people not liking it, so probably not a safe blind buy. Pricing was good $449NZD for 100ml, I’m happy with it.

If you, like me, usually want to experiment with fragrances in the summer, wear something bold and not at all sophisticated — this might be the one. It's a slap in the face with a sage-covered grapefruit. Nothing really fresh about it, but in a good ambery-woody kind of way. Long-lasting and intense.

I sprayed this in my wrist, took a shower a couple of hours of intense activity, and it was still there! This is a grapefruit dominant scent with an aromatic base. It’s super strong! That’s all I can say. Perfect for Hot summer days!

To me, this is like a quieter and more unisex Bad Boy Le Parfum. There's reviewers that have already pointed out the weed smell in this. Bad Boy is cheaper and lasts at least 2 days on clothes.

Much brighter with more character. Vibrant citrus, subtle white florals, and a tamed woody base. One I could actually see myself enjoying as opposed to the others I have reviewed and sampled.

Grapefruit, citrus, zesty. Very niche like. I feel like you either love it or hate it. Dry down is more pleasant and fruity. Fits to both men and women and more in the spring/ summer.

A carefully coordinated chaos of various citruses, and it works very well. One of the strongest Fugazzi scents, and well worth the money if you like a strong fresh grapefruit.

This fragrance is captivating! A must have for my collection.

Starts with a fizzy blend of grapefruit, zingy bergamot and a crisp ginger. It’s uplifting and very summery. It has a sort of heaperidic quality. Soon the sage, Ambrette and Amber join. It feels like a clash of two perfumes. One is happy and bright and the other is a bit dirty, somber and dry. They create a melange of ‘something’, like spraying a lemon linen spray over dirty bedsheets. I don’t know, not my cup of tea.

Wasn’t my best purchase. The opening didn’t work for me, and most people around me didn’t seem to enjoy it either. However, I have to admit that once it settles into the mid and heart notes, it becomes much more interesting and enjoyable. I still find myself appreciating it from time to time, even if the opening keeps me from fully loving it.

It’s very zingy but I also detect a minty-pimento note. It’s very bright and keeps developing that way, one note gives a push forward to the other. The lemon to the grapefruit, ginger and orange. Then it gets ambery and even slightly gourmand (just barely). It’s a hard to describe perfume, not sure how to categorize it. Not my favorite.

I get something radically different than what others are describing. From my carded sample I get an almondy tuberose powdery scent. There’s some citrus in the opening maybe but it quickly dries down to an indolic powdery scent, maybe from the ambrette and mimosa. Very feminine and kinda heavy.

A gothic grapefruit. Simultaneously citrusy-bright & somber(though just short of dark). A bit of ginger enters the evolution, along w/ a puff of cannabis. I think I like it, need to keep trying...

Grapefruit bomb. There's some bergamot and fresh linens in the dry down, but pretty linear. If you're looking for grapefruit, this is for you.

Translation: they tossed in some smothering mystery greens, blew up some citrus, and tried to pass it off as a fresh summer hit, banking on no one to call them out. But here I am, calling it. Let’s cut the crap: this isn’t the light summer splash the name suggests. It’s thick, loud, and very much present, like that one drunk friend at a party who won’t stop shouting about his SoundCloud rap career. 🙄 I’ll give credit where it’s due: the opening's pure fire. It kicks off with a dense blast of grapefruit, bergamot, and mandarin, not that watered-down mist you’ve smelled a hundred times before. It’s bright and biting, a tad sweet, with pink pepper and ginger throwing a spicy punch. For about twenty glorious minutes, I thought: maybe this is it, my summer signature, my sexy chaos, my headliner citrus. Nothing short of wow. 🔥 Then mimosa shows up, and the mood dies. Mimosa always plays me dirty. Some people get soft honeyed powder, but on me, it’s always either dust, wax, or hotel soap. Not classy French-milled soap. Not even cheap soap. Just mid-soap. Awkward, yucky soap nobody loves. And that orange blossom? Not juicy fruit, but the same tired, creamy, copy-paste sexy floral we’ve all smelled to death. Throw in clary sage and ambrette, and suddenly I’m drowning in warm laundry musk. Some people love that “freshly laundered clothes” smell. But not me. I don’t pay niche prices to smell like a dryer sheet. Ambrette is supposed to ground it, make it warm, boozy, skin-like. Instead it smooths everything into detergent, throwing me off even more. The composition does smell somewhat expensive at first, with a balanced sweet-to-sour ratio. But the pyramid is bloated with too many notes fighting for dominance until it all spirals downward. A true Greek tragedy in three acts: from “wow” to “what” to “why” in record time. The Great Weed Conspiracy: 👽 Quick PSA for the pseudo-stoners: no, there’s no cannabis here. Stop with the conspiracy theories. 😂 It’s not in the official note pyramid, not on Fugazzi’s site, not in press releases, not in distributor copy. If Fugazzi actually used cannabis, they’d slap a neon pot leaf on the bottle, drop branded rolling papers, and double the price. “Dutch herbs” is nutmeg at best. And if you’ve ever watched Idle Hands (1999), you already know: smoking nutmeg doesn’t get you high, it just makes you puke in your mom’s ficus. If you smell weed here, you’ve never lit anything worth inhaling. Case closed. In real heat (30°C/86°F), I thought I’d pass out. Not fresh, not breezy, just a citrus-soap chokehold. Oppressive, suffocating, like the fragrance itself was actively trying to murder me. In cooler in-between seasons, spring or early fall, it struts better, flexing that citrus-herbal punch without strangling you. In winter? Forget it. It’ll fall flat, stripped of much dimension. So unless you live in perpetual April, best of luck to you. ⚠️ Consider yourself warned: this is NOT a safe blind buy. My friends proved just how divisive it is: guys dug it, women hated it. One of my girlfriends actually scrubbed it off in disgust and gave me the kind of side-eye that ends friendships. 💀 Like I’d legit betrayed her. Which, fair lol. Performance is feral, no complaints there. Easily six to eight hours, and it announces itself before you even enter the room. If you want presence, you’ve got it. And the bottle delivers everything I love: sleek red and black, minimal, sharp. I’d almost buy it just to stare at it on the shelf. Bottle's sexy. Juice isn’t. A catfish of a fragrance. Verdict: it starts with the pretense of “class” and “bravoure,” but quickly crashes into plain soap. Niche-smelling, allegedly. Expensive, absolutely. It’s intense, polarizing, performs like a savage, but not worth suffering through the mimosa, orange blossom, and soapy mess in the middle and drydown. Not my poison, and I’m leaving it at that. So far, Fugazzi’s batting average with me is 2/5, same as this frag.

Very summery. The citruses up top are VERY sweet and it smells like a fruity soda, and they don't get tame in the mid/drydown. They stick around for a while. Close to cloying, so go easy on the sprays because you don't need much. This feels long lasting (longevity) and strong (sillage) on first test. You get a little of all 4 citruses in the Fragrantica breakdown, but I'm sure individual noses will pick up some more than others. Unisex, but not a safe blind buy. This is very sweet and has to be your kind of thing. It doesn't smell like them, but it is in the same style of scent as Erba Pura and Kirke. Thick, sweet, fruit cocktail - not a "freshie".

This is an extreme 'no' for both my daughter and I, I suspect it is the mimosa and oakmoss combination, but it is acridly harsh and bitter on us - a proper 'Not nice! Scrub it off!!!' It strikes me that this one is, in scent terms, like coriander is in food.. with coriander, some people taste washing up liquid, others do not. It is a pretty cut and dried love or hate thing. Looking at the fact this has a rating of higher than 4, but many of the reviewers get what we do, I really just think this scent is one of those - it will either really work for you, or it totally will not. Do NOT blind buy this one!

something funky or vegetal in this really bothers me. Smells like a mix of vetiver and cannabis, which really does no go well with the grapefruit, as that is pretty bitter. Not zingy or fresh, just kind of sweaty dirty grapefruit, that is really long lasting and well projecting i will give them that. Would have loved it the grapefruit was contrasted with something sweeter or cleaner. Because a longlasting citrus fragrance (which is almost an oxymoron) is something i am still searching for.

Grapefruit and ginger that just turn too thick and umami on my skin. I’m learning that spicy aromatic musky scents just come off savory and food-like to me, without anything sweet to balance them out they just come off meaty. That combination could be good when it’s a supporting factor in a fragrance but when they’re the front and center of the entire profile it just doesn’t work. It just keeps going from vegetal to meaty I can’t...

pretty original citrus, mainly grapefruit mixed in with ginger, and it's a pretty realistic ginger, really unique, sweet but still fresh and spicy, over time I start getting this weed bud smell from it, like one of those sour strains overall not a fan, it's ok, but I would not wear this and I had to eventually scrub it off

I have tried 10 Fugazzi fragrances and I didn't care for any of them. Some are better than others. NoCologne smells like weed and citrus mixed together. Not a fan of this at all.

Looking at the notes i would’ve guessed i liked it, but i don’t. I guess its the clash of the ambers and smokyness of oakmoss and vetiver .. Idk something is unpleasant

Tenía altas expectativas sobre este pero fue una total decepción, creo que fugazzi esta recibiendo demasiada atención por un hype creado por gente sin criterio. La marca no es recíproca con la gente en relación a los precios que cobra por sus productos. Compré Passionfroudh y cuando abrí el perfume venia chorreado perdiendo casi 30% del líquido, no está bien sellado. Error de calidad. Ya venía en camino Nocologne así que esperaba lo peor cuando lo abriera y por fortuna este si venía bien sellado, fue un alivio que me duró poco porque al momento de sprayarlo obtuve una decepción de nuevo, lo primero que me llego a la mente fue, ésto ya lo he olido antes y claro, en mi trabajo recibo recipientes que contienen el zumo de algunos refrescos y para ser exacto huele a zumo del refresco de mirinda con un toque de mariguana, es simplemente eso, no se detecta otra cosa. Realmente pague 250 dolares por oler a refresco y mariguana? Que locura

NoCologne by Fugazzi. Well, how I wish that to be true. This is by no means a freshie, if that's what you're looking for. The actual scent to me, is very potent and almost overwhelmingly thick/heavy, that it almost chocked me out. The initial blast of grapefruit aligned with a heavy Bergamot-Muscy attack, like the one you'll get in Orto Parisi, Bergamask, is all a bit too much. Does it develop from there into something, shall we say "more pleasant"? The answer is no. Linear as linear as linear can get. Then again, different 🐎 horses for different courses, I suppose, since its been very well received by the Fragrantica community and I fully 🙏 respect that.

This fragrance starts out as a slightly rotten lemon candy. And then someone comes along, doused in AXE bodyspray, and starts pissing. There's so much piss in this scent. The stark scent soaks through. Eventually, it clearly becomes too much for our dear pisser, and they have not choice but to vomit. The harsh bitterness mixes down. What a mess we have made

idk what went wrong here but this is literally the worst grapefruit fragrance I’ve ever smelled. I had high hopes looking at the beautiful combination of notes here, but in reality all I can smell (both on paper and on skin) is this rubbery bitter grapefruit that reminds me of some kind of cold carbonated drink. Just awful, had to wash it off immediately.

Shockingly unpleasant to my nose. I have never described a perfume as headache-inducing or urine-like, but this is both. Sharp, screechy grapefruit that smells like a migraine and an underlying miasma of piss and rotting fruit. I regret spraying this sample in my room.

I only smelled the test strip, so could be that it develops better, but the initial notes smell to me exactly like body odor. I had to smell it a few times because I couldn’t believe my nose, but it was horrible.

Smells like a plastic-y Lisa Frank planner I used to have. ALSO smells just like boy smells flor de la virgen. Maybe it's the grapefruit with the clary sage- it just smells waxy and artificial.

Initially I thought I might like this, but very quickly it smelled like if grapefruit had terrible body odour. I couldn't wash it off, so it lasts very well.
