Mahana

Although this is marketed as a masculine fragrance, I find it leans more feminine. This is my go-to spring/summer scent and it smells ridiculously refreshing. I find that it projects well as I typically get compliments on Mahana when I wear it; since it's a solid formula I use my fingertips to run it through my ponytail, which creates a great sillage. The machined cases that Fulton & Roark use are cool, convenient little gadgets as well, that's what initially drew me into the brand.

I really like this a lot. The opening is fresh, citrusy and powdery. The pomelo is sweet and relaxing. I would absolutely consider this unisex. I didn't notice any real morphs from the opening, so you get the breezy sweetness for about forty-five minutes to an hour, and then it slowly fades to a skin scent. I can't think of anything it's truly similar to because even the scents this reminds me of, like Commodity's Bergamot, are heavier and more complex. I feel this is too pricey considering the short performance, but that's my only reservation. If you like uplifting orange-y, powdery fragrances, you will probably love this.

If youre looking for a spray version of this check out Duabrand Fragrances, gone swimming! The performance is amazing and it smells identical to this. The solid cologne is a little more aromatic, but the performance I found was horrible. Now if you have this one already..... combine it with that and it is amazing! Gone swimming is a clone of Louis Vuitton's Afternoon Swim, but that is a lot of money.

spring summer boring and yet indulgent and almost fresh. if you want to play it safe, go here. some qualities of powder scent as well, just not the best value either.
