Pura

Compared to how underwhelming Armoniosa came across, Furla Pura is instant love! It’s still a light, ethereal, soft, cocooning, warm white floral but Pura has beautiful, slightly contrasting facets. The blend of white and yellow florals: jasmine, mimosa, freesia, gardenia with bright bergamot and driftwood, amberwood and that synthetic molecule gives it an addicting quality. It’s a sweet, woody white floral with honey nuances and a pinch of ginger. Performance wise, it’s nothing to write home about but it smells amazing. I would go as far as to say that Furla Pura could be an excellent wedding day perfume. And the bottle gives me the same vibe, it’s a milky white with a glossy finish! And yes, I do want a bottle of Furla Pura for my spring/summer collection. Smelling this I was reminded instantly of one of my favourite affordable gems, Signature from Montblanc. It’s as good as that one in my opinion!

Nice clean scent with a bit of sweet creaminess. It reminds me a bit of Pur Blanca by Avon - maybe the bergamot and freesia? At first I find it a bit sharp, like squeaky clean laundry, a bit piercing to my nose. But it settles quickly to a fresh floral scent with ginger and a creamy, sweet vanilla base (although it has no vanilla note). Sillage and longevity isn't that great, Pura sits very close to the skin and lasts only 3-4 hours. Very intimate on clothes too but the sweet base stays longer. I bought it on sale and will use it during spring and summer. Nice, but nothing too special.

I was gifted this in the summer heat and I like it a lot! It smells lemony and creamy ! The mimosa stands out to me! The drydown is vanillic and it smells like lemon cake! So it's one of those trendy lemon cake scents without being too sweet, more soapy. :)

Mostly white flowers, a little creamy, softish, clean vibe. A bit boring because it smells common, but also safe. Has a positive good mood around it, which is probably mimosa plus ginger, but it doesn't resemble typical mimosa fragrances.

It resembles Furla Unica very much.The difference is Unica is too salty,Pura is powdery +salt.But they are in the same line,very much alike

I suspect Unica was not the success the brand has expected, so I see Pura as an attempt to find the middle ground between Unica and the rest of the fragrances from this house. Other than that, I don't see much similarity between the two fragrances - some state Pura is the same as Unica, but without the salt. I disagree, because Pura is a very musky and harshly chemical, synthetic fragrance, closely resembling a fabric softener – and far away from the smoothness and complexity of Unica, which also gives a very different notion of freshness (despite ginger and bergamot listed here as top notes). Pura follows the current trend of clean-laundry type of Oriental musks. And despite the suggestive name, it was not what I had anticipated from an Italian house, especially considering their previous releases. Longevity is very good, but personally I find it literally nauseating, so I decided not to wear it. As a side note: Pura is an example of an “in-house duping“, because roughly the same fragrance was released by another Mane's perfumer a year earlier for Velvetvelo, Rue des Mimosas (I got Pura first and came across Velvetvelo later on).
