Wicked Good

Opens like a split open Godiva milk chocolate morsel with vanilla cream(tonka) oozing from it's sides but the vanilla spice makes the chocolate seem a little dryer at times. This scent has a Gothic vibe to me. The vanilla and tonka bean take over with the chocolate fading(3-4 hours) but the tonka bean never takes the lead. It becomes a skin scent in 6-8 hours(not bad) but lasts longer on clothing but will stain so use dark colors. This is the real deal when it comes to vanilla and will be an eye opening experience for most people. Coco Blanc from the house of Matriarch(which I own and love) is the only all natural vanilla that I have smelled to come close but unfortunately it becomes a skin scent in two hours. Nishane Ani is a yummy alluring sexy vanilla, but more of a synthetic fragrance and goes more unisex. Wicked good/Coco blanc and Ani are all different fragrances. I have not put my nose on them all but wicked good should make my vanilla journey a wrap. I do not get any coffee note at all from wicked good, and if anything I get a kinda sexy vanilla spice note which is a credit to its purity. This scent leans more feminine in my book but if your significant other sprays you down, or your looking to snag a hottie, rock on my brother or sister. The ladies are gunna Love this fragrance to death and become very erotic when they get wafts of it. It's a first place, Isle of Man TT winning chocolate/vanilla/tonka fragrance 10/10 and a Must Have for any collector.

Right of the bat i get a blast of rich, creamy chocolate, and a bit of sweetness. After a while it dries down to an almost pure vanilla scent on my skin, with an undertone of chocolate and tonka. The vanilla in this fragrance smells very natural, more line an actual vanilla pod, or a high en vanilla extract, with a tiny hint of boozyness. The juice itself is relatively dense and oily, and i can feel th oils staying on my skin for a good while after. For me it smelled and felt like i had rubbed my wrist with a fresh vanilla pod. Longevity for me is actually quit good. It is not a heavy projector, at least on my skin, but i got little wifs of it from arms lenght every now and then for at least 5 hours, before it became a skin scent. I sprayed it on at 23.00, and could still smell it on my wrist at 15.00 the day after. This is definetly only a fragrance for those who love vanilla and chocolate scents, so i would advise sampling before buying. Especially with the price tag of the fragrance. I loved it alot, considering the fact that i have been looking for a fragrance that is as close to a pure vanilla scent as possible. From me its a 9.5/10

This will be another 9/10, head over heels review from someone who loves all manner of gourmand fragrances. This is probably the perfect chocolate fragrance if you like gourmands and tonka. Perhaps the tonka/coumarin is what played as camphor-like on the previous reviewer’s skin? It is very present, so if you have a similar reaction to the note - the bottle may not be worth the cost for you. I enjoy this one much more than Chocolate Greedy, though perhaps it is not a fair comparison as CG is more hot cocoa powder. Otherwise this scent is quite literally top of mind some days just as I wake up. I want to experiment with layering Wicked Good with MMM By the Fireplace for a perfect s’mores experience, but wind up enjoying this on its own so much that I never get around to doing so. Based on reviews, I was prepared for an amazing frag with poor performance, yet somehow the tester’s elements of the chocolate lingered with stronger notes of vanilla and tonka for at least 12 hours on my skin. Splurged on a full bottle and happy to have done so. This is one that I can imagine loving as much in 30 years as I do today.

Wicked Good is a special limited release, composed of pricey Madagascar vanilla absolute, hence the small size (9ml vial only) and unusual cost ($37.50) for such a fragrance. The only other notes listed are tonka and milk chocolate, but my experience of the fragrance is dominated by the vanilla. The result is excellent, though: a dense, rich vanilla that's spicy and almost cake-like but not in the sense that it's too sweet and smells like sugar. It has the boldness of vanilla extract while being less biting and alcohol-driven, and the density of a cakey vanilla without the excessive sweetness. It fades to a less spicy, midway creamy/transparent dry down that's a bit less challenging than the opening. Its performance is no letdown, either, with bold projection for hours giving way to significant longevity, so quite superb, overall. This is an instant winner for the gourmand- and vanilla-lover in me, a nice treat to have, so I regard it a highly-recommended try for fans of vanilla, especially, that aspire to have something special in their collection. 8 out of 10

The opening smells like a dark hot chocolate! It’s delicious although I’m not sure I want to smell like chocolate. It’s almost a mocha. It’s much better than Choco Musk which smells like a tootsie roll and not like actual chocolate. In the drydown, about an hour or two after spraying, I get no chocolate at all. It smells very close to the drydown of BDK Rouge smoking, which is a cherry/ vanilla/ tonka/ tobacco. I definitely get some kind of camphorous/ menthol note and the almond/ cherry/ marzipan that others have noted. It doesn’t smell like Guerlain Tonka Imperiale to me which was a very heavy, cloying, and smoky sort of tonka to me. This is much smoother and more restrained. I love the drydown a lot but I prefer BDK Rouge Smoking because I love it from start to finish. Over time I smell something like like cocoa butter lotion in the drydown as well, but not the strong chocolate of the opening. This is a love for me.

If you seriously love good quality chocolate centered fragrance then you MUST try this. Totally scrumptious! It's first good quality chocolate note that you detect and then top quality vanilla. Proper Belgian quality chocolate with lots of real cocoa butter and high cocoa solids content. This cannot be compared to Montale Chocolate Greedy which is pretty awful. This knocks CG out of the field. It smells very natural. Nothing artificial like you note in the Montale. Slowly the chocolate note eases off and then it's very much about delux vanilla. It's a shame it has very average longevity and sillage. It's an expensive scent for just a 30ml bottle. Then again it's a world class chocolate focused scent. One for true chocolate lovers like myself. This is what Willy Wonka would have sold if he diversified and sold fragrance.

It smells like chocolate covered rum pralines, quite sharp, almost boozy. This is definitely dark chocolate not milk chocolate. A bit like Cacao2 by Maison Tahite but stronger and longer lasting and a tiny bit more rum. Still not sure if I'd like to wear it because people might think I spilled chocolate liqueur on my coat. Edit: I love sniffing it on my wrist in cold weather, I decided to keep it.

Extremely happy to have bought a bottle of this. It opens with a blast of realistic chocolate. It's a little boozy, not too sweet, and the vanilla is divine. This is an EDT and I get decent longevity and projection (5-6 hours), and it lasts for quite a while on clothes. Immediately uplifts my mood when I smell the atomizer, lol. Definitely a must try for vanilla/chocolate lovers.

I don't get along with most gourmands. Sooner or later many of them smell like I smeared some kind of buttery pastry on my skin, worst kind of edible. Wicked Good is truly something else, a true chocolate scent, never goes into nauseating foody territory and sexy af. The treatment of chocolate is similar to how Guerlain does vanilla. Elegant, authentic, doing its own thing.

smells exactly like opening a bar of milk chocolate... it also has a very powdery feel to it - powdery as in chocolate powder. the dry down is more tonka and vanilla, and becomes very soft and cozy. this lasts long on me both on my skin and clothes, though projection becomes mild throughout the whole wear. totally adore this!

I never thought that I would love so much a perfume, this is my ever favourite perfume. And it stays for all day long on my skin and on my clothes until I wash them. It’s an amazingly beautiful wintery fragrance. I don’t think it works for summer, though. Need to wait for the summer to check it out. Love it!

I really cannot stand strong or "realistic" chocolate fragrances, but this is the loveliest, smoothest, most realistic and lactonic chocolate scent I've encountered. It doesn't irritate or try too hard. Very pleasant and worth trying if you're looking for a wearable and nuanced chocolate-inspired fragrance.

Gorgeous Chocolate Gourmand This opens very boozey like a Christmas liqueur, like Disaranno. Then I get the big vanilla note with sweet woody amber. It's very smooth and comforting. A great autumnal or winter scent that's beautifully blended, very natural smelling, I love it!

The most silky, mouthwatering, well blended melted milky chocolate with a healthy dose of vanilla. If you are on the hunt for the perfect chocolate scent, try this one and you might find your lucky best like I did. It really is wicked good!

Started out with the promising rich chocolate that reminded me of Guerlain's Gourmand Coquin, then quickly turned into Tonka Imperiale! I love both scents but wish this fragrance isn't just turning one into another...

At first I was not exactly happy about this scent given the hype. Somehow I had a vision how it would smell, but it was different from my expectations. However, I do absolutely enjoy it. It is pretty unique, but in an delicious, gourmand way. It smells like a opening a fresh box of chocolates. Or even some delicious truffles with some liqueur. There are some other notes which play beautifully to create a realistic, complex scent, but they are not listed and a I cannot figure them out on my own, as it is masterfully blended. Must sample (recommend to sample a few times, definitely more that one, as you need to see it's face properly) for any chocolate scent lover. Longevity is great, projection is pretty moderate. It will not cloy you :) BTW, I would not compare it to the Velvet Chocolate by Theodoros Kalotinis, as that one is too woody and overall, I disliked it, but Wicked Good is really good :)

Wearing for the first time today so not really a full review, but wanted to get some notes on here, mainly for myself to remember. Off the rip, I get straight blast of cacao powder, this lasts for about 30 mins then it's kind of a Tonka cocoa vibe. In the same vein as Dior Fève Delicieuse, but this one has much more cocoa. That comparison is more so to relate the Tonka bean notes, which are similar between the two in my opinion. But this is very early impressions. Hopefully I remember to come back to finish/adhust my thoughts.

Rare chocolate scent where it doesn't smell like rubber erasers or cheap waxy candles. Like most realistic foodie gourmands it is its best in its first minute or two of its opening and then loses its magic after that, but I assume it's just very tough to keep a chocolate fragrance smelling like chocolate throughout and this is definitely one of the more competent efforts. Be careful because it'll definitely stain you orange if you have light skin or light clothes.

Very very dry fragrance with cocoa on top and then tonka and, yes, a bit of a slight menthol/camphor quality. It's a little boozy. Not too sweet. Sweetens a bit as it dries down and the nose gets used to it. Gourmand but not like baked goods and food. Unique. Sort of like chocolate in a hospital. A bit cold. A bit minty.But not like mint chocolate chip. And, when this totally dries down, it is almond extract on the skin. Like amaretto painted on.

This is impressively realistic and really captures the richness of chocolate with uncanny precision, down to the slight bitterness and cocoa powder dustiness. But as someone who’s not into chocolate scents, it’s just not my thing. It leans too gourmand sweet for my taste and feels like I'm wearing a tiramisu I never ordered. I can appreciate the craft behind it.

A very unique chocolate scent. This is realistic and not too sweet. It opens as a dark chocolate scent with a slight bitter, almost spicy feel to it. The dry down reveals the vanilla base notes which gives a lovely chocolate smell without being overbearing. Still need to test the sillage/staying power.

This is decently nice, but holy moly that price tag. It's sort of a rich dark chocolate surrounded by some vanilla and seems to fade very quickly. I don't need a full bottle of this when my Kyse perfumes will do just as well.

Straight up chocolate. Like, wow is this chocolate! Not a daily scent, but for something different once in awhile, i'm a fan. Add a boozy scent and it could be intoxicating.

A Chocolate lovers fragrance, hands down. Definitely fit more for the women than the men in my opinion.

Great dark chocolate opening. Scrumptious and decadent. After about 5 minutes it changes into a cooked buckwheat smell. If you have ever cook buckwheat with milk like you would oatmeal, that's exactly how this perfumes finishes and disappears after 40 minutes. Starts off smelling very promising, but fades very quickly. It's too expensive to spray it every half hour just to smell the top notes.

Chocolate fragrance. When I first smell it what I get is Bailey's Irish Cream. It smells like chocolate liqueur in the opening. The drydown smells like sweet chocolate cake rounded by woods. For me it's better on clothes than my skin because it can become overwhelming. Unfortunately I smell a bit of mustiness so I wouldn't go further than a sample of Wicked Good. -

Not what i expected. Mainly tonka and chocolate (dark and milk). I don't smell vanilla. It has some form of a maintenance product smell, for example high end shoe polish or furniture spray. I think it reminds me of being in a cobblers. Leans more masculine in my opinion. I am glad I sampled it first.

Bought a full 100 ml bottle of this one and deeply regret it. I had a sample of it and loved the way it smelled...not sure what happened to the juice in the full bottle but I got rid of it in a hurry because unfortunately, on my skin, it smells rancid 🤢 Shame...

It was so good at first, the chocolate is delicious, but disappears in an hour. So disappointing for the price/ml. Chabaud Chocholate is so similar and has way more realistic price.

This smells exactly like a candy we have in Australia called 'Milko'. I don’t mean close, I mean exactly. I find it mildly appealing, but it still smells cheap to me.

Living in Switzerland you can bet I know my chocolate. However, this perfume does not smell like chocolate to me. But remember the candy that almost pulled your teeth out, because it was so sticky? This smells exactly like Carambar Caramel. There is a distinct sweetness that you do not normally find in chocolate. Without question, there is a very high quality vanilla, the kind that smells just as good as Guerlain's exclusive range. It is too sweet for dark chocolate alone. For milk chocolate, it lacks the softening of the edges with a lactonic accord. If you want to stick with the chocolate analogy, it reminds me of a dark chocolate filled with a prominent, amber-colored, transparent and relatively liquid caramel (not the milky caramel). Longevity and sillage are stellar. This perfume is just not what I expected.

The first spray smells exactly like tootsie rolls. A few minutes later, it dried down into a pungent chocolate + sharp alcohol scent. The dry down is what I would've expected it to smell like 1 second after spraying, before the alcohol smell dissipates, but nope, that's the actual scent of the fragrance. It's pretty offensive. Personally, I don't think this is a wearable fragrance unless you want to smell like a chocolate wasted drunkard. I've tried 5 scents from this brand and I loved them all. This is the first one that I feel is poorly blended. Which sucks because I wanted to love this so badly. I kept it on my arm for a couple of hours hoping that it would transform into something smoother, but it did not. Bummer.

I had high expectations, from the sprayer there was a yummy chocolate scent and Rose All Dae and Amongst Waves are both very well done. On opening there was a strong camphorous smell, completely taking me by surprise. In other fragrances, that odor might be an interesting dimension, unfortunately in this one it's an unwelcome assault that grates against the other notes and completely drowns them out. Now over 30 minutes in and although it's softened and become more powdery, the camphor smell is still quite strong and I am writing this one off.

Wow we both absolutely loved this the first hour or so but then something went very very wrong on both of our skin! It went from a pretty hot chocolate powder mix to a horrible coconut & ham scent lol like no idea how it turned into that but so glad I bought a sample first!!! I suggest you test this on your skin first & give it a couple hours.

A kind of sour chocolate opening, but in a good way. Slightly medicinal. Dries down to a weird thing at end. 4/10. Barely a skin scent by hour 6.5 for me

Just meh. Strong chocolate powdery note with great vanilla scent. It is well done. But I don't like it... 4/10.

Yes. Straight up and honest upfront with the chocolate, a rich blast of my favorite food ever! It's sweet (I don't want any of the dusty, moody dry scratchy woodchip laden cacao mixes). It puts all the mainstays in the fragworld (everyone's favorite Dior Feve, Kilian Black Phantom, Guerlians Gourmand Coquian, Mancera, Profumum, Demeter and other well known brands) to utter shame. None of the annoying 'Terrys Chocolate orange' theme either; I really don't like a chocolate-orange mix in perfumery, it just doesn't sit well with me. Nor does cherry (cough syrup), rose (always dominates and just smells like a gross, cloying candle in the end) or herbs (just,, yuck). I guess it's another one of my 'anosmicisms' =) **But** , it's not Perfect by any means; that goodness is just really the opening spray and the aroma you get around the atomiser. This thing can be an utter animal at most times with just how intense and even straight up pungent the dense bitter facets of the Quality cocoa can smack you across, almost rubberised, burnt plastic! But it's the 1st blast of deep, bittersweet rich authentic milk cocoa I just wanted. And those puffs of sweet, creamy chocolate mousse and vanilla. The tonka-ry vanillic spice is a nice added facet in that it's more like many perfumes that like to call themselves 'Cacao' in reverse. No annoying nuttiness or vague almondy-biscuits here. The only Gallagher scent I like but it's a real good 'un, well done =) My rating: 7/10

It's just both sad and funny at the same time to read these comments. I mean "reviews". It's a nose problem or big ass skin chemistry problems... or brain problems. Dusty? No. Camphorous? No. Caramel? No. Cheap smelling? No. Caramell smelling? No. Dark chocolate & bitter smelling? No. Powdery? No. Old tootsie roll? No. Nesquik? No. 1:1 realistic as absolute hell high quality soft, creamy, milk chocolate? Yes. Creamy overall? Yes. Dark overall? Yes, Expensive smelling and extremely high quality smelling? Yes. Expensive price tag due to expensive ingredients and an indie house offering? Yes. Worth it? Yes If you like it. No if you don't. It's literally a bunch of real madagascan vanilla in this creation and still your brain manages to tell you it smells cheap, that's on you. Real vanilla smells dark, not like the vanilla in Tom Ford's and such. The tonka bean and vanilla combo is ultra smooth and creamy. Perhaps it's your skin that makes it dusty. There are only three ingredients here in this scent and you can tell that easily. Overall, you get 30 minutes of insanely high quality and realistic MILK chocolate, not dark bitter chocolate, then it morphs into a dark tonka bean and vanilla. Extremely simple, and fun. I'm glad the chocolate doesn't last, personally, because then it wouldn't have been a wearable scent outdoors. Now I can enjoy it inside for 30-60 min and then go out without smelling like a chocolate bar.

This was the scent I was most interested in when I recently bought a sampler pack from Gallagher. However, this was just ok, to me. It’s a bit loud in the opening, and smells slightly artificial but not unpleasantly. It brought Tootsie Rolls to mind immediately, rather than the authentic dark chocolate I was hoping for. It’s not too different from something like Chocolate Greedy from Montale, but a little deeper. The note was very similar to the chocolate in Dulce Diablo by Narcotica which I enjoy a lot, but in DD there are other notes to offset that Tootsie Roll sweetness, while Wicked Good doesn’t really have anything else going on. It was cute, and it faded away pretty quickly on me, polite enough not to overstay its welcome, but it wasn’t very interesting and never really went anywhere. Oddly, a few hours later I thought it was mostly gone, but I caught a faint whiff every so often and wondered “when the heck was last time I sprayed Angel?!” So yeah... the deep dry down was like wearing a jacket I’d sprayed Angel on 2 weeks ago. I was sure I was going to want a bottle of this, but after trying everything in the sampler, I ended up getting a FB of Tonkapeach lol. I highly recommend ordering directly from the company, they’re wonderful, and their pricing is very reasonable for such great quality.

Review 15 "Chocoholic" An immediate gourmand chocolate uppercut. This stuff is powerful. I let a friend handle the bottle and he could easily smell it thru the cap without a single spray. He went on to comment this was the single best thing he ever smelled in his life. It's almost like being in a chocolate shop on valentines. Vanilla is there, but chocolate dominates hard. Very sweet and real with no synth at all. Milk rich chocolate, I cannot stop keep smelling myself. Almost a Baileys open as well, but not quite. Extremely addicting to smell on hand, one of the most I have ever kept smelling. Delicious. I've paired this with Ghost with good results, and Molecules Mandarin with mixed result [weird open, not a bad drydown]. I'd like to also try to pair this with Cream Velvet. This is probably THE best chocolate fragrance out there. If only the prices weren't so outrageously high. The opening is a very thick rich chocolate smell, pretty much every thing you could dream for in a chocolate fragrance. Sadly, that beautiful rich decadent chocolate smell only lasts about 30min or less. After about 30 min I only detect a very faint chocolate smell and its all vanilla and Tonka that lasts for hours and hours. I wish the chocolate lasted for hours instead. Its a shame because the opening of this fragrance is so good and the drydown is meh. Overall 8/10 if the chocolate opening lasted longer 9/10 and if they made the chocolate opening last longer and lowered the price this would be 10/10 all day
