Café Lush

Coffee fragrances are a #1 love of mine and despite being a fragrance lover for decades, they're a fairly recent discovery. Sure, I acquired Rochas Man and Mugler's Coffee some time ago and still enjoy each one a great deal but neither is a gourmand coffee and I've discovered gourmand coffees please me more than any other genre in my "stupid large" collection. And I'm here to tell you that no fragrance house does coffee as superbly as does Ganache. Jarekye Covarrubias' blood must be 90% coffee, so accurately does he replicate its fabulous aroma and essence. Black coffee, cafe au lait, cappuccino, mocha latte, you name it, he's captured it in a number of fragrances that are dead-on accurate and mouthwateringly excellent. And Cafe Lush is one of his best. Cafe Lush is the scent of coffee brewing and a fresh cup doctored up with full-fat cream and the sweetness of pure vanilla bean extract. Add a dash of musk and you've got pure coffee gold shimmering from everywhere you've applied it. And improbable as it might seem, Cafe Lush somehow manages to incorporate the scent of well-worn wood floors such as might be found in a coffee shop located in an old brick building. Truly superb. Even if you have other coffee fragrances you still need Cafe Lush. If you don't yet have any coffee fragrances but think you need one then Cafe Lush would be my recommendation for your first one. Can NOT stop sniffing my wrists. Believe me, it's THAT good.

Cafe Lush is amazing! Well-blended, absolutely reminiscent of the coffee shop on the corner with fresh coffee, not the one sitting on the burner at the end of the day. Then comes the vanilla, true vanilla, not synthetic to my nose. A nice musk and some spices on the end of that and you have a delicious trail following you around all day, moderately. As weegee said below, this is "THAT good". On my skin, it lasts at least 8 hours, longer on clothes. Definitely unisex, it's not too sweet. I got a good buy on the Ganache website when it was Buy 1, Get 1 so the price was okay. If you like coffee scents, this is a really good one to try. I layered it with Tobacco Lush, which is a really dry, difficult for me to like scent, and it did wonders for TL.

I agree with freshnfruity! I order a set of four scents and i got 3 totally different from those i wanted. I live in Europe so shipping and customs was expensiv. Did not get any refund or new bottles, so dissapionted!
