Ensoleille Moi

Here it is finally. By now I had practically given up on reviewing this cheerful and easy-going perfume, a harbinger of summer, of the sea, of the beach, of sunscreen, of the beachwear, of the evenings for a walk with an ice cream. Well, all in this fragrance calls the beach holiday! It is the first perfume of an important bijoux maison, which has condensed the philosophy of the productive vision linked to holidays and leisure into fragrance. But if I have to be honest, never like this year Ensoleille moi, i.e. enlighten me (with Sun of course) fills me with holiday joy !!! This fragrance is not something committed, which changes,that evolves, transforms itself. It smells of Tiare, coconut, vanilla and Ylang Ylang, all at once. And above all it is not a sweet gourmand. It is more tropical fragrance but not a gourmand one, it is more a 70's smell of french riviera. This perfume has a duration of 6/7 hours on my skin. The only flaw is that it is poorly distributed.... It does not remember me Montale Intense Tiarè, nor Tiarè dell'Erbolario. Perhaps it is more on the same mood of Soleil Blanc which, however, remains much creamier and has the pistachio and tuberose notes that differentiate it from this. But if you have a chance,please try it!

I am astonished by how similar this scent is to Lys Soleia by Guerlain. I blind-bought a travel size of this scent on sale from Anthropologie. I took a sniff of the cap first and it immediately brought a smile to my face - it almost the same as my all time favorite, but discontinued Lys Soleia. I'm surprised that no one has pointed out the similarity so far. Another interesting fact: this scent was released before Lys Soleia. How does it smell? It's an epitome of a yellow floral scent. Think of happy, dreamy, summer vacation at a beach with white sand and turquoise water in Southeast Asia. If you loved Bronze Goddess by Lancome, Frangipane by Chantecaille or Bain du Midi by Maison Matine, you can blind-buy this scent. If you have never had a chance to try Lys Soleia and you're curious how it smells or you'd like to get an inexpensive substitute, try this scent. It's my favorite scent from the brand. I wish Anthropologie was paying me for saying where you can find this gem...

I'm a fan of beachy perfumes and this is one of the best. Floral but not in a heavy way, with a bright, sparkling bergamot in the beginning. Lovely tiare and lightly banana-y ylang, with coconut and vanilla lending a lush creaminess without turning it gourmand. There's something about this that's intoxicating to me. Unfortunately, I find it a bit fleeting but it fades into a sun-kissed, my-skin-but-better type of scent. It melts into the skin beautifully. It makes me feel like a rich woman vacationing in the Riviera, swanning around in a big sun hat. I have Terracotta and Soleil Blanc and while Ensoleille Moi is in the same family, it's different enough that it's not redundant. I highly recommend trying this if you're into tropical, beachy fragrances.

I have an older bottle but I keep it in a dark cool armoire so it still smells amazing. Very summery day scent not so much coconutty but coconut with florals. Love the Tiare flower, bergamot and ylang ylang, it’s beautiful. This does not last so long unless you put on body lotion first and moisture, plus over spraying works too. Perfect for this time of year can be worn day and night! I’m not sure where to purchase at the moment but if you can get your hands on this get it! 10/10 Once September hits time to put away!

Summer tropical scent for sure. A hidden gem, quite beautiful. Beautifully blended tiare, ylang ylang, lovely light sweetness and hints of coconut. Love. 🌴 🌺 🥥

A beautiful, tropical scent, leaning heavier on flowers —tiare and Ylang Ylang— and less so on coconut—though that note is still present. I am a fool for this kind of summer scent; admittedly, I own quite a few that are similar. Ensoleille Moi by Mathilda Laurent is a natural composition, she did a great job. The downside is that this perfume is nothing special within the genre. It would be redundant for me to purchase Ensoleille Moi, but if you are searching for a tropical island vacation scent, this should be on your short list. Performance on my skin was average.

I love this perfume. As far as I’m concerned, this is the best tiaré I’ve ever tried... it completely differs from the extremely sweet tiaré and monoi perfumes out there - it’s not too sweet due to the opening of bergamot which keeps the entire composition fresh and it develops with creamy white flowers and a musky base. Its dry down is lovely, slightly sweet and creamy, tiaré flower is so well blended, if you close your eyes you’ll find yourself next to the sea with a mild breeze caressing your skin. Ensoleille moi is also very elegant, I would wear it for a middle summer night romantic date. It boasts a remarkable longevity - on my skin it lasts up to 8 hours. To make a comparison, I find intense tiaré and terracotta quite similar, well Ensoleille moi is creamier and not as loud on the floral side. It also differs from Cocovanille by Mancera which is definitely sweeter and addressed to coconut lovers. If you are looking for an elegant and niche tiaré then look no further.

Nice and summery but very floral heavy. Can't really smell anything else to be honest. Just typical tropical florals. Not your beachy scent but more of an elegant evening scent for a summer event. If u dislike prominent florals you will not like this. Plus is that the florals smell natural and the scent is not too sweet.

So glad to see this listed! To me it is a close relative of the Erbolario and more of a distant cousin to Terracotta (lacks the prominent jasmine). Good sillage, not too sweet, perfect for summer!

Beautiful summery beach vibe fragrance with tiare flower. Skin but better drydown. Very nice bottle. Big Fan! ✨
