Sinsa

I'm not very good with detailed breakdowns and reviews of a fragrance, so unfortunately this first comment on this product is not going to be particularly detailed. Anyway, I saw these three new products - this and its two brothers - and decided to give this one a go, blind. I don't get the citrus opening; what I get at first and for the next half hour or so is cloves, as in what you put in an apple pie. This is replaced later in the cycle with the black pepper that fits in with the description. I suffer personally with sillage and longevity and both are neither very good on me. The problem this perfume has is that it just isn't memorable. I chose the option that I 'like' it and that's more because I don't love it or dislike it. In its favour is that it could be worn any time of the year, for any occasion and during the day or at night. I will carry on using it because it's there with the rest of my collection but it will never be a top choice for me - something to wear at home after a shower, perhaps or just for a routine trip shopping.

This is more refined version of Spicebomb,much pleasant and richer.To my nose,I smell mostly jasmin notes,pink and red pepper.It opens with a deftly balanced accord of cinnamon,bergamot,pepper and pleasant tones of vanilla.The jasmin and vetiver adds dept and serves to temper some of the base sharp pepery notes.This is where the fragrance finally rests,in a comforting combination of vanilla,amber and tobacco.Sinsa - is a day-time comfort scent,warm,sensual and gourmandish fragrance,I get the comparision to Spicebomb,Hemingway 1899,Bvlgari MIB,Liqueur Charnelle and other oriental woody (cherry-shisha?) fragrances. Longevity and projection is very good,7-8h on my skin.Regarding gender,I would classify this is a masculine scent,leaning toward unisex. Very nicely done!
