Rosa Dorotea

Roses are truly one thing that I love in any form, be it in food, in real or in fragrance. I always keep searching for the fragrances that have at least a rose note so it could appeal to me. Rosa Dorotea as the name suggests is purely a rose fragrance that is very pure and natural. This truly opens up with roses, the heart has roses and the dry down also has roses. You can smell roses anytime on the day if you are wearing it. There is doro tea as well but you can smell more roses in it. One thing that I loved even more about this rose fragrance is its superb silage, strong projection, and eternal longevity. On clothes, you are going to smell them even after the one wash while on the skin this remains easy for a day. I would say, if you like rose fragrances, whether natural or cloying, you can simply grab it as a blind buy even. This is not going to disappoint you anyway.

I love rose fragrances and already have many of them. But I was searching for a scent that is pure, natural rose and not the cloying one to cause headache. My search ended up after struggling for 3 months at Rosa Dorotea which first gave me impression of having dorotea in notes along with the roses. So, I was not sure to try it but as soon I tried it, I was amazed to see a pure and very much natural rose scent as if just extracted out. The floral and rose accords and notes are its core and everything actually. Performance is superb too. longevity is eternal and silage is strong. I didn’t find a man wearing pure roses ever and I feel this is a perfect feminine scent. Also, I felt this to be a bit overpriced but considering the purity and performance, I am okay to pay this much price. A rosy rosy purely rose scent for all the rose lovers out there.

TOP NOTES: Tea Rose, Black Currant, Melon HEART NOTES: Red Rose, Lily, Magnolia, Iris, Passion Fruit, Green Tea BASE NOTES: Cedarwood from Lebanon, White Musk, Ambergris It started out as a fruity scent mixed in with the scent of fresh rose, but the drydown is musk which also has an aquatic fresh feeling, the same clean feeling I get from Dom Rosa. The sillage is moderate and longevity is more than 8 hours so performs pretty well. I am going to indulge in this during the hot summer, for sure.

Story about hidden rose... Fresh, beautiful unisex..Fruity opening, citrus , black currant, fresh lives,and suny earthy notes . Heart is creamy , woody tea rose,with few drops of lemon. Delightful and happy fragrance, with great performance.Higly recommanding

Never thought I say this about a Paolo creation but I could not wait to wash this scent off of me. It reminded me of fingernail polish remover sadly. The tester card smells better today than it did yesterday but this scent is not for me.

oh wooow this is gorgeous! musky/tea rose with a hint of fruits, it does smell luxurious and high quality.

Brilliant creation. The opening is impressive, powerful, potent. Smells like elegant, expensive wine.

Found it at one of my usual stores. False advertising, it smells 100% rose but no trace of Dorotea!

Fabulous hidden gem, similar to purpose by Amouage this one is great. 10/10 for me great on skin
