Indompté

Dark, deep and elegant, this to me is LV Nouveau Monde's younger brother. You can rotate between these two and have Indompte for daytime wear and NM for the evenings. This one is calmer than Nouveau Monde, slightly fresher and more elegant thanks to the Assam Oud and Sicilian Mandarine. Outstanding longevity once again from the house of Givenchy, attention grabbing and very nice to wear overall. For fall/winter wear during the day or in the night time, I picture it best for a man wearing his leather jacket and chelsea boots with ease and confidence. 8+ hours longevity, and a projection that will get you noticed by the people sitting at the table next to you. Shame it's been discontinued. Conversation starter, compliment getter, 8.8/10

A high quality fragrance, for sure, and my favourite from this line. Starts with a refreshing citrus note, but don't be fooled by that. Soon after, the citrus note blends with a delicate and smoky leather and oh, boy does it smell good! Leather is one of my least favourite notes, but there are always exceptions to turn my (fragrance) world upside down. Indompte is definitely one of them . A seductive fragrance in-between clean and dirty, masculine and feminine , shy and bold. I guess the mandarin/leather combo is a winner! Oh, and another important thing- spray it on skin only to fully experience its beauty .

If there was ever a leather scent deserving the title of "pantydropper" it would be this one. No idea what the brand is thinking, it sells like cakes here and is one of the most seductive leathers I've come across. I love it on a man more than on myself. First couple tries might makes you think its simpleton fragrance but it is way more complex. Takes time to fall in love with it, but once you're there you never want to wear any other leather.

This leather called me in like a siren. I do not understand why this would get discontinued, because it is super elegant and smooth, but also interesting, from the slight citrusy opening to its fine smoky development down the road. Very wearable, nothing challenging, just nightime elegance. Absolute favourite (black) leather so far, for me.

It is beyond me how this got discontinued. It is by far my favourite from the line. They keep released tuberose or rose focused creations that are not that exciting. This is unique and elegant.

Interesting... Mandarin and oud sounds like a (masterpiece level) deja-vu: YSL M7. Looking forward to try this one!

so smokey -- like you just were at a firepit, but subtle and sexy and oud-y.

This was a big let down. I sprayed 6 sprays & I got a faint smokey leather accord for about 1 hour. After 1 hour it became a skin scent i could not detect unless I bring my nose very close to my forearm. It lacked character, longevity & everything you basically look for at this price point 230$ at discounters & 4.3 rating? I don’t get it to be honest.

Interesting sourness to the leather with burnt tire "oud," but not as bad as it sounds.

This perfume is the softer part of ''AKRO'' ''smoke'' , Akro perfume is very solid tobacco and almost a real fresh cigar tobacco while Givenchy perfume is a lighter version of it beside the leather touch, it's normal perfume and it doesn't deserve the price because I will get Akro perfume with a good price and I can save around USD100 for a copy perfume. The rate in general 5/10

how did i miss this when it was newly released and available for regular purchase? i managed to purchase this used and i'll simply ask a simple question: Where have you been all my life? instantly seductive and absolutely sexy.

This is beautiful. The scent is very close in nature to the equally alluring Voice of The Snake from Gucci with xo!
