I really love this one and wish I could find occasions to wear it more. This girl has a strong personality and I feel I have to be in the mood. On my skin the sesame note is oily and prominent with tuberose (the creamy grapey kind) in the background. Very smooth and opulent. My dad used to wear something like this and I wish I knew what it was. He would wear female perfumes at times if he liked the smell and I wonder if that was the case with this memory. However, I do find this unisex, but I can’t tell if it’s because of this memory or because this is a dark scent. My mom likes dank patchouli/florals and she loves this one-also she has been known to steal my dad’s “fu-fu” so who knows! I don’t get a lot of patchouli up front, more of an overall woodiness underneath which smells more of vetiver to me, really well blended. Also oily, would definitely try on your skin. I know we always say this but some perfumes are more likely to change than others and I feel this is one of those. On my mom this is more peppery and we are spraying from the same bottle. I just sprayed some on to add to the review and my husband says, “Mmm it’s good, smells like berries”. And wow, it has sat for probably 6-8 months without me using it and I feel it is much sweeter now, I think the tuberose is now the star. Will update if the sesame comes back with a vengeance. It is still a mature scent, could not see anyone younger than 25 wearing this without being a little powerhouse haha! Also could see this being an absolute bomb if over-sprayed.

Just got this and I have to say the warmth in the intense is what was missing for me from the original EDP. I got the edp 3 years ago and wore it religiously for months and months, but suddenly I stopped wearing it bec it started giving me migraines and suddenly found it very screechy on me and idk maybe ever a bit cold? The warmth in the intense is the perfect balance. I would say the opening in the edp and the intense are quite the same, but the sesame and the Madagascar Vanilla notes keep it from turning sharp and heady. I can smell the black pepper and Im not mad at it at all, even though I wouldn’t gravitate to such a note in a fragrance. I truly hate it when perfumes turn masculine or androgynous on me, but this is sultry and powerful yet super feminine and femme fatale like almost everyone mentioned. I wouldn’t say this perfume is super grungy, but rather for super feminine ladies whose favorite color is just black? If that makes any sense I definitely prefer this one to the edp and think I’m going to wear it a lot during this winter season. Longevity on this is crazy, 3 sprays and I’m good to go. Out of all the flankers, the intense is a love for me and the Rouge Ultime. I wasn’t really fond of the Rouge one because of the ginger note, which was quite very mature for me unfortunately. However, I think the Rouge Ultime is my second favorite, that cocoa note is amazing. I would layer the intense with Black Opium le parfum, only the emphasize the lovely vanilla even more. All in all, 8.5/10

I really like L'Interdit Intense, a sensual and voluptuous fragrance, a perfume that brought to my mind a woman similar to Marilyn Monroe, happy, sexy and full of curves, who would wear such a fragrance so naturally that it would seem the scent of her skin. At the start, pepper is there but very balanced, not excesively strong, just as a subtle touch of spice that precedes the rest of the fragrance. Then the tuberose appears, which is the most predominant note throughout all the development of the perfume, sweet but not too much thanks to the sesame, which reminds me of the sesame oil that we sometimes use at home for Asian cuisine. The sweetness of this tuberose reminds me at first of the aroma of strawberry gum, something that had not happened to me in other fragrances with a note of tuberose but that I had read in the opinions of other reviewers. Later on, the sesame disappears and the vanilla starts to be very present, making the tuberose even warmer, sweeter and creamier. The sillage of this perfume is moderate-high and it lasts for about 10 hours on my skin. This is a fragrance that I really liked and that I am not going to include in my collection at the moment just for the simple fact that I have too many fragrances based on tuberose to finish before buying it. I feel that this is perfect for nights out, dinners, flirty dates ... Scent 8.5 / 10 Duration 9/10 Sillage 8/10 Quality / price 7/10 Versatility 6/10 Packaging 8.5 / 10 Would I buy again? Stunning, elegant and sexy as hell. Wow, this is a complete love at first sniff for me. The gorgeous black packaging had me captivated and the bottle is beyond beautiful. Very classy and heavy. Will look stunning on any vanity. Opening spray is deep, dark vanilla, sesame and soft tuberose. The vanilla is truly warm and delicious while the black pepper stops it from being cloying. I can't stop sniffing my wrists! That creamy, milky vanilla mixed with the spices is just divine. This is a truly sophisticated perfume. I'd wear this with a long sleeve, velvet maxi dress that shows off a daring, high slit and long sleeves. It's perfect for fancy events, charity balls, or a intimate evening with your lover. L'Interdit Intense is a winner for me. I would only wear this in the evenings or for an event as it is too special to be worn throughout the day. This perfume is truly gorgeous and sinfully sexy. I honestly find myself reaching for this one over and over, even though I'm trying not to wear it casually. It just smells so damn good that I want to wear it all the time! Edit: My other half reacted to this one straight away. I stepped into his car in my black dinner coat and heels and he told me I smelt absolutely gorgeous! Edit again: This smells nothing like the original which is pure pear candy on me. This one is more of a special vanilla dessert. I just can't understand the amount of votes saying they smell similar because they don't!

I fell in love today. Hard. Two sprays of this unique and sultry beauty and I immediately purchased a full bottle. I've been searching absolutely everywhere for a signature scent. This is it. It's creamy and floral, just a little bit sweet and little bit spicy. I get the creamy sesame and some pepper. I imagine I can smell the vetiver. I love vetiver. The florals smell a bit like grape juice without smelling cheap or immature. The vanilla is absolutely gorgeous. There's something that smells a bit like liquorice. This perfume smells scrumptious but it isn't a gourmand, or girlie, or young. It's ageless. It's sophisticated and earthy but also clean and fresh. A little bit slutty and dangerous, but nobody would dare say a word to the boss bitch wearing it. The colour I associate with this perfume would be the deepest, darkest purple. I was told the scent filled the room, but wasn't overbearing or nauseating. I went to the grocery store and people's heads swivelled around to stare at me. My husband loves it and he doesn't give a damn about perfume. he said it smells like watermelon and maple syrup. No, it doesn't, but these are his favourite scents so it's a compliment of the highest order. I absolutely recommend everyone try this perfume. Not a safe blind buy but a must-try.

this is the absolute perfect perfume for me. i finally bought a big bottle of my own recently, but i've adored it since i first came across it over a year ago. i feel like nothing i can write will do it justice, you just have to try it. the sesame opening is so interesting and alluring. it dries to a smoky vanilla, but it's far from a typical scent of that category. dark, complex, sensual, almost gothic but in a feminine way. you need to be bold to wear it in the first place due to its nature and how strong and long lasting it is, but you need to be a great deal bolder to wear it outside of autumn and winter. i know it's available for everyone to buy and i'm posting this review publicly, but i feel like gatekeeping this scent as mine and only mine to wear all year round when going out, much like how audrey hepburn wanted the original l'interdit to be forbidden for anyone else to wear (hence the name). it might as well have my name written on it, it's as if my exact personality and style was liquified into a glossy black bottle. obviously i am only one person, and i don't think this would suit many people, but if you feel a similar way about this fragrance as i do, we would probably get along well and have very fun girls' nights out together.

It has been a long time since a perfume has excited and frustrated me with equal measure. This fragrance gives femme fatale vibes. It is sweet, sexy, mysterious and slightly spicy. I seem to not get as much sesame as others though. The black pepper also escapes my nose for the most part. I smell a darker, slightly more mature version of the OG Edp. The Madagascar Vanilla is divine! I love it so much. This perfume is captivating, uncommon enough without being weird. It captures the energy I want to give with my scent. I would not mind to be known by this scent and wear it for the rest of my life. But this is the second perfume recently that is signature scent worthy to me but doesn't perform the way I need it to. It projects and lasts only moderately on my skin and on clothes. And if I overspray the first few minutes are cloyingly sweet taking away the beauty of the scent profile. I really wish it would last longer. Maybe it will perform better in the spring (it is currently freezing cold where I live). But it will probably not be suitable to wear in the summer. I will keep testing and layering it. I won't give up yet because the essence of this perfume is everything I want in a perfume.

Contemplating about buying this for about two months and I finally gave one last decision by going to my nearest Sephora and battled this intense version or the rouge version. Turned out that I liked both but I ended up getting the intense rather than the Uber-famous rouge version. Reason being is that I have been saving this beast-performing perfume for colder weather, specifically Christmas. Since we don't have winter here so the definition of colder weather is probably 16-17 degrees Celsius at the lowest. This would probably fit in more because the rouge is too spicy for the surrounding noses (but I still liked it) and I would definitely see myself wearing this intense version at November-December (probably January too). I tested both this fragrance and the rouge, and both performed amazingly well. Specifically saying on my skin. I spritzed two times on each hand and part of neck at 10 a.m. and went places before deciding at 7 p.m. A friend literally can smell this scent (both) strongly at 5 p.m. so yeah that's a sign to actually buy it. after showing both my wrists, it came to a decision that the intense version is the 'it' perfume.

I have tested it in perfume store, very charming perfume, the mature version of "L'Interdit Eau de Parfum Givenchy" with more gourmand vanilla in the dry down plus sweetness note came from Sesame in the middle notes which is a special addtion ingrediant provides this perfume luxurious touch still with you after dry down, this perfume is Masterpiece, very fiminine, romance and magnificent, I think this the most Excellency version of L'Interdit family. This fragrance suitable to wear it at night in winter or Autumn seasons. Surely It lasts along time. How this fragrance manages to be airy yet dark and mysterious is amazing! I am an over-sprayer and this fragrance never feels too much. It is a people pleaser, you’re gonna get compliments with this one but don’t mistake this for lacking personality or for being generic. It has a uniqueness to it, it’s sexy, luxurious, sophisticated, yet youthful and contemporary. The tuberose gives it that sophisticated femininity and the patchouli brings in the luxurious depth. I wear this for date nights, and it has always complimented the mood and me so beautifully. I know people might think of this as a cold weather scent, I don’t necessarily disagree but I have definitely gotten away with wearing it on warmer evenings, I think one can enjoy this all year round as long as it’s not too hot and sticky. Patchouli, Vanilla and Vetiver are some of my favorite notes ever! So it’s no surprise I love this fragrance. This is a designer fragrance done right.

This perfume reminds me of: creamy chewy Nerds candy. It’s sweet, tangy and creamy all at the same time. The black bottle is a perfect representation of how one feels when they wear L’interdit Intense; polarising, sexy, mysterious, unforgettable, strong, and has a presence that is unmatched. Everyone will stop in their tracks to see who you are because you smell intoxicating. It’s a vibe and mentally I become my alter ego when I wear L’interdit Intense and one can only imagine what that is. The sesame note is what takes the cake; it’s gives this fragrance that little “ je ne sais quoi” moment - you smell the nuttiness and the oiliness from the sesame note taking my senses to another level. Must try fragrance, instant love for me, and love wearing it in cooler weather since it’s strong! Givenchy outdid themselves with this flanker. The best out of all of them hands down and it doesn’t smell designerish at all!

L' interdit intense was quite the revelation. This perfume is just what I've been looking for, without even knowing it. The opening reminds me a little of the eau de parfum. It's a bouquet of white flowers, opulent orange blossom and carnal tuberose. After a few minutes, intoxicating, smoky, leathery vanilla comes through. It is a bold and alluring vanilla, velvety, yet not sweet. The black sesame gives a smoky vibe and the vetiver and a subtle patchouli provide a darker accord, to complete this masterpiece. If I had to choose between L' interdit eau de parfum and L' interdit Intense, I would definitely go for the Intense. Both share the same dna, both are beasts when it comes to longevity and sillage. The eau de parfum is luminous, glamorous and warm. The Intense is gothic, dark and sexy, reflecting its name. It's mysterious, almost mystical. Hauntingly beautiful. Forbidden.

I wanted to give my wife a gift and not knowing what perfume to take, I saw that L'interdit intense was coming out soon. I never smelled the original or the flankers, but the classy bottle appealed to me. My wife likes perfumes like; Mon guerlain, La petite Robe noire, Dior j'adore, Midnight Rose, etc ... So I didn't know what her reaction would be. Tested in store, it was love at first sight! Very intense fragrance but not annoying. Very predominant notes of vanilla and orange blossom ... Magnificent. But the general smell for me is a sweet and creamy macaroon. It reminds me of childhood ... When we wanted to eat all the time (non-food) products that smelled good. I sometimes put it on my wrist just to feel it throughout the day. She loved it and can't do without it anymore. Beautiful longevity, excellent sillage, ... ladies, we men love this fragrance!

I got the og just a couple of weeks ago and I love it. But I had a feeling that this one was going to be a bigger love and I was right. My husband found my packages on our porch and brought them in. I've gotten him into my love for all things fragrance. Well he opened this bottle up and sprayed it once into the air. He said it was so strong he thought it was going to wake me up. It didn't wake me but over an hour later I could still smell it in the area around my couch. I've only had it for not even an hour and it's already doing things that I love in my favorite dark fragrances, strength being number 1. I am detecting a change in the scent now with the one spray on my hand, it smells sweeter and stronger if possible. I'll update after I've had a few days with her. But she's gorgeous 🥰

This has a very deep and warm floral aura to it. It smells really sexy but approachable at the same time Givenchy l’interdit intense is a thick, sweet, nutty white floral fragrance. The perfect mix between tuberose and orange blossom gives off a bubblegummy vibe. A bit like grape bubble gum with a warm nutty sesame background. It is very suitable for winter and it is a perfect date night fragrance. Spraying this will make you feel so put together, elegant, confident and just boss lady vibes. Longevity and sillage are outrageous. Like VERY strong. This stuff lasts forever on my skin and projects like crazy. If you are a tuberose lover run don’t walk you have to try this. Ps. This is in the same family as ralph lauren woman intense and l’interdit rouge. 10/10 🖤

Goth office siren. I imagine all of the interdit perfumes as sisters with different personalities, who are all secretaries. I just think the DNA is very much meant to be worn at an office. L‘interdit edp intense is a goth woman who works at a corporate office in berlin. She is sexy, but you are scared of her. She seems super annoyed, like shes on the verge of yelling at you. You dont know if you would find that hot or if you would rather run away. She has dyed black hair with micro bangs and shes snacking on some licorice. She seems like she could be a dominatrix in her free time. You are 100% sure she must own some kind of crazy high heels and leather or latex attire. Even if you are scared of her, shes intriguing and you cant get enough of her.

Original Línterdit minus - jasmine - sweetness - longevity Add Sesame Patchouli This is nice, very interesting, very feminine cozy, sexy, yet fresh, not typically vanillic and even it is an intense version, it is less loud then the Original. I am quite surprised, that nobody complimented me (but I am wearing fragrances for myself) but what I meant to explain it is not a room filler fragrance. I mean if you hug someone or sit close next to, they will notice you, but this fragrance is not a beast mode like f.e. Montale. Somebody mentioned a licorice note - NOPE, I hate Anais/licorice it is not present. What I can detect is something fresh that came through and I am not sure from what exact component but it makes the perfume airy. Good Job!

This is my signature scent. It's woody, vanillary and gourmand. The original notes of l'inderdit help mellow it out but on my skin they aren't exactly at the forefront. On my skin it is very woody and very vanillary. However, most scents lean more vanilla and gourmand on my skin. The sesame is something else. When I think I'll sesame, I assume sesame oil however, in this it creates this really sophisticated woody vanilla. There is also a hint of leather in it that isn't animalic but oddly soft. I don't think you will find a scent as sophisticated, complex and well blended as this at this price. It generally smells like it should be triple the price and I am genuinely terrified if it being discontinued.

This has come one of my all time favorite scents, what can I say about this that hasn't already been said? Well, maybe I'll talk about how fantastic this tuberose is as an understated daytime scent. A real beauty, deep, dark, mysterious and at the same time also sophisticated and airy, not at all heavy, never brutal or childish. Those scents when the people in the room can't locate where the scent is coming from, and only the one who dares to get too close to you, directly on the skin, gets that delicious, very warm, very intimate sesame, which on warm skin is like a shy reminder of the forbidden passion of the night before... This fragrance is the scent of a mistress, really.

I think this is signature scent material. When I saw the notes I knew I had to buy it (blind buy). It did not disappoint! I detect the creamy vanilla, the tuberose and what I think must be the sesame (I don’t smell the pepper). It has the dna of EdP but creamier and softer. I own the EdT and whereas this one turns a little bit sour on me at the end of the day (the musk perhaps?) the intense stays creamy throughout, I think I can (will) wear this all year round, day or night! This is sexy, classy and addictive. Une oeuvre d’art. Edit: when I wear this I feel like a noblewoman from the house of Atreides getting ready to travel to Arrakis to fight for control of spice.

This is very sexy! Definitely a nice patchouli undertone throughout the entire wear--more prominent as it dries down, of course. The opening is tuberose/orange blossom/vanilla---done in a very grown up way. The vetiver is mild and faint in the background, which I don't mind as sometimes vetiver can overpower a fragrance. The sesame is a lovely note in this....you catch little whiffs here and there and are continually surprised by it. What a well rounded scent! I would NOT wear this in high heat, it would just be too overbearing and cloying in the heat. But it's a lovely powerful scent and a great one to reach for when you're feeling like being a badass, sexy woman.

I love the entire L’Interdit line. With this one I immediately get the same intoxicating tuberose, blended beautifully with the orange blossom and a warm sesame note. This toasted sesame comes through for me straight away, rather than any pepper. I’ve worn this in the day on mild and cooler days and it would definitely work for me as an evening fragrance year round. Longevity and sillage is pretty good - I certainly get whiffs of it when moving around for a few hours after initial spray. I reach for the original and Nocturnal Jasmine versions of L’Interdit more often, but I absolutely love having this one to use when I’m craving something extra.

Update: After wearing Rouge Ultime for a couple of days, I went back to this and I could really smell the difference!! The sesame is very noticeable now after the RU. While it's a bit weird, it's...oddly hypnotic. The vanilla is now barely perceptible. Interesting how perception can change!! Original review: I don't understand. This one was beloved by almost all L'Interdit fans. But on me, it all but disappears. After a few minutes, it fades, and I can smell the barest hint of vanilla. Nothing. Bum bottle? Bad body chemistry reaction? Between this and OG, I gotta go OG. I can't even smell enough to make a legit review. 😫

My favorite tuberose scent. I love the original and I love this version as well - it is less floral and more creamy but most importantly it has the signature fruity/berry sweet tuberose. I'm still amazed that berries are not listed in the notes as this is what it smelled to me like the first time I tried it years ago and it still does now. Regarding the sesame, I could feel it in the opening and then when smelling close up but other than that it fades into the background of the creaminess. Perfectly blended. Great for those who like sweet scents but not for those who are looking for a fresh white floral.

I was just looking around comparing prices and I saw that there are only a few selections left. Then I look it up online and surely enough - it's discontinued. Meanwhile, I also found out that Rouge has a 125ml version, so there's that. I love both of them but come on, this one was so unique with the sesame note. And the 2 new versions are nice, but I like the OG Intense and Rouge better. The Intense had the sesame and the Rouge had the ginger, they each felt like a different flavour of the daily wear OG. The culture of pumping out flankers and then discontinuing old good ones is so annoying.

So beautiful scent! I can smell sesame, tuberose, orange blossom. The pepper is very light here. Patchouli is delicate and soft. This fragrance is sweety, but not sweet. Sesame is a good choice, I like this note so much! Longevity and sillage is eternal. The black bottle seems to imply something heavy, but for me it's a light creamy tuberose supplemented with sesame and vanilla. At first I thought it's unisex, but the more I wear it, the more I beleive that this is the 100% feminine scent. Very beautiful and comfortable at any time of the year. My favorite flanker of L'Interdit!

I blind bought this yesterday from a discount table (there were no tester available) and went back to today to buy a second (and also the last) bottle. I usually like more niche perfumes, but I fell for the dry down. The first hour or two are very nice, but then it develops to a darker, patchouly goodness. It's also quite long lasting and has a moderate sillage. Useable in office, but more of a night time scent. I won't say it's strictly for more mature folks, but it definitely is not something you'd expect young clean girls to wear. Very sad it's discontinued now.

This is my favorite scent, so velvety and dark, with such a smooth and sensual but perfectly tamed depth made of warm seeds, spicy, aromatic and woody notes. A true masterpiece. I just love every phase of it, it soothes and grounds me, and when it settles down it becomes the most beautiful scent, which is completely in tune with my personality. Needless to say that I don't understand how something so unique and beautiful could be discontinued. It's so unfortunate that it didn't get the due recognition and that in the future we won't be blessed with it's existence.

This is a beautiful scent. To kick off, it’s bold and loud, feminine and dark. I love it. The mix of tuberose and Jasmine with vanilla is a stunner. However, as my perfume collection has grown I’ve not reached for it as frequently. Going back to it today, I’m finding that the performance isn’t where it needs to be, especially for something named Intense. After some liberal overspraying, only lasting 3 hours isn’t enough, and to not be able to smell it on myself after 5 hours is disappointing. In short: I love this. But I love the Nocturnal Jasmine flanker more!

I am a fan of this one. I think all the notes are accurate but they all present at the same time (the scent doesn't develop from A to B to C). This is a sultry scent but can be a daily if not over sprayed. It is sweet but not overly sweet, there is vanilla but not too much vanilla. There are enough florals to keep it from going too heavy or gourmand. I am moderately sensitive to patchouli and this is perfect for me but if you are very sensitive to patchouli, it might be too noticeable for you. Silage and longevity is moderate. Overall, very happy with it.

I love the original L’interdit. I think it’s such a beautiful, timeless, classic scent. I bought this flanker and the Rouge I love both flankers but this one is so gorgeous! I definitely get more vanilla and patchouli notes but not the nauseating type of patchouli this one is sweet due to the white florals. I love this scent I think it’s absolutely gorgeous! I definitely recommend it. It’s sweet, sexy, sophisticated. It smells more expensive than what it actually is too which I can appreciate. I love this scent it’s so sexy! Lasts a long time too on me.

My favorite of the 3 L'interdit. I mainly smell a smooth vanilla, with a grape-y tuberose, and a nice nuttiness from the sesame. I usually hate black pepper but I barely detect it here, to me the black pepper is not strong and very manageable. I love this fragrance. It is dark and sexy, definitely great for nights out. The longevity on clothing is amazing, lasted on my shirt for days. Good/average sillage. Compared to the Rouge, it is more dark/sexy/youthful as the Rouge is a bit more grown up and charming, but both are amazing options!

I smelled this perfume in the store and the first spray I gave the tape it only smelled like milk. Plain milk, when it's boiling... I hated it... I put the tape off and couldn't even put it on my skin. However, I only hear and read good comments about the perfume. Which makes me indignant because I love vanilla and everyone speaks highly of this vanilla. Has anyone smelled the same as me?? It's just that I don't conform to what I felt, nor does it coincide with the opinions I read. I feel like I have to smell it again.

I've read many comments on L'Interdit Rouge being a "vampire scent", and honestly, my interest in this whole line started off from that (vampire fan-girl here!). I don't really care much about the rest of the line except this and L'Interdit Rouge as the bottles are so tempting and the scent profile suits me the best. Honestly, I would classify this also as a very gothic scent, but imagine a "glam goth". Extremely sexy. I know I will want to wear this when I'm dressed in full black to feel extra confident and vampy.

They better not discontinue this because Rouge is more popular, it's so unique and so stunning. If they ever do I'm getting a backup or two immediately. Definitely try it out a few times, the very first time I smelled it I could just smell leather and I didn't like it. But then I tested it again and fell in love. I did hear that sometimes when smelling a fragrance for the first time your nose doesn't smell it properly so keep that in mind. Always give things a few tries, and always test on your skin!

I discovered this perfume and instantly fell in love. Its floral and vanilla without being overly sweet. The patchouli is not overpowering and the turberose isn't cloying. The pepper is just a nice kick in the opening that dries into this beautiful and complex smell. A very well balanced fragrance, and one I keep coming back to time and time again. I would consider this my signature scent and I'm absolutely heartbroken that it has been discontinued. I always wear this when I want to feel more myself.

Sublime! Much better than its predecessor! The opening can be a little bit too peppery for some but it doesn’t bother me at all. It’s all part of the experience. The favorite part for me, though, is the dry down. What an amazing vanilla! One of the best in designer perfumery. I also love the sesame note here. In my opinion, it gives the fragrance a somewhat powdery character that I love! It’s pretty long lasting, but projection leans more towards moderate. L’Interdit Intense is a love for me!

I’m afraid this little wonder of a perfume (and my signature scent) seems to be discontinued. It was recently sold at half price both online and in stores where I live and is not being brought back in stock. Presumably to make way for the new Absolu flanker. Excited to try that one, but also purchased some backup bottles of the Intense out of sheer fear that I will never find a scent like it. Flowery, sweet and somehow nutty and peppery enough to be dark and a little challenging.

I owned the L'Interdit EDP, and it would be redundant for me to own both that and this flanker. BUT... between the two, I'd rather have this one! It has a little something extra... that vanilla! It's divine. Oh, and the sesame. Definitely gives a sultry undertone to the tuberose, but still retains a bit of that grapey-ness that the og has. I could best describe it as L'Interdit EDP, but for night time; the "date night" version, lol. I'm also digging that sexy black bottle.

As a tuberose lover, I was ashamed not to have L’interdit or any flankers so I blind bought this and Rouge. I am blown away. Absolutely stunning and I agree with the review that the notes are not individually overpowering, but smoothly blended. However, it’s strong! Spray with caution. Rivals any in my mostly niche collection. Sad that it is discontinued. I got my tester from a discounter and looks like it’s still available on many discount sites (in the US).

How does a perfume smell so delicious, so grounded, mysterious and sexy , so creamy and full. Is it the sesame combination that gives it that creamy edge? I definitely get the spice of the black pepper and I'm loving it. This is one of those perfumes that can really turn you on. The wearer is sweet, sensual and seductive. I'd say that this is slightly heavier, creamier and fuller than the original EDP. A forever fan of the interdit line.

I enjoy this entire line. This one and the rouge are my favorite. This fragrance is very creamy with a gorgeous tuberose. The sesame note gives it something special. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it rounds out the fragrance beautifully. This is a great night time and cold weather scent. She's bold and creamy. Oh and the performance is excellent. Longevity: 8/10 Projection: 8/10 Overall Experience: 8.5/10

Very similar to other L’interdit fragrances with the exception of the sesame/vanilla/patchouli dry down. Definitely valid for any season as it’s not particularly offensive or cloying. As others have mentioned, I find that this fragrance emits a nutty sweetness after an hour or two that makes it stand apart from the others in the same line. Performance seems decent but slightly less powerful than Rogue.

I dislike heavy tuberose but I find myself loving on this fragrance. Maybe it’s because of the brightness. The vanilla and vetiver is noticeably present. I got a full bottle. I also blind bought rouge flanker but I don’t like it as much and willing to sell if I see a buyer. It’s been 2 years having both and they’re both 100% full. It’s time to bring out the intense and rock it like a boss chick. Lol

I believe this composition has all the makings of a timeless fragrance - it is elegant and coherent, yet still genuinely fun to experience. It is a tad bid hard to tell exactly what I'm getting from L'interdit EDP Intense scent-wise, but I will surely be getting many wears out of this perfume! EDIT: Just two sprays and it lasted throughout the entire night, so around 9+ hours

This and the other 'dark' L'Interdit perfumes are like Poison for the 21st century, loud and smouldering, not for the faint of heart and liable to raise objections of you wear too much in public. Beast projection for sure. But I think they're brilliant, and Intense is my favourite - gorgeous sesame note and grapey tuberose. Now I need to figure out how/where to wear it.

This perfume is sooo underrated. I think it is so versatile since it smells fresh and dark/sophisticated at the same time so you can use it during the daytime AND the nighttime. It also smells clean without smelling like soap. It is kind of unique, i don't remember smelling anything like this before. This is one of those perfumes that just smells delicious.

Nearly the same as the OG, which I’ve already reviewed. Edit: I’ve come back to this today and OMG, it’s absolutely divine! It’s a strong love from me. Smells completely different to the first time I sprayed. It’s strong, soft, sensual, musky, creamy, deep, sexy and totally delicious. I totally need a back up bottle in case it gets discontinued 😍
