Trouble-Fête

Absolutely love this perfume, it’s my signature scent. This is what I expected philosykos to be. It’s creamy and green. It smells exactly like a fig tree, and the closer you get to the scent, the more it starts to smell like the ripe fruit. I wished it lasted longer, but it’s a very green and fresh perfume so I get it’s not possible unless we were to add more intense notes, which I personally think would ruin the fragrance. I don’t mind reapplying it to be honest, I got the 200ml bottle because I knew I’d be reapplying a few times a day. To me it’s worth it, it’s a great scent that I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. I tried a bunch of other fig perfumes trying to find an approximation to this one, ‘cause it is a bit on the expensive side to be honest, but I just couldn’t find anything sufficiently like it. I added about 10-15 fig perfumes to my collection before finally giving in and just buying this one. I adore this perfume, it’s a must-try if you’re a fig/green lover.

Bought this at Neimens here in Houston and have had this for a few months now and worn a variety of times. It's an amazing fig scent with a touch of floral. It's a very soft yet beautiful scent. This is one of those scents that doesnt need to try hard but is just fantastic. It does lean a bit more feminine in my opinion but a guy can pull this off no problem. I get about 10 hours on my skin and projection is a good couple hours, then another couple hours at arms length and finally become skins scent. I ended up mixing a 50/50 ratio of Troubrl Fete with Accord Particulier into a 10ml decanter to get an added woodsy spicy touch to the fig. This is one of my top fragrances that I keep on rotation for this spring and summer. The other favorite of mine is Bvlgari Le Gemme Tygar and Mizensir Cologne du Mate.

Remarkable glacial pine and green apple opening. Subtle creme, beautiful fig. Glorious spices mulled with Alpine rise and shine.

It's really Senayan City lobby aroma remarkable. So lucky to have this.

just got a sample, and this is a amazing natural leaf/green/floral smelling fragrance, it smells like you bathed in white jasmine flowers. it leans slight feminine but if a manly man wore this after a shower it would be acceptable because it reminds me of a very nice dove body wash, the OG dove body wash smell. I would buy a full bottle not gonna lie, it's super relaxing and calm, if you like herbs troublantes or anything from guerlain, this is a great similar alternative.

This smells very fresh on the opening, I mostly get a burst of fig leaf, its very green and realistic imo. The drydown is still green but the white floral aspect starts shining through more and more. Its very natural smelling and true to the notes listed. I'm enjoying my 10ml sample on warmer days currently but I will save most of it for spring, it really fits the vibe. longevity is around 6-8 hours, performance is moderate.

Another fig marvel I should say anything with figs usually is a win The opening was fascinating the freshness is enticing Performance is good projection is sadly weak Figs are hard to screw up but the only down side here is the price If this was in the designer side of givenchy I think I would’ve bought it but paying big bucks for something inferior than philosycos is not a good idea

I have this one and Diorivera because I love fig scents but I don’t think they smell exactly the same. The Dior one is greenef and stronger. I givenchy one is lighter and fresher.

Surprisingly one of the best in line with contrasting green & sweet milky facets that turns into an aquatic melony scent. *The store notes say it's about fig leaf & jasmin sambac

To me this is very close to Debaser by DS&Durga. Green and creamy with a woody base, really well done. I do prefer Debaser though, it feels a little more balanced

One of the most balanced fig fragrances I've smelled. Fruity, green, floral, and slightly woody. The fruitiness isn't overbearing at all like most fig scents. If you're looking for a super creamy, super lactonic, and super sweet fig scent, then this NOT it. It's not the ultra-green and sharp type, neither. If you're looking for something elegant, balanced, and grown-up, then go for it. In a way, it's a more floral version of Debaser. For me, it's Feminine-leaning bc of the white florals. Unfortunately, performance is so-so, especially projection, but it stays on skin for a few hours.

For those of you asking where you can get this Fragrance... some Neiman Marcus have it :) I got this yesterday it’s a gorgeous fig fragrance. The fig is very green not so much sweet. I get hints of mint and citrus as well. Very pretty for spring.

The opening is green, soft, and fruity but there's a sharp barbershop-like quality in the drydown that reads a bit too masculine on my skin. It isn't necessarily a bad scent but it's not quite what I want to smell like.

My nose must be whacked, all i can feel is a resemblance to Paris Hilton for Men... Fruity and Juvenile.. Sorry

I applied a ml and I can barely smell it when I dig my nose into my arm. It doesn't smell bad so Ill go with a 1/10. I have had worse...

The opening takes on an immediate bright herbal cleanliness. It has an intensity that almost starts your nose. Almost your first sensory experience of the day. When your palette is clean and you haven't eaten, the first flavor is always heightened and more intense. This is waking up and running face first directly into a fig tree, like a avarice but straight friending for some crispy leaf action. Forcing my analogy, the beetle gets it's fill under 5 minutes, because that fresh edge pulls back to reveal a more comfortable bug life. A softer experience follows, and reveals where most of this scent actually lives. The smallest fuzzy unripened fig skin is stretched and put upon a bed of sesame seeds. Honestly didn't pick up the note even having read it. It took me seeing sesame seeds and then smelling it because I'm dumb and need visual cues. The seeds give a slightly bready sweetness to Trouble Fête, which brings the balance down from the green umami tart of the opening. A scent ride that jumps starts you and settles you down without pushing or rushing either. A burst of busy bee into being snug as a bug in a rug.

I tried out Trouble-Fete, the opening is a blast of citruses, featured by a juicy fig, i also get whiffs of a fresh banana peel, all together which is really nice. this smells like an area in a luscious jungle with ripe fruits and vegetation near a desert. it dries down to smell like a musky tea, which is nice but not as nice and mesmerizing as the opening. it reminds me a bit of PDM’s Greenley being a green citrus scent, but whereas Greenley features apples, Trouble-Fete features figs. the opening smells natural but the dry-down does smells a bit synthetic, but it does still smell nice and high-quality. i would say that the projection fades rather quickly, with a more intimate sillage taking over but I think people that gets close will be able to smell this on the wearer for a good anount of hours. this would be a very nice everyday wear for the warmer weather, but only during the day. i’d say this is an exellent designer bordering on niche-level, I can recommend this as full-bottle worthy, excellent.

Damn! This surprised me. I was expecting to not jive with it, but it’s actually very refreshing. It’s green, but not green in the sense of dense and humid. It’s really fresh, and the fig reminds me a bit of pacific chill. The jasmine in this is ok, which is a win because jasmine usually is a dislike for me. I get a little woodiness in here too. Of the 3 givenchy frags from this collection I’ve tried, each one is phenomenal. Very well done and I look forward to wearing my 10ml for the rest of this hot weather!

This is a clean fresh feel good scent. Reminds me of a perfume from 20 years ago but can’t remember which one. It definitely wasn’t as expensive though. Good quality composition but not unique enough for the price. If the cost is not an issue it would be a great purchase for someone who is after a daytime, fresh classy scent.

Fresh and citrusy so perfect for a hot summer day ,I love the fig note in perfumes and I definitely loved it in Trouble-fête .I was so excited to see the fig olibanum blend ,but olibanum is not well pronounced here maybe it’s in the background but not prominent .overall one of the best summer scents to me

Delicious and fizzy, the fig here is thoughtfully deployed- conjures visions of drinking champagne while wandering around the gardens at Versailles.. grosgrain collared tuxedos and aubergine stained lips milling around manicured greenery, fountains pulsating as fiddles begins to play.

I got this for 70% off at duty-free, and bought it at first sniff. I'm glad I did. It creates a beautiful scent bubble that is fruity and figgy, almost with a velvety hint of osmanthus. Lasts on clothes even daaaays after spraying.

This has been out for over a year and I can’t find anywhere that sells this. Anyone have an idea where I can get this?

The excessive sweetness ruined a perfect composition, fits a 12 year old girl, off to the next fig fragrance.
