You Fleur

Glossier You Fleur is a warm cozy scent that I love smelling on myself. It's fruity and creamy from the apricot skin, and the cashmeran makes it smell rich and luxurious. But I wouldn't describe it as sweet, juicy, or gourmand -- perhaps the mineral salt accord notes bring a dryness that cancels out sweetness. It’s also light and airy, like a salted apricot mousse. It's similar to Glossier Lilyhaze in that they're both ambery apricots, but Lilyhaze is sweet and gourmand (which I don't like) in a way that Fleur is not (which I do like). The cashmeran also reminds me of YSL Black Opium and Marc Jacobs Daisy Love, and I would say Fleur is like a fruity daytime cousin to Black Opium or a more fruity sister to Daisy Love. I've been a longtime fan of the original Glossier You, and I would have to say I like Fleur better. It's a more fragrant scent with a stronger projection and better longevity. I've been wearing it for a whopping 15 hours, and I still smell it on me. Fleur does smell pretty different from You though, and I wouldn't have guessed it was a flanker. The main thing I don't like about it is the branding. Fleur means flower, and this doesn't remind me of flowers. The pastel purple bottle makes me think this scent is supposed to be a powdery floral, and to me, it's neither. When I smell or think about this scent, my perfume synesthesia tells me it's pale orange, but then I remember it's actually supposed to be pastel purple and I suffer cognitive dissonance.

It opens with equal parts apricot, ambroxan, salt, and the florals in the background. The ambroxan fades off in the drydown for me, and the salt, apricot, and florals remain. The first time I smelled this, it gave me a rush of nostalgia, it reminded me a little of fancy hairspray, and something my mom wore before in the early 2000’s. After the opening, and wearing it throughout the day, it is so, so addictive and beautiful and effortlessly unique. I’m obsessed. I can’t decide if it’s giving a beachy summery dream kind of vibe or a wistful ethereal spring fairytale vibe. I wish with my whole heart that this had more power to it. I would say it fades to a skin scent after ~2 hours, and is gone after 7. This is kind of close to the OG Glossier You, like, before the reformulation. The bundle at Sephora that comes with a full sized bottle and a travel spray is a really good deal, and useful, since you can carry the travel spray with you to reapply. If I had to describe it with 2 words, it would be ethereal and dreamy. I decided after testing, that it will be my spring/summer scent, but it’s so good that I don’t know if I can wait to wear it 😭

Honestly I'm obsessed with this... even more so than the original. This is how you do a flanker! It retains a lot of qualities that the original possesses, but in my opinion it just makes them even better. I first tried the OG You before they reformulated it, and it was stunning, however when they decided to reformulate it almost in it's entirety lost it's appeal to me. When I found this fragrance and tested it, it took me back to when I first smelled the OG you. It's got that creamy, slightly salty warm skin smell that I can't get enough of. But this is elevated in every way. It's not as harsh or peppery on the opening, smells like apricot, and the musk and base notes last a good while on my skin. I took the travel spray to work and only reapplied once, that was 4 hrs ago and I can still smell it. I do believe I go nose blind to some of the notes after a while, but that doesn't mean that other people cant still smell it on me. It's almost got this creamy rice like quality to it. I would say it's a safe blind buy, especially if you loved the original glossier you! I'm so glad I got the travel size and the 50ml.

on my ventures to finding something to impulsively buy as a reward for finishing this project, this really took me by surprise, and i'm wondering if i've been missing out on something. i've had a tiny sample of this just waiting in my collection, and she's probably mad as hell at me right now, because she knew i'd love her, and i just wasn't paying any attention. beautiful salty, creamy skinned opening that i really love. it feels warm, and inviting, and kind of reminds me of sweaty beach skin but like in a not gross way. think of something romantic and sweet, like a cute little beach date and you're sharing apricots together, and you're sticking together; sticking to your lover. i think this scent is so beautiful. i find that ylang ylang and osmanthus kind of remind me of some sunscreens and i think that's why this reads as 'beach scent' to me. it does obviously still carry that original 'you' dna, and i do get the 'pencil shaving'-ness of it all, but i personally really like how that smells on my skin. it's soft, and smooth, and i don't find it in any way harsh, but again that's on -my- skin.

as a glossier die hard fan, my first love for perfume was glossier you. i was so infatuated with it that i blindly bought glossier you fleur and let’s just say, i’d been missing out on the love of my life for the past 3 years. it is everything i want in a fragrance and much more. the original glossier you can be spotted in there, slightly peppery and musky but with a touch of sweetness and floral notes. i absolutely adore the subtle saltiness and it is a perfect fragrance for spring. i’ve never been complimented on how i smell until now and my friend absolutely loves it and says she can smell me constantly (she loves to go in my bag just to sniff the travel size 🥹) she does however prefer the original but does agree with me on the fact it is a perfect spring/ summery scent. it is very youthful, like teen to young adult but i really feel it suits everyone and anyone. i absolutely recommend buying this, but definitely don’t buy it blindly as i can see how it can be disappointing for some. for reference i am 15 years old so if that give an idea on the maturity of the fragrance, you’re welcome!

This is such a pretty smell. Very spring-time, smells like dewy, early-morning rows of bouquets set up at the farmer's market. I don't necessarily pick up on the apricot but there is somehow a very subdued milky sweetness playing in the background, but it's much less prominent than the floral aspects. The top note is mineral salt accord, so it does have this slightly oceanic vibe to it, but it's less "beach day" and moreso quaint coastal town. My absolute favorite scent by Glossier will always be the original You, but something I have noticed is that their other scents, especially Fleur, have far greater staying power than the original. In Fleur's case, I can apply it in the early morning, have a whole day out, go to bed, wake up, and I still smell it clearly on me. The OG You usually completely fades within 6ish hours in my experience, which is a shame because the scent is perfect.

this fragrance reminds me of bare skin after a day in the sun, like writing notes in the margins of a book on the beach. you fleur retains the skin-like qualities of the original, and adds notes of fresh apricot, salt, & ylang ylang. these notes bring a beautiful balance of freshness, soft sweetness, & delicate florals. glossier you was my signature scent for five years, but i hesitate to reach for it now following the reformulation. this is the replacement i’ve been looking for, fresh yet complex, feminine yet versatile. this is certainly the strongest of the you flankers, and perhaps (at least for me) better than the reformulated glossier you. if you’re looking for an everyday driver that feels both fresh & feminine, i’d recommend testing this!

i’ve kind of been rolling my eyes at glossier since the reformulation of OG (why fix what isn’t broken) + the release of two absolute stinkers (releasing a santal scent in an overly saturated santal market and a “clean girl gourmand” felt like a cash grab) but, with all of that being said, fleur is EASILY their best i’m almost glad i didn’t jump on this as soon as it came out because i feel like right now is the perfect time for this profile. spring that is sort of all over the place. cold and comforting after storms, salty and dewy and sweet when it’s warmer outside. it does smell a lot like you, but i don’t think that should be a point of contention. building upon their signature DNA is genius when executed correctly

Let me preface this by saying I was not a fan of the original Glossier You, nor the Reve, so falling in love with You Fleur was entirely unexpected. You Fleur is like a whisper of sunlight on clean skin, a scent that feels both supremely familiar and disarmingly elusive. Hints of apricot skin kissed by morning sun, mineral salt reminiscent of ocean air, and a subtle floral heart that flirts with your senses. There’s a quiet magnetism here that makes you lean closer, breathe deeper, and savor its nuances again and again. It clings close, draws you in, and yet opens into something unexpectedly vast–the kind of fragrance that feels almost like a personal enchantment.

almost passed on this because of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I grabbed it on sale. As someone who’s been a loyal Glossier You devotee for years, this is an instant new favorite. It’s not a super complex or unique fragrance in the bottle, but that’s the point it relies on your own skin to make it work. The compliments I get are on another level. People don't just give me the regular you smell like perfume comments, they tell me I smell good, and whatever room i walk in fills with the scent. I did have someone stand behind me and comment that it smelled so nice like coconut which i personally don’t get when i smell this scent but everyone is different.

MY SHAYYYYYLA. this is one of my top 5 fragrances of all time. it starts out salty and fruity, and dries down to a molecular cozy sexy musk that makes me feel like I’m wrapped in a soft thin beige throw blanket. I have never gotten more compliments than when I wear this, my coworkers LOVE her. perfect for work in a hospital or other “perfume-free” zone. the only thing I’m a little stumped on is the name, because this is not a floral perfume by any means. a zillion/10. I will repurchase this until it’s taken off the market. I applied at 0630 and it’s 1430 as I write this and she’s faded a bit for sure but still going strong!! (I layered over oil)

i was kind of skeptical at first when i received a travel size of you fleur as a gift- glossier makeup is hit or miss for me and i figured their fragrances would be very basic - but i ended up running through the entire thing in two months because i couldn't get enough of it. it's dreamy and soft and a little bit sweet but not in a vanilla-y gourmand way at all. it's just a comfy scent i want to curl up and take a nap in. i find it has pretty decent staying power, but that may just be that i had low expectations going in. on my skin i'd say it lasts around 4-5 hours give or take, but it'll linger on my clothes for a good couple days.

My favorite EDP from Glossier. It’s tied with Phlur Soft Spot for my favorite musk. And it’s my favorite skin scent. Very long lasting on my skin. To my nose, this is so reminiscent of Room 1015 Sonic Flower in the opening - but lux, and I enjoy it immensely more. Add osmanthus and apricot to Sonic Flower, and you’ve got You Fleur. Cashmeran and ylang ylang perfect the composition from there. I can pick out each individual note, which is a delight. It’s such a beautifully blended floral. Airy, clean, soft, warm, creamy, pleasingly salty - with a well-behaved ambroxan. Cocooning and addicting. So gorgeous!

i do think calling this "fleur" is a bit of a misnomer because it leans way more fruity initially and then dries down into a musky ambroxan that smells almost identical to the original you formulation to me...genuinely was not expecting to love this as much as i do but something about the sweetness of the apricot mixed with the slight tang of the salt and the rich muskiness is so incredibly sexy to me. she's like if a femme lesbian were turned into a perfume she's like a stranger i'd go down on in the bathroom of the dyke bar & then forget to get her number & think about her for weeks...ugh i'm obsessed

glossier is the brand for clean scents on a whim to expand my perfume wardrobe to scent profiles other than gourmand it was almost fate that the free birthday gift from sephora was a glossier gift set with three baby bottles of perfume: you, you doux, and of course, you fleur. evidently you fleur is my favorite of the bunch, in my opinion, it is everything that chanel no.5 tries to be. fresh but not green, clean like soap but doesn't smell like public restroom soap. its very light and classy, not necessarily a deeply complex fragrance but overall is very beautiful.

Beautiful. Very very unisex. The salty aspect makes this sort of masculine, and like an herbal tea. The apricot and ambroxan give it just the right amount of sweetness and femininity. This is the first You offshoot I’ve loved, I can’t stop sniffing my wrist. It’s woody but in a cozy way, not overbearing. Reminds me of something I would’ve smelled on a gorgeous lady walking past me at the mall in the early 2000s for some reason. Like the vibe is vaguely 2006. I don’t really know how to explain that. Full bottle worthy and blind buy safe imo

I received a sample last year which I loved, and finally purchased a travel size this week! Initial spray smells like peppery bubble-blowing solution, but it settles into a creamy, airy skin scent less than 5 minutes later. It's far more sweet and woody than it is floral and salty, so the name is puzzling to me. Nevertheless, I'm still a fan and like this the most out of Glossier's offerings. :) You Fleur has a similar vibe to Phlur's Soft Spot, although Soft Spot is far more floral. If you like one, you'll probably like the other.

Is the "fleur" in the room with us?! If Doux is a trip to the sauna and spa, then Fleur is laying out on the beach after your spa treatment. You can still smell the massage oils on your skin and a hint of the woodiness of the sauna in your hair, but mostly you can smell your coconut-scented tanning oil and the salty sea breeze and the faded cashmere scent of a dryer sheet on your beach towel. I'm slightly obsessed with this for spring/summer, but on me this pulls straight coconut/tropical/beachy vibes.

My favorite glossier perfume by far, everytime i wear this my nose is magnetically drawn to my wrist because of how good this smells. It's starts off as a lightly floral apricot scent, almost has a shampoo quality to it but in the best way possible. It mellows down into the ambroxan glossier you base which i absolutely love while still maintaining its nectar-like opening. This wears so well on my skin, it projects well and it lasts longer than the other ones.

I love this perfume so much, it's a perfect unisex fragrance, it's good for any season. I really love the ambroxan and apricot mix, I wish I got more of the ylang-ylang and osmanthus. When it dries down, sometimes I get a note of like the smell your hands have when you've been outside? And only sometimes when mixed with other musky perfumes, you get a kinda soil-manure scent, but I've only noticed that when im with my mom and she's wearing something different

i tried this on paper a couple of times at sephora and was always unimpressed. for some reason i ordered a travel size and....wow. there's like a buttery creaminess, a delicate, sweet apricot note and the salt adds so much depth. it's not overpoweringly sweet or musky -- its an incredibly gentle and soft scent. i lowkey feel crazy maternal wearing this lol. i will almost certainly buy a full size once this one runs out.

so sweet and comforting, its like waking up at 10 am and choosing to spontaneously go to a bakery. you have minimal makeup on but you feel confident and soft. it's breezy but there's still a warmth. i think this and the original you are definitely sisters, but fleur truly shines in her own way. i like that. definitely after some time the initial crisp airy sweetness turns to a more sensual smooth skin scent. beautiful.

Glossier You Fleur as soft, sweet musk has a place in my wardrobe as office scent. It’s skin-close rather than projecting loudly. This matters more than people realise. A scent that stays near your body creates a kind of personal olfactory bubble. You’re essentially wrapping yourself in something comforting all day without overwhelming yourself or others. You Fleur is more calming and grounding than it is energising.

Smells very good. I got a sample and I am for sure getting a full size. It's salty, creamy, and apricot notes blend beautifully together into a pretty long lasting fragrance. Many reviewers say it doesn't last, but id say it's lasted 6-7 hours on my skin. Projection isn't something to rave about, but it's decent. It reminds me of a clean bedroom, sheets, and after a shower. Overall I am loving this!

I love it!! On the test strip this smelled sour/weird but on my skin I adore this. Fresh realistic apricot/peach scent that fades into creamy floral musky notes. I get a hint of linen/fresh laundry smell as well. The salt note does give it almost a sweaty vibe but in a pleasant sexy way. As someone who normally prefers aquatics or citrus scents this really surprised me! Reminds me of Liis Floating.

i did not expect to love this fragrance, but it truly reminds me of a more luminous and whimsical version of the original you. it makes me think of a cluster of pretty purple flowers by a saltwater ocean in the spring, found by a lady in a white gown. this is a safe blind buy in my opinion and has a soft dreamy vibe that I struggle to find within the peppery notes of the original.

Smells so much like a fragrance Benefit had called Maybe Baby.. they had a leg shimmer cream which also gave the same incredible scent! It’s probably the apricot note, but it gives this sweet comforting hug of a fragrance that’s slightly nostalgic and vintage. If I was to sum it up in words, it smells like the late 90s but in the best way possible! Well done Glossier.

Definitely the most perfume-y of all the You flankers. I don't typically like white floral fragrances, but these florals fade into a soft, sweet and salty base. The florals are actually what keeps it bright and makes the scent more sophisticated. It's like if your grandma's perfume and Glossier You had a baby. Classic and sophisticated, yet youthful and soft.

Hungover today and recovering from a panic attack, this is like a breath of fresh air that has brought me straight back to reality after a shower - pure salted, semi-sweet goodness that feels like nature giving me a great big hug made of air and fruitskins and reminding me that today is a new day and tomorrow will be too. Life is okay when I wear this.

Absolutely beautiful, simple but gorgeous. Slightly salty unisex opening leads to softly sweet airy yet warm deliciousness. It's addictive. I can't get enough of it. It's versatile and suitable for any occasion. I really like the original You, hated Reve and Doux but this is my favourite Glossier. Lasts very well and you get wafts all day.

Such an amazing perfume!! If I put this on in the middle of the day it’ll stay till the next morning. Not to mention it smells so good, it’s a weird but perfect mix of mature and youthful. I highly recommend that you test this on your skin tho it does smell a tad different once it’s been on you. Sooo amazing tho I use this everyday!!! <33

this is my favourite perfume and i get so many compliments on it! i can smell the apricot and salt in the beginning before it settles and the cozy cashmere smell sets in and mixes with everything. it's a light, girly scent that is mature without giving grandma. it's really unique and unlike anything i've smelled before!

I really like this and it continues to grow on me. It opens with a surprising saltiness reminiscent of an ocean breeze, followed by a subtle juiciness with the apricot, and is underlined by a pleasant, soft musk. It does sit close to the skin in a cozy, intimate way. Wear it just for you and it’s more than enough 🍑

This is so funny to me - I've been looking for a perfect summer fragrance for months and it snuck up on me with this one. To me, this smells like a wayyy classed up version of sunscreen I smelled as a kid 25 years ago. I swear I smell coconut. Anyway, it's beautiful, and I can't wait to wear it to the beach ⛱️

I feel like this could be a Sol de Janeiro scent. Summery and fresh. In retrospect, no clue why it's called Fleur when it smells like some fruit or slightly salted dessert, albeit a very airy one. Regardless, very wearable if you just want to grab something for summer and want to smell uplifting.

I am actually obsessed with this fragrance! I’m surprised nobody has said this but it reminds me of a subtlety sweet, more feminine Another 13 by Le Labo. Fleur is light, whimsical, clean, ethereal fragrance! It sits close to the skin but is very long lasting! This is a wonderful every day scent.

I normally go for gourmand fragrances or spicy woody type but this has just started my skin scent type obsession. This is beautiful. The juicy apricot is enhanced by the salt note and then you're left with the most addictive warm slightly sweet base. The best out of the Glossier You line 💜

A beautiful, subtle, creamy solar scent that evokes sunny days outside without smelling like literal sunscreen (yes, I’m talking about you Soleil Blanc). It reminds me of a mellower, less citric Maldives in a Bottle (Kayali) with a touch of the Phlur’s Afterglow/Missing Person creamy DNA.

Truly thee WORST longevity I've ever had. Immediately a skin scent that I have to press my nose into my wrist to smell it after immediate spraying. Gone in 20mins. Absolutely not worth any money. Glad I only got the travel size. The scent is nice, but for that money? This is a scam.

I can’t get enough of this. It lasts all day on me, but I tend to spray much more of this than other fragrances. I think the sillage is nice - nothing crazy. You might not smell me coming, but you’ll smell me when I walk by! Musky, warm and just perfect for me.

The smell of clean lotioned skin and warm sun-dried fresh laundry. It grew on me because I’m not always in the mood for perfume, even my typical favorites. Sometimes something comforting and clean is all I want. A perfect everyday STAPLE in my collection. 😍

Smells amazing oh wow. The best part is I feel like the scent isn't something I smelled before, it feels unique and fresh. I feel like this isn't harsh on the nose either it feels easy to breathe in and I love smelling it on myself throughout the day.

Wow I love how this smells on me. It’s the perfect balance of sweetness, musk and salt. I can imagine wearing this all the time in summer and it’s office appropriate which is ideal. Will be upgrading to a 50ml as soon as my travel size runs out.

I’m surprised I like this! It’s what I wanted liis floating to be—easy to wear skin scent, with just a hint of fresh peach fuzz, and it’s much more affordable. It’s a spring breeze version of the OG glossier you. I’d consider a full bottle.

One of the most gorgeous scents I've ever had the pleasure of smelling, unfortunately it does not last at all. 2 hours max on my skin. A bit longer on clothes. Equal to if not better than the original You formula.

this may be my favourite fragrance of all time if the longevity and projection weren't so poor. It's unfortunate that it fades after about 2 hours because it smells so salty, creamy, fruity, and totally delicious

This fragrance brought me to tears it's so beautiful. It opens with a strong sea salt sent and settles into the most beautiful Oceanic apricot. It's so light and beautiful please do yourself a favor and buy it.

My go-to musky clean girl scent. This one is easily my favorite of the Glossier fragrances. I’m typically more of a gourmand woman, but this is addictive and receives maximum compliments. Gorgeous 9/10

This smells so delicious and salty to me. It reminds me of summer and everything good. It smells like the sun on your skin! My only problem is the longevity, because after a few hours, I smell nothing!
