Cool Glacier

I learned about the Good Chemistry line from a friend of mine. I was intrigued and had pretty much decided to try them once they were in stock, but decided to wait a while for reviews. As soon as I smelled Cool Glacier, I knew I'd be passing it on to my husband. I like it and can see why many, especially men, like it. It's too masculine for my taste. I agree with the reviews I saw on the Target website-- CG has a cool, fresh scent. I get the mint on the dry-down and I guess the note that's standing out the most is the sea salt. This may be what is on the more masculine side. It has that fresh soapy smell like you just stepped out of the shower, so this is what's appealing to most. I spritzed some on my husband and sure enough, he likes it, so I'm glad that wasn't a wasted purchase. When I put fresh sheets on the bed, I spritz a little of CG and it works well on such fabrics. I believe many will like this scent, but if that masculine scent is not your cup of tea, you'll want to skip over this one. UPDATE: September 2019 About two months ago, I started leaning more towards fragrances with a clean, soapy smell. I decided to give Cool Glacier another chance and sure enough, I absolutely love it. It's the only fragrance I've been wearing for the last two weeks, and only layer it with a different soapy fragrance (which I spray on my top) for a truly clean, just-showered effect. Cool Glacier performs extremely well on the skin because it is not overpowering (unless you use a heavy hand). So it is appropriate for any season and will likely suit most body chemistries. Both men and women complimented this scent on me which is unsurprising since it smells like you just stepped out of the shower. CG will last the whole day with well-moisturized skin, but will still smell clean and fresh if you spritz it at some point during the day. It lasts the whole day on clothing and I could still smell it on my top when doing laundry.

I found this at Target along with other Good Chemistry fragrances, and I knew my wallet was in trouble. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s refreshing and unlike anything I’ve owned before as far as I remember. Just a few sprays and it lifts my mood up. Mind you, it’s nothing ground breaking, which makes it so beautiful. It’s not trying too hard to impress, but it does anyway and it gives some good vibes. I bought the body mist, but I will definitely be getting the cologne or roller ball.

Cool Glacier smells really, really clean. It's a crisp aquatic that THANKFULLY doesn't have any sweet notes (vanilla, musk, coconut, etc.) mucking it up. It's one of those "fresh out of the shower" scents that would be great for daytime wear. It's an eau de cologne, so it only lasts a couple hours, but it's cheap enough that I don't mind reapplying.

(Aldehyde C-12 LAURIC) in a bottle. It's fresh, dry, woody aldehyde smell. Its good.

Found this whilst browsing the isles of target and just bought it because of the name. I didn't smell it in the store so it was a complete blind buy. It's a refreshing fragrance, that is definitely minty. Like sipping on a refreshing minty drink in the summer time. It isn't anything spectacular, but it works if you need to wear a fragrance for the summer that won't be offensive.
